Staff is either glued to their phone or chatting between themselves instead of assisting customers. There were 3 people waiting to pay at the till and they were minding their own business instead of checking them out. Went to the fitting room and the blonde girl didn't even look at me.
This place is ridiculous.

In love with all clothes as it is one size fits all and pretty reasonable for pricing. But the customer service is awful, really rude and moody young woman Working in the fitting rooms put me off my experience.

I was really excited for my first shopping experience in Brandy Melville covent garden. I was however perplexed and disappointed to find that the clothes, whilst being advertised for people, were in fact obviously made to fit a chihuahua or other such purse dog. If i one day get such a dog i will happily return however in the mean time i suggest Brandy Melville thinks about coming up with some clear advertising to stop people getting confused and trying to wear the clothes themselves.

Customer service is terrible and they don’t warn you about the issue of not being able to return accessories (baring in mind it is just a phone case). They were very rude about the whole issue and weren’t helpful at all when trying to resolve it. The phone case fitted my phone however the camera was covered showing how much of a bad quality it was for a £14 phone case.

Cold and unfriendly staff, who stand on their phones scrolling Instagram quite blatantly. They seem to be untrained in basic customer service, which puts my friend and I off shopping in there, such a shame since we are willing to spend a lot of money. Avoid!

lovely shop and lovely clothes but customer service is terrible, cant ever find out if an item is in stock and the employees are unhelpful, i'm not a fan of one size either, i myself can fit into most of the clothes but this isn't the case for bigger girls, if they had better customer service and a better size range more people would like this shop, its such a shame

Ordered online from Brandy Melville. The top was stained and the trousers were damaged as well. Again be warned by one size, it doesn’t fit most people. Poor quality and bad service. Have to pay for return as well.

Diese Filiale des Bekleidungsgeschäfts Brandy Melville (irischer Name) im Covent Garden gefällt mir sehr gut. Es gibt eine riesige Auswahl unterschiedlicher Bekleidungsstücke. Natürlich befindet sich darunter auch mal das ein oder andere Stück, das beim Anprobieren nicht an allen Stellen wie erhofft sitzt oder das man trotz guter Passform nicht so gerne kaufen möchte. Die allermeisten Einzelteile sind jedoch wirklich gut geschnitten und/oder dehnbar genug, um sich an die Figur anzupassen. Man findet in dem Laden so viele neue Lieblingsteile, dass man dann jeden Tag lange vor dem Kleiderschrank steht.
Des Weiteren ist die Bedienung in dieser Filiale besser, als ich mir jemals erträumt hätte. Der Kundenservice ist einfach unvergleichlich. Meinen besten Dank dafür an alle Mitarbeiter! Es ist eine Freude, hier einzukaufen. :-) :-) :-) :-)
