I was looking for a V&B Oblic wall-hung pan, which is not produced anymore since some years and is nowhere available in Germany. Fortunately for me Hyde Park Bathrooms and Kitchens still had exactly 1 piece left. The big challenge was that it had to be delivered to Berlin (Germany). At first this seemed hopeless due to the high shipping costs, but Gary Flynn worked hard until an acceptable price solution for the transport was found. All communication took place promptly by email. After everything was clarified, the delivery took only 2 days and the rare piece arrived here in excellent condition. The colleagues from the warehouse and dispatch had a decisive part in this, who also did a great job. A big thank you also to them.
For me, Gary was a prime example of what it means to be valued as a customer and treated well. Compliments and keep up the good work!

After a very long search I finally found exactly the illuminated mirror that I was looking for at Hyde Park Bathrooms. I ordered the mirror online and, despite me changing the delivery address right at the last minute the goods were delivered in perfect condition and on time. My electrician fitted the mirror and pronounced it to be of high quality, also praising the fitting instructions and the security of the packaging.
Most importantly, my wife is delighted with it!
All in all a terrific experience, I would strongly recommend this business to any prospective customers.

Gary Flynn is a star! I received the best service I have ever had from anyone In customer service. I needed a Villeroy and Boch sink and WC within 24 hours as the suite I ordered wasn't right for the space and my plumbing team were booked for the next day. I called at lunchtime on a Thursday and Gary picked up. Gary guided me through the products and gave me advice on what would suit my taste and requirements. He also called the suppliers and made sure I could have the suite delivered on Friday before 11am instead of Monday morning. He surpassed all expectations and went the extra mile on various levels. I have never reviewed any service but it's also been years since I have had amazing service like this so it's important to raise awareness when you receive it. He was polite, patient and emailed me with all info on tech specs, delivery times and was generally just so helpful. I will definitely be using them again and will tell all my contacts don't look any further than Hyde Park for bathrooms.

We recently bought two bathrooms from Hyde Park Bathrooms (did not use their installation service). Great service from the team. We worked with Usman Gulfraz who was very nice, attentive and always responded to our queries very quickly. He also designed the bathrooms largely around the hard points of our previous bathrooms. The show room is great as you can see and touch many bits and pieces. We would definitely recommend them.

We have used Hyde Park Bathrooms for all thee bathrooms that we did as part of our full flat refurbishment. They were very professional and spent hours with us helping choosing bathroom sanitary ware, sharing their product knowledge and offer professional advice. At one point I was considering sourcing sanitary ware from online as it appeared slightly cheaper but I sm so happy that in the end we placed order with Hyde Park Bathrooms. They offer to store items in their warehouse and offer up to three deliveries, this is very convenient as you don’t want to have all items sitting on site while other works are in progress. This set up allows to have first fix items first followed by second fix items at a later stage.
On top of this, even months after Hyde Park Bathrooms have been very helpful in sorting any new issues that we have faced. To the point that they even spoke to manufactures on our behalf.
I would most certainly recommend using them as one stop for all your bathroom needs. Special thanks to Usman.

The staff could not have been more helpful, especially Bilal, in giving useful and practical advice both when I came to the shop in the summer and much, much later when I was finally ready to order this January. Mine was a very small order in the scheme of renovating bathrooms but was a specialist piece of equipment not available from many places. Hyde Park Bathrooms made me feel as if my order was every bit as important to them as a large order. The item was ordered and delivered in double quick time. Payment was smooth and simple. They contacted me before delivery to check I would be there to receive it, it arrived on time and was very well packed. I can't thank them enough for their consideration.

I used to co-operate with Hyde Park Bathrooms showroom some time ago...
AVOID these guys as much as possible.
Few facts:
- firstly - they hire just salesmen although they call themslelves designers and installers
- They don’t have ANY installers (they will tell you that they do) they just sell sanitary ware, very expensive
- Very often they sell 2x or 3x times more expensive items you could buy elsewhere (other showrooms; online even cheaper...) be carefull with wet room showroom trays; you could buy them for £200-300; they sell for £700
- They sell you extra items clients don’t need to finish bathroom. Also too big amount of adhesive and grout for example. Which you can’t return
- They are never on the site;
- always sending external builders (to do a quote) and don’t pay them for it - so don’t expect they will take a responsibility for it
- Their employees sell items from your old bathroom on ebay or the the friends (I’ve got some pictures of you want to see them)
- you could buy whole bathroom in other showroom (with installation) for 7-10k; in Hyde Park Bathrooms you will pay 15k-25k
- They have very little knowledge and experience about building and installation of bathrooms (although they sell bathroom items for 20+ years).
The best choice is to work with showroom with OWN installers on payroll.
But definitely NOT with Hyde Park Bathrooms and Kitchens

Switzerland, January 4th, 2014, we ordered a lot of traditional bathroom items from Hyde Park Bathrooms and Kitchens in London to be shipped to Switzerland. The personal customer service was fantastic and the delivery very reliable. Everything was taken care of we just had to select the items on the internet and everything was delivered to us for very competitive prices. The after sales service for any additional requirements was outstanding. We can highly recommend the professional staff and store.

This company is a joke.The location doesn't make everything. Service and timeliness is. Waited more than 3 months to get a bathroom delivered, which was meant to be 6 to 8 weeks, and they want to charge 2 deliveries? Where do these guys leave? On planet Mars?
Don't leave your money to this company, there are better companies around the corner.

Known as one of London's greatest parks and rightfully so. It's central location (just behind The Ritz, daahling) makes it a popular tourist location, whilst the multitude of events held there (Winter Wonderland, festivals etc) means that pretty much every Londoner has visited at some point.
There's a lovely lake, the Serpentine, where you can go boating and a couple of cafes. I think my favourite part of the park has to be the Peter Pan statue. Apparently J.M. Barrie had it installed overnight, so the children would think it appeared as if by magic. Something very sweet about that.
Perfect for picnics, walking the dog, or just ambling through on your way to Buckingham Palace.

We have had two full bathroom renovations and both times we purchased from Hyde Park and have been extremely pleased with our experience. Both times we worked with Bilal Patel and for installation, Petru Ciupercovici. Our more recent bathroom (renovated this year) was virtually a bespoke bathroom and Bilal's expertise and knowledge in both identifying and sourcing the best materials, accessories, and vendors was invaluable! And he was incredibly helpful with managing all the vendors! Petru is an outstanding installer-- demonstrates great attention to detail, comes up with creative solutions, has deep expertise and experience across both bathrooms and kitchens, and delivers the installation to an extremely high standard. Needless to say, both are a joy to work with, service is outstanding from both and they are our dream team!

I purchased all my bathroom taps, mixers and shower heads through Bilal from Australia. To say the service was first rate would be an understatement. Communication was excellent delivery via air freight was impressive and the prices were the lowest I could find. I made a mistake with my original order but Bilal was as efficient as ever getting the parts needed on time despite the Chrismas Rush. If you want to take a lot of stress out of your renovations, I recommend Bilal and Hyde Park bathrooms wherever you are in the world.
