One of the employee at Gucci gave us a really poor experience in serving us. Lack of staffs which made us wait for a while. Gave us a product which had stain claiming it is natural material until we visited the other Gucci store near Harrods which they confirmed it is stain and it is not right to be sold to a customer.
The staff that serve us there looked like she had lack of sleep, talking really quiet and really rude. Cannot see myself going back to that shop again.

AMAZING! If you care about reviews, read this! This store is an amazing location! As someone who reads reviews for mostly everything , the mix of 5 star and 1 Star experiences scared me. However, I was completely blown away! I was welcomed as soon as I came in and given beyond satisfactory service. I was helped by a man named “Nilton” and beyond recommend asking for him! He walked me through the store to each section I asked to view and was there every moment to size and fit the items to my needs! Don’t be alarmed by the negative reviews as I think people often confuse a busy to being rude. The store can be packed at times with over 30 people and when you have a store operating with 6-7 people, it becomes understaffed. Also! Dress and appearance DOES NOT MATTER! I went in wearing a simple hoodie and baggie khakis with my vans tennis shoes, and was greeted and treated the same as people in full designer, thanks Nilton!

Absolute low lifes is those that they have working in these designer stores, and they are always italian or Spanish losers that can't speak a word of english, yet I atruggle to identify where they have purchased their sense of priority from. Was purchasing some slip ona that start from 450, was advised over the phone when I requested for them to check my size "we have hundreds of shoes so if you can email in a picture" then was told "we dont have your size"
when I advised them it was their job to assist, they hung up the phone. When I popped in later that day it turned out they had 3 pairs of my size in stock. When getting a phone call from a female store manager the next day it was extremely difficult understanding a single word as usual a foreign itialian who hasn't thought of learning english before coming here, and she had the audacity to make it seem that it wasn't a big deal.
I believe I was racially profiled, and the fact being a foreign man must have upset them, that they work for such a luxury brand but are too poor to purchase eventhough they get it discounted, sad individuals.

I ve been quite often to this store and it was always a great experience. But it seems that they got some new staff lately who doesnt know the basic customer service principles. No greeting, no offers for help, very sad facial expressions. It seems that some of them are not happy to work there. If you work in a customer service environment make sure you treat your customers in a friendly way and be approachable to them. The men there are always friendly and professional, only some of the (new?) girls are rude.

Called this store and left a message with one of the female staff who acted like a robot on the phone. The first time I called, i was hung up on. I waited for a week and received no response. After calling again today, the staff responded to questions in a robotic manner, failing to even answer the simple question. The question was can I have a bill/proforma without tax shown so that i can bring a check for US military VAT exemption. They told me I "had to buy before i can get a receipt", obviously not even paying attention. How can Gucchi so carelessly retain a staff that has zero interest in the customer and zero pride in their job? On the other hand, money will keep flowing for them so why should they care? Avoid purchasing Gucchi and this store if at all possible.

What a shame - the staff are so pretentious. I waited for 30 minutes to try on a blouse and pair of shoes as some customers from Dubai were deemed more important than me. After 30 minutes, they decided they didn't want to buy the socks they had been deliberating over - when I finally got served - I bought both the blouse and shoes... however their attitude almost cost them a genuine customer! I would avoid coming here again as the environment is hideous!

Spending over £8,000 here (and in other stores), this one is probably the worst i’ve ever been to. The customer service was alright but didn’t get asked if i was going to buy anything until I pulled my money out to start counting. This has also happened to a few of my other friends as well, the payment was also stressful as he kept asking me to pay by card. I thought this was because I was paying a big amount in £50 notes but I guess i’ll never know. Overall I think this store has to work on a few things. Customer service, the attitude towards the customer(s) and the size of the store is small but, they can’t change that.

Went there a couple of times... And my last visit was the on valentines day with my son, reception wasn't too good probably they've underestimated my capabilities off buying what I'm looking on or the way I've dressed... They don't even offer my son a drink when there's others with tea, champagne or water etc... The doorman who greeted us was great. Really helpful and polite. As we entered, we were approched by a woman who appeared to work there...i say "appeared" because she very half heartedly said "hi" in a almost forced manner. I asked about the gucci flappy flops and sizes, and she straight away very abruptly like a programmed robot said in broken english "we not have". When i asked if any they would be getting more in or if there other store had them, she replied "go check the other store yourself" and "no we not stock them until summer next year. She then proceeded to roll her eyes blatantly at us and said "anything else"? We didnt even respond and walked straight out! Shocking for a company of that ý calliber that they would employ someone like that!! I ended up purchasing from Versace Versace Versace instead.

I think this is the London flagship store, so it's pretty big, but also has a line outside and they'll make you wait if there's not an available associate to help you out. It has a very large selection and friendly associates, but it seems like a lot of the inventory isn't out for display because Gucci has a massive amount of product, and there had to be less than half of it even out on display.
