I don't know why people were complaining about this store, bear in mind we are still in a pandemic and social distancing is a must, so yes you do need to wait a little while outside for the safety of yourself and others. I applaud the store for maintaining measures and promptimg a steady flow, the queue was relatively fast as the staff were very organised, you'd wait 15mins tops, I've seen some reviewers on here exaggerate as it isn't that bad
In regards to customer services it was nothing shy off excellent, i walked in looking scruffy and not one staff member batted an eye, but instead treated me well, i was accompanied by Sasha who was amazing, she helped me pick out a gift to buy and knew exactly what to pick out and choose, all in all great customer service and will most definitely visit again

Had exactly what went in there for, the lady who served me was lovely, and was more than happy to go and get me a size down in shoe, because my normal size came up a tad bit big.
Obviously, she did try to get me to buy a few other things but did not try to hard sell. Which always makes a big difference in my book!!

Visited the Old Bond Street store today to purchase a men's ring, but didn't get the service that you would expect from Gucci. The salesperson, without even checking the stock said the item was not available. However, when I inquired at the Selfridge's branch, I was informed that it was definitely available at Old Bond Street! Shameful service at Old Bond Street!

I had excellent service from the staff at this store. I went in knowing that it would be unlikely that the specific colour bag I wanted (which was stated online as preorder only, and not available in store by assumption) would be in store.
Whilst looking at the bag in a different colour, the sales associate went to find whether there was one in white without any prompting - there was!
Nevertheless I decided on the other colour instead, but the efforts and friendliness of the staff will not be forgotten.

The service was as you would expect from a brand such as Gucci (nothing negative to comment on here) but what I really didn’t like was the amount of people in the shop. Often times there was no space to socially distance and even though everyone was made to wear a mask and sanitize hands upon arrival it still felt unsafe. There were queueing poles outside but everyone was just let in. I’m a big supporter of reopening stores to aid our economy but we must follow safety procedures so that all of us can stay safe.

I must say your customer service was terrific. I was in Dior looking at Christmas present ideas and I had to leave due to being starred at non stop by the security guards. However when I popped into your store not one security guard made me feel uncomfortable. I was served by a young lady however I forgot to ask her name, I believe she may have been Arab, and short (if that narrows it down), she was very attentive and polite

The staff were extremely polite and helpful, making the experience memorable. Speaking to my friend I said I was feeling hot as the store is well heated and I still had my winter jacket on. The Gucci Sales Assistant overheard and brought out two bottles of Italian Acqua Panna water which was a nice touch and added to the overall quality of the service, as they catered to a need without me even asking.

Delighted with the service I received from advisor Adrienn, she was so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure and can't thank her enough for everything that she done for me. I had to contact the store for the item as it was not available locally or to buy online. Adrienn advised me of the procedure and sent me emails to advise me of each step. I received my parcel today, it was gift wrapped beautifully. I was a pleasure dealing with her and she is definitely an asset to the Gucci store.

I Have purchased items from Gucci many times and have always had a wonderful experience whether its been online or in-store. Today however I didn't receive the best of welcomes which you would expect from a so called luxury boutique. Let me start by saying the gentleman by the door was very helpful and kindly escorted me upstairs where the female shoes were, I was then greeted by a young lady who aknowledegd by presences and as I was explaining to her my query she walked off and served another customer, leaving me looking like a plum.

Completely non-existent customer service and after sales care. All they care about is making a sale instead of maintaining a good client relationship. I went in to discuss an issue with one of my Gucci items. The east asian woman that approached me looked annoyed and tired even though it was midday on a Sunday? I asked if she'd help me with one of my items which I was holding in one of the bags in my hands. She immediately grabbed the bags and started looking through them which I thought was extremely rude and disrespectful. I could tell from her facial expression she was not interested in what I had to say. She then told me to wait there and she would come back to help. I took a seat and waited around the corner for 20 minutes hoping she would come back. I became impatient so I got up to see where she went and saw her serving new customers that had come in after me. This really annoyed me because I could tell all she cared about was making the most sales. She saw me and didn't even apologise for me having to wait and then said because the store was "really busy" (there were about 5 people in there?) I would have to wait until it got quieter and then she could help. There was no way I would be waiting there like an idiot whist she was serving customers that came in off the street. I found this very inconsiderate and unprofessional so I just left. I will never be coming to this store ever again - if I am paying for a luxury item, I expect basic customer service at the least.
I honestly think Gucci has gone downhill in terms of customer service in the last 3 years. I've been to most Gucci stores in London and the best service I received was at Harrods on the ground floor (even though it is WAY MORE busier than Old Bond Street) and the staff there are super lovely and give you a really lovely shopping experience. Staff at Old Bond Street need to take a leaf out of their book and learn some manners and take lessons on client relationship.
