I bought materials for 4 bathrooms at BagnoDesign. I had a lot of problems with my contractors and had to change them twice. Julia Maris was extremely helpful. She bent over backwards to change the delivery dates as requested by me and to get all the products on time. If something changed she adapted swiftly and accommodated me. I dealt with other people at their offices, but unfortunately they weren't as customer service oriented as Ms Maris. This is the only reason I would give them a 4 star rather than a 5 star.
