If you want to buy a coat for £ 1500 that you get for £ 200 elsewhere go there by all means. Last time I entered their shop on Regent Street I saw only Chinese buyers there, which says a lot about Chinese and Burberry: Snobism in unalterated form.

I will give negative stars if I could. The service is so unprofessional and rude, honestly very disappointed. We were trying to take a look at the wallets, but the guy said that we couldn’t touch the ones on display..?? I ended up not buying anything from my list just because I didn’t want to buy them from those rude people. Service in the US stores is much better.

the shop is on refurbishing right now, so they didn't have the shoes size I was looking for. I was told I could find them in the Covent Garden store but arriving there I discovered they don't sell shoes in the that store which I found so disappointing

The worst customer service experience. When I went there to buy a coat, the staffs were nice enough and helpful. HOWEVER I went again in 3 days to see another colours, considering exchange or refund, the staffs were very rude and not helping at all. Very terrible experience, I felt like they do their best to sell and that is it, they don't care about further experience at all after already getting your money in their pocket. I just brought the coat back with me without even taking it out from my un-opened paper bag, feeling like it was definitely not a service I would expect when paying more than 1200 pound for a coat.

The Regent Street store is an exposition in dysfunctional processes and organisation. Took my wife in to buy a specific coat. Assistant started helping us then pre judged and abandoned us. Finally found what we wanted practically hidden in the wings in an upper floor of the bizarrely empty and cavernous store. But then other assistants werent allowed to help us as they are only allowed to help one "client" at any time and have to follow each customer around. Some assistants were busy arguing amongst themselves about which "client" belonged to who. Others busy talking to each other, scared to approach us because they didnt want to encroach on someone elses "client". We spent 30 minutes trying to get someone to help but nobody would. Feeling like a commodity rather than customers we ended up abandoning entirely and saved 2k in the process. Not sure my wife will remain a brand loyalist going forward!

Great selection and generally high-quality goods, as usual. However, staff were slow and somewhat incompetent when it came to their products. In many cases, I knew more about what was available than they did. Spent quite a long time just waiting around for the staff to come back with options to look at.

Came here today with my husband. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Maybe it's because we're tourists or because hubby is a little on the dark side, but I personally believe the staff is racist. My husband was so set on buying a scarf, not caring of the price, but the employees were so bad we decided to not even waste our money in a company with such repulsive staff & just play along with their "you're not good enough to be in this store" attitude... It was a humiliating & degrading experience.

Impressive store, horrible customer service. They were not knowledgeable about prior products. We needed help finding the name of my wife's favorite bag, and help with a strap that had broken. They asked if we had a receipt, and questioned by what means we attained the bag. Got no help and no direction. Awful team.

Horrendous Customer Service. Unacceptable to treat Customers so poorly when returning sub standard accessories that were hardly used. Fine when you are purchasing let's hope you don't need aftersales service at these prices it's expected. After my treatment today I will never shop in Burberry again.
