Beware! The store try and say no refunds only swap or store credit. I went into the Covent Garden store with my daughter. There was high security where the gentleman followed everyone around like they were criminals - not making it a relaxed shopping environment. The clothes were of good quality for price but did feel very repetitive through out the store. My daughter found a nice skirt that she had first seen on the website which she wished to buy. We were not allowed to try it on - we thought fair enough due to COVID. We brought with cash, went to a different store which had the fitting rooms open and found unfortunately it did not fit her - too big around the waist. When we came back into the store and asked for a refund as the item did not fit. The girl on the till said they only do swap or vouchers. Not accepting this I said this was not allowed and not right she said “well it’s on the receipt”. Well - it being on the receipt is too late to tell a customer this. There are no signs up making customers aware of this horrid returns policy. After 5 minutes of arguing back and forth about the rights of the customer. She then said I will allow a refund this once. Truly awful! I hope no one else has to experience this. I know if my daughter would have been shopping by herself they would have not given her a refund.

The store is quite small for the amount of people on here, I would advise going earlier (towards when they open as lines to try on clothes and pay are so long). It is very crowded round in this store and just to browse in general. I would recommend the Carnaby street store instead even though the majority of the clothes are the same, I find that in that store, there’s a lot more room to look for things as well. Apart from that it is just your normal brandy Melville store

NO ❤️ this place promotes unhealthy eating habits and doesn’t fit a lot of people. the shop is like one mm long it’s tiny and the shop was hot and stuffy. All the clothes were really plain and overpriced. The workers were ok they just didn’t do anything except judge my outfit. The changing rooms were tiny and so busy. The music was good though very vibey and it had a cool atmosphere. Walked in with nothing left with nothing. 再见????

Shocking returns policy - beware! Teenage daughter shopped at the Covent Garden store today and on reflection the jeans she bought were too small. Only exchanges allowed in store or store credit which can't be used online. 14 day limit too.

A packed lovely chop full of funky teenagers. A great section of belts. We bought the small black bag in the picture and everyone just loves it.

Dropped into store last week with teenage daughter. Staff were very helpful, smiley and kept very busy with lots of new stock being put out neatly and quickly. Still they had time to help with advice and sizing which made a huge difference. Very Co-Vid safe store with friendly but strict security, queuing outside, restricted numbers in store and hand sanitizer. I thought the staff were excellent and made my daughter's first shopping experience there a great day out in difficult times.

Staff are extremely nice and so helpful! Of course I do not agree with the one size policy but apart from that a great store!

This store have the most lovely staff who go out of their way to help you, especially when they helped me find my phone. Excellent security guards as well. Definitely go if you find yourself in London!!!

Cute clothes but the customer service is appalling, some brandy workers need to get their heads out of their bottoms and stop thinking that they’re so superior. I was contemplating on buying a few things but the looks from the (average looking/plain) workers seemed very judgemental as they give off dirty looks which is highly unprofessional especially in the centre of London. If you want people to buy from here, at least hide your judgements as it puts people off from spending their money here.. Some of the workers aren’t even pretty enough to be rude and judge customers. Stay humble.

Staffs were soooo useless. I had to wait in line for 25 minutes just to pay, and mind you there were only 6 people in front of me. I asked them if they had the Nicolette tank in stock and they didnt even bother to help me check and replied with ‘Take a look around for yourself’

Love the clothing selection. It’s really pretty! I’ve heard a lot of bad things about Brandy Melville so I was hesitant to go, but I was pleasantly surprised! Staff didn’t ask if I needed help, but I thought that was fine. Definitely go if you like trendy clothes and an aesthetic setup!

ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL!!!! clothes are stunning and cute and comfy but it’s such a struggle to find stuff that fits you because all of it is so small!! Trying things on in the store always makes you feel badly about yourself, at brandy Melville and I wish they would make sizes for different body shapes. Making a XS, S, M, L and XL of something doesn’t hurt and they really should do it.

The clothes are pretty plain, but my 15 year old daughter loves them. Prices are reasonable, quality is OK and staff are very helpful. An indication of popularity is that they don't even have a post Xmas sale. The unique point about this place is that almost all the clothes are one size only designed for supermodels! Whilst my daughter isn't a model, she is a very petite teenager That Won't wear kids clothes and doesn't yet fit into average women's clothes, so this is perfect for her.

We need more Brandy Melvilles like the one in Convent Garden - very tidy & quite large shop with pretty much everything you can get on the website. If in London, the Convent Garden store is definitely the best one I’ve been to. The staff are usually busy but happy to help if you ask them. About the brand: the brand can be a little limited since it’s only one size, but most clothes are pretty stretchy material, it could easily fit anything from an S to a small L. The clothes are quite basic and the quality is average. Good shop to buy basic tees and jackets.

The place is small so it was crowded when i visited. The clothes are very cute but quite expensive for e.g a plain white crop top shirt is $13. The staff werentas welcoming and looked like they were done with being there, I asked how much money a piece costed and they just told me that the price was on it and i should just take another look. I wouldn’t go again.

arrived 20 minutes before close at this store after trying to get there before closing (took an uber and rushed down), only to be greeted by a staff member saying they were closed. i said their hours were posted until 7 and she let us in... they continued to turn a bunch of customers away. i asked again when we left (5 minutes later) why they were closing before their posted hours, they said they had a slow day so were closing early.. this came from the store manager on duty. really disappointing customer service.

Over priced but very good quality. I do order from this store but not often at all. It comes with free stickers as well.

When I bring my daughter here, no matter where I stand, I'm in the way. Just like in America.

I love the brand but the store can get pretty unbearable when it’s busy. Each location actually. Queues for the changing rooms can go on for ages and it’s usually pretty smelly. Feels hectic and chaotic. Would recommend to visit off-peak and not the weekend! Great selection, fantastic colours and usually fairly well kept store though.

My 13yr old loves this place - clothes are nice and decently priced for teens. However this store is way too overstocked, overheated and cramped. There were 6 dressing rooms but the queue for them was at least 15 mins and many people gave up. I think the layout and general shopping experience could be massively improved.

My first time shopping online at this store. My experience with customer service (because of a slight issue) has been great. Communication was excellent and willingness to help to resolve the issue was wonderful. Thanks to the staff who help in making my experience great at your store.

Aimed at teens and young people; not much of a sizing range too but it depends on what you buy.

The whole brand promotes unrealistic size. Majority of the items are ‘one size’ but are a size 8 UK. Poor quality and overpriced.

I have always liked the brands aesthetic However my experience at Covent Garden was poor. I asked if they had an item in stock. And the staffs response was very rude She then said that I should phone up another shop myself. The staff I experienced were lazy and disinterested with very poor customer service skills.

Horrified when I asked the assistant "about what size is the one size skirt?" " About a UK 4. Was the reply. A terrible message for my size 8 teanage daughter. Do not take your daughter's to this awful shop if you care for their self esteem.

I've heard great things about Brandy Melville, and all my skinny friends love it, but for all those who are a little larger than what the status quo ensues, it's not a great experience. Hardly anything fits, and I have to search every nock and cranny to find anything that will fit. Their clothes are nice and always changing to adapt to what currently fashionable, but it would be nice to have a few things for those who have a bigger build.

I can just imagine the meeting now: "Okay everyone, I have a fantastic idea on how to improve our chances of survival in these incredibly tough economic times. Even though human beings come in all shapes and sizes, let's only sell one size of clothing! And, let's not give refunds when they want to return a "one size only" piece of clothing that does't fit!" (bobble heads nodding around the table at the brilliance of this genius idea). Here's hoping your brand(y) goes the same way as so many others have recently - down there toilet. They may not have deserved to fail but yours certainly does. Stay away.

The clothes here are lovely and it's a nice building, but the staff are hilariously bad. They just stand around looking bored. Last time I went two of them were openly discussing how badly organised the store was, in between one of them telling the other how many compliments she gets all the time. The till staff give you instructions instead of helping (like asking you to go and find things for them). It makes me feel like I'm back with the bitchy cool girls at school, and they're annoyed that I'm there. Maybe that's intentional?

Very overcrowded! Annoying kids with parents. I would suggest their parents should wait outside the shop to reduce overcrowding!!!

Went in with my daughter and her friend. I was overwhelmed by the lengths the staff went to let me know they would rather be anywhere else in the world. It seemed very important to them to sort out their social lives , their social media presence and to make absolutely sure that I knew how below them this job was. I would suggest having thrm all serve an apprenticeship in one of their US stores to learn the basics of customer service.

Appalling customer service. The staff are incompetent. They can't find anything in the store if you do manage to engage with one of them. They avoid the customers at any cost. More interested in their personal conversations. Have told my teenage daughters never to subject me to these morons ever again. At checkout one staff member said to the other "so, she started smoking in the club" "isn't that illegal?" "Yeah, but she looks so cool" "oh yeah, I get it". And avoid sloane square branch also. They are so disinterested it defies belief.
