Now can add excellent and very knowledgeable service from Andrew Martin in Sales, who patiently and carefully guided us through our list of requirements. We arranged a visit to the showroom armed with our architect's drawings. Andrew's suggested brands and knowledge are impressive. He responded quickly by email, altering proforma invoices promptly to reflect our decisions. It has been a pleasure doing business with Bathroom Discount Centre. We are happy to highly recommend this company.

My £90 Catalano toilet seat broke after only 8 months (it has 2 years' warranty according to the website) however, the warranty was not honoured and I was told to purchase a new one. Needless to say, I won't be buying from this company again.

Love this place, huge range of bathroom appliances and excellent customer service.
Just got everything I needed to complete my bathroom renovation. Really good price on sink and bath taps with black and gold finish which goes well with my black tiles. They also got me shower screen to match the bath taps also with gold fittings ????????????????
Everything delivered on time!!!!! Super happy and will definitely come back when I am ready to do my downstairs WC.

I needed to buy all new items for a complete bathroom renovation.. Bathroom Discount Centre were recommended by my plumber. Staff at Bathroom Discount Centre, with special mention to Alan, could not have been more helpful. Alan went through everything that I needed and gave me excellent recommendations. All items were extremely fairly priced considering their high quality. Everything was delivered on time. My new bathroom has now been installed. It looks spectacular and everything works brilliantly!

This is the second time I've used BDC and been impressed both times with the great service they provide. Kate made the process really easy and her knowledge on bathrooms was fab, who knew there are so many toilets to choose from?! We recently bought all the kit for three bathrooms and a cloakroom from the BDC.
Their showroom is extensive and all the prices are displayed, which makes a refreshing change from the way some bathroom retailers operate.
Steve Mumford spent several hours helping us choose. He is extraordinarily knowledgeable and found solutions for everything at great prices.
They delivered the first fix items within two days and the rest as it was needed.
We are delighted with their service and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cannot recommend the Bathroom Discount Centre highly enough! Paulo and the team were fantastic - incredibly knowledgeable and super helpful, not to mention amazing value for money. I fitted out two bathrooms from the BDC, and if I ever renovate another bathroom again, the Discount Centre will be my first port of call.

I wish I had read the negative reviews before purchasing anything.
My contact suddenly disappeared and no one got back to me - they told me he quit and therefore they forgot about my orders.
The place is a mess and sales ppl dont really know about products.
Delivery was late 8 weeks and finally wrong products was delivered and had to wait another 3 weeks. Those looking after the phones were incredibly rude when I tried to enquire about delivery.
Once we paid the service was non existent.

Appalling attitude to refunding customers, which takes min 2 weeks. They have no right to hang onto your money after you've returned something. They use every excuse in the book, day after day.
Their sales team (no women) are misogynistic males who dislike any change you make to your order. They make you feel like an inconvenient interruption rather than a welcome customer who helps pay their salary & keeps them in work.
