You can see why they call it their flagship... this department store of Burberry carries all collections (Brit, Prorsum etc). It's beautifully decorated, sympathetic to the existing building but modernised to the highest spec. Every wall has a digital screen.
Staff are polite, friendly and helpful... you feel they are happy to help. You can also get your Burberry Bespoke trenchcoat made to your own measurements too!
Only critique... you could do with a map to find you way around!

Was served by a lady (sounded Italian) who was not sure of the Burberry selections and had trouble using her iPad which got us waiting for quite some time. While others were served wine or coffee she only ask if we liked some water, and upon asking if there have other type of drinks she said sparkling. Had the intention to buy 2 wallets after a friend bought a coat but decided to drop the idea of purchase due to poor service. Went down the street to longchamp and though they didn't serve any drinks I ended up buying more than what I would have in Burberry with nothing but sincere service and knowledge of the product without the ipad. I would have rated 5 stars for the size and selection of the store but people service makes the difference. Not the iPad digital catalogue or the coffee or wine. I guess I was unlucky cause I did witness in the Burberry shop that 2 Chinese staff were taking lots of time and effort to explain the details and history of Burberry to tourist.
