I visited my favourite store after nearly 2 years. As usual the store was meticulously maintained and tastefully decorated, clean and tidy. Fresh flowers adorned all corners and the range was as usual, vibrant, colourful and uplifting. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and always willing to recommend, cardigans and accessories that might help create your own style. Their home section was also well stocked and colourful.
If you are into sustainable fashion, artistic and love colours, this is a store to visit.
Can't recommend enough.

Thank you Gudrun Sjödén, ????for all the beautilful, wide and wonderful tunics I have in my cupboard. When one has an annoying little cyst under one's arm on which one mustn't put a dressing, and wearing normal underwear is impossibe, these tops are a godsend as they can be washed every day. Luckily the pain has now subsided and the "blotch" has shrunk, so maybe .... this is one of my favourites ????

I have adored & worn Gudrun Sjoden for years - the clothes that I have purchased have always brightened my life no end. I love the company's ethical stance which makes my buying experience even more even more satisfying.
Never had a bad customer service experience.
My only gripe is the returns policy. Why I am I charged £10 for returning an item? No other company that I am aware of does this.

The clothes always look so fabulous in the catalogue but the quality never matches up in reality. I paid £69 for a skirt which is extremely thin and see through, have had better quality in primark. Such a shame as I just love the designs, if the prices were cheaper it would be acceptable or improve quality to justify the high prices!

What a fabulous shop. It doesn't just sell gorgeous clothes for all shapes and sizes, but you can buy organic cotton prints by the metre too to make your own clothes or soft furnishings. Friendly staff. Plenty of stock on both floors. Check it out!

Attractive but poor quality clothing, vastly overpriced. They have a policy of retaining £10 of the refund if you return items even when using the collection point. This, to me, is unjustified and excessive, I will not be ordering anything else.

We have visited several times over the last few years. Previous visits have been very fruitful, beautiful designs, attentive staff, expensive but value for money. This year the designs have been drab, prices were sky high and staff were not particularly helpful. I really think there are better places to shop for clothes.

Visited the shop after scouring the new Spring catalogue, so had a good idea of what I wanted. The staff were cheerful and welcoming and boiled a fresh kettle so I could enjoy a free cup of tea and biscuits. I went straight downstairs to the sale department where were even more discounts to be had. Prices are high in the new range but you get well made garments with an eco credential so I am happy to pay the price for clothes that are different. There is always a wide range of colours so have to disagree with a reviewer who described them as drab. Came home with 2 sales bargains and 2 from the new range- one with a tasty 20% discount.

They try to deduct £10 from your refund when you return an item online..... then when I objected they said I could send it back via Royal Mail. They still maintain they don't have to refund the original postage, which as far as I'm aware is against the Consumer Contracts Regulations. They did refund as 'goodwill' but I won't be buying again. They also continued to send me newsletters after I had unsubscribed. Probably need to understand the law a little better. Lovely clothes, if a little shapeless.

Lovely clothes, horrendous lack of customer service and dodgy reutns policy online. The clothes are pretty though expensive, even if the cotton is 'organic'. However, the refunds policy needs an overhaul as it is the 21st century and they should observe UK laws online for UK customers. I think their atrocious customer service is a good enough reason NEVER to buy online from this company. I order from all over the world, so why is Swedish post snail-mail? I waited more than a week, rang 'customer service' and was told the clothes were being shipped from Sweden (surprise, surprise...) Grumpy irritating call centre. Should be shut down.

Lovely shop with friendly, helpful, patient staff. The clothes are always beautiful and so well made - you get the impression they'll last decades and even if torn would be mendable. It's worth checking downstairs where they normally put the on-sale items. Take a look upstairs to get an idea of the normal cost (not cheap!) and the quality and then see what you can find at a reduced price. Guaranteed you'll eventually splash out for something from the newest season! Also credit to company for their use of models - the models are always various ages, from young to elderly, but all wearing clothes from the same range. Definitely worth visiting if you can make the time!

Welcoming without being pressurising or salesy; I went with a particular purchase in mind and left with exactly what I wanted. Bright, inspiring display of these pretty, easy to wear clothes. Great eco-creditials with lots of recycled or organic fabrics. And my purchase given to me in a lovely printed cotton bag. Great shopping experience!
