Favorite British brand! Lovely and innovative design with subtle and delicate patterns! There is a pop up selfie booth inside of the store to take selfie with cute cath Kidston stickers. Stuffs are also friendly and supportive! Love it!

Love Cath Kidston! I always find great gifts here. This month, January, they have had some wonderful sales. I purchased a pyjama set and a couple of little coin purses. When I travel back to Canada, my friends enjoy receiving the little hand sanitizers, lip balms and hand creams. The packaging is always so pretty and unique from London.

You have no idea what a Cath Kidston fan I am since it came into existence in 1993.
I've been in this branch to have a look at the Sales items but didn't get anything as I got my Tote bag when it opened briefly at Southside, Wandsworth.
This store is 100++ stars. The customer service is 100++. She asked if she could help even with the Sales (!!) items!!
Overall just a place to visit for clothing accessories as well. I haven't bought anything during the usual shopping days week as it is reasonably priced for some but pricey.
I have been scrolling through the Sales items in the emails I get sent for the past 3 - 4 weeks but most items are out of stock so best to go to the store. This one in particular.
(The larger purse was from Elys but a few years ago.)

Adorable store, ended up purchase a few things and love what I got. Love the quality and prints. However the girl working July 25th in the lower level by the kids items, could have been more friendly and not a shadow. Every time I touched something she was adjusting it within seconds of me moving away from the item, and doing it directly in front of me twice. It’s not like I was making a mess. I have never had an experience like this while shopping. I double checked the price tags, thinking maybe this was some kind of posh store where clothing was hundreds each and I wasn’t supposed to touch anything....very awkward, the store wasn’t very busy and I had items in my arms, so I was obviously shopping vs browsing.

The clothes are impeccable and the customer service is outstanding. The staff go above and beyond to make sure that the client is satisfied. The quality of the clothes is exceptional and the speed of delivery and online service and website is truely excellent!!! Very impressed!!!

Staffs are friendly and helpful, very slow at the cashier though. One of my companies got her wallet stolen during the visit and apparently that is not the first time someone we know that had the same exp in this exact same store! They should really improve the security...

I received a backpack as present and unfortunately after some months it ripped. I went to this store, unsure they'd exchange it without the receipt, and the store manager was so lovely! She exchanged my bag for a new one without hesitation.
Everyone throughout the store was very smiley and friendly!

Nice store in this location. Parking space is also good here. Shop is situated also a good location. Works as a good landmark also. Oldest store in this area. Many customers comes everyday here for shopping. Mostly women's clothes and jewellery availables here. They attend their customer with respect. Very good staff is there hardworking persons is here.

This store has three levels, each bursting with lovely products. There were a lot of staff, who were all very helpful. A great store for choosing gifts for people. There is a 10% discount for students (with ID).

Think this may be the Cath Kidston flagship store, here on Picadilly near The Ritz and Green Park (park and tube station). Located over two floors and a small mezzane level. There is a lovely mock tube train seats at the entrance even with 'mind the gap' on the floor.

Stella gives Stellar service! I had the pleasure of being served by Stella in store today. She was so enthusiastic about the brand and could not have been more helpful. I was able to purchase online an item that was no longer available in store and she even gave me a comfy chair to sit on.
