I love these hair accessories they are excellent quality for my hair which is thicker and most clips normally break and don't last, however these do and are comfortable to wear, they have a wide selection of colours, customer service and delivery is excellent they come well packaged, they are a bit more expensive but it's worth it, thanks for your great service

Such an excellent range of super hair accessories and competitively priced. Whether you're looking for basics or something special, Tegen have it covered. I would suggest that you stock more hair pins if possible? Especially long ones for thick hair and even two-pronged if you can find them. I love the hair clips I've bought, the same price as some of the larger pharmacists but just ten times more beautiful and quality that will last. And the lady with short dark hair who served me was brilliant, really taking the time to take me through everything, with sweet grace and humour. Super.

I love this lovely shop! There are so many cute headpieces! The pretty sales recommend a fascinator for me,I love it so much. Although I don't think I have a lot of chances to wear it????. Maybe I will come back to Brighton juste for this small shop!

Super disappointed with the hair clips I received. The clips I purchased were marketed as "thick hair" clips and I was super excited to find a hair clip that claimed to be perfect for holding my thick and long hair. It was why I decided to splurge on these.
When I began using the hair clips i very quickly realized that they were not big enough to clip all of my hair and whatever hair they were large enough to hold simply slipped right out of the smooth, slippery, plastic clip.
What a waste of my money. Ill keep buying the cheap Goodey ones because at least they make a clip large enough for my hair and are smart enough to realize that without some silicone or rubber inside the clip, hair will simply slide out of the clip.
