This is not only a flagship store for this upscale clothing brand, but the building itself is worth a look. I'm a huge fan of the Burberry style and the stunning building is the perfect storefront to showcase the beautiful clothing, accessories and shoes.

Not a great shop inside looks wise. It seems like they are having a refit and covering it up during the day with acres of wall curtains. Also very minimalist on items to buy and range. If this is how it is supposed to look it isn't great and not very luxurious at all and not commensurate with the image that the brand gives out.

If you want to get hands on the newest and most limited items from Burberry, this is the place for you.
The flagship store has friendly staff, all well trained and polite. They have a vast categories of clothing, accessories, etc.
They have great customer service.

Edit: June 2017. Yet another wonderful shopping experience. Diana is extremely friendly and helpful - she went out of her way to help me pick two coats that I love. I can't thank her enough for working with me to find some great pieces. The craftsmanship on the coats and leather goods is incredible but the helpful staff is why I keep coming back!

They can't replace a damaged button on a three year old coat so why pay high prices for a coat that won't last? I won't be investing in another Burberry item again as they are clearly not real luxury goods compared to other brands like Louis Vuitton who can repair items no matter how old.

The customer service at this store is lacking and especially after they've made the sale. Most of the staff just mull around, barely greet you and have a general attitude that they could really care less.
However, the only reason I'm not giving this store and BRAND a lower rating is because of two ladies working there: Andrea Myer and Lauren Douglas. Without these two ladies I #1 would not have made my first coat purchase and #2 left with absolute no faith or desire to every purchase from the brand.
Andrea: She helped me with my purchase and spend almost 2 hours helping me find the perfect coat - even my partner was impressed and he hates shopping. She was honest about unflattering fits, patient, and just overall incredibly helpful and friendly. We very happily bought from her.
Lauren was the saving grace today- picked up the coat after alterations and the collar was very wrinkled and unkept - something that was promised to be dealt with. The rep that initally helped me could not give a damn and continued to give me excuses on why they couldn't help me and it was my problem. Anyways, they finally agreed to attempt to steam it out. Come back couple of hours later, Lauren brings it out and it was WORSE. The initial rep came over and again tons of excuses while Lauren knew exactly what needed to be done. 10 minutes later - perfection. Collar is crisp and stands nicely now.
These two ladies treat you like a human being and understand the meaning of customer service.
If you're going to buy anything from this store, look for Andrea or Lauren.

We got intimately personalized service. We went several times in one week until we were shown the very perfect pieces for us. A glass of free champagne every time, with privately guided tours and walkthrough.
Everyone in there now knows my and my fiancée’s name. And we’ve only ever made the completed purchase the one time.

Walked in with my mind getting their well known beautiful trench coat. Itka was quite new back then (October) was knowledgeable and lovely, served us coffee whilst waiting. His colleague who seemed more experience may of had an off day wasn't as helpful when he offered me a free delivery service after the alterations were done, she in the end said no. But cracking experience and I love my trench coat!

Service you would expect. I purchased a stunning suit and a pair of heels and from when I walked into the door from when I walked out my experience was impeccable. The staff was also amazing with my children, who are quite well behaved, but we going out of their way to make them feel included as well. One woman even painted my daughter's nails for her as a surprise and gave each child little sample sizes of lipstick and perfume.

A stunning looking shop with 3x overpriced items and slow service.
Everyone's experience will vary, however lets try to stick to some facts:
1) Compared to quality and competitors, you can get either a better quality for the same price or same quality sometimes up to 3-4 times cheaper.
2) The store design is unusual. Some will love it and some wont. Personally I found it quite empty with a limited number of sizes, therefore if you find something you like, you most likely will need to wait to get the right size to try it on.
3) Service is great, but slow. Staff will offer you water or coffee and then you will need to wait 30 mins until you get the right size or the right item. If you would need to try 3-4 items and change some sizes - you will spend like 2-3 hours in that store minimum!
Verdict - Personally, I value my time and don`t like to pay more than what I get. Burberry is good, but there are better places.

I recently purchased the new Brit Rhythm fragrance here and found the customer service to be excellent. The staff were attentive and friendly. The experience was highly personalised and efficient. I was offered coffee, tea, water, etc. whilst waiting for a helpful staff member to obtain the product for me from the back room. I was also provided information about other products I was interested in, the employee sat down with me and guided me through everything available. This was my first experience at Burberry and I will certainly be returning.

Around the 10 of January, (just over a month ago) I visited this store, and was greeted excellently by a member of staff whose name escapes me but she was blonde and I think she had tattoos on her forearm. When I asked to select two perfumes to mix together (a men's cologne and a woman's fragrance) she was very helpful and made no judgement at all. I hesitated to share this, as I am LGBT and not entirely open in my identity, but how I present and smell is important to me- However, as Burberry has made a great stand in support to the LGBT community recently, I feel this little act of understanding and kindness should too, be duly noted. To that particular sales assistant- Thank you. I hope such experiences can become the norm and inspire more people to follow suit. Many thanks again.
