Had a very good team from CP Hart on our bathroom project - right from design, to project management, supplier sourcing and professional process for recommending contractors for the job (ie we were given a list and could 'interview' them). After sales help was also very prompt when one of our appliances had an issue.
I'd recommend them to others, and the outcome in our home was excellent.

Extremely knowledgeable about specification and requirements and will only ever direct you the right way. If they don't stock or can 't beat another offer they will tell you straight and advise to use the other supplier. Have great connections in the sanitaryware world...Speak with Stacy she is incredibly helpful.

From the start Priyan came out with all his samples and information to pick exactly what I wanted. Stacy was also very supportive. Very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend them.

Order only if you like haggling; bought items on Xmas sale at 25%, was offered 5% extra as I was taking a while to confirm, got additional 10% off as my contractor confirmed he could get items at lower rate and then got additional 15% on top for vanity units as simple online search showed lower prices. So total discount of 55% with multiple negotiations. When i finally got tired, I was told that “CP Hart offered a one-stop shop experience and commanded a premium because of it.” The only place where buying more makes it more expensive. If you’re into haggling, they are your dream place. :-)

Whilst Stacy was my account manager during an 18mth period working on a complex and erratic residential renovation, and comments essentially reflect her, the team at large always provided good support when needed.
Strong, broad product knowledge which was both reassuring and valuable in achieving the desired functionality / aesthetic. Very good ambassador for the many brands available but at the same time, very good advocate representing the customer to the brand eg gaining specific spec detail, pursuing availability / delivery, managing bespoke requirements. No sense of sales targets to be reached. Very much an account manager rather than a sales person.
In short, always a great service - delivered genuinely, with attention to detail, kindness and enormous patience - in my case! Stacy - thank you! You come highly recommended!
