bought a pair of shoes went home and tried them on again did not like them put them back in the box and returned them three days later. they would not let me exchange them as on one of the souls there was a tiny bit of dirt on them that can be easily wiped off. then accused me of wearing them outside when that very clearly never happened as they were spotless. the staff were rude an ignorant when i was exchanging them but they seem more than lovely to you when your looking to buy from them. will never be going back ruined my day and made me feel like i was not meant to be in the shop!

Nice store with a good amount of clothing available. When I visited the store I felt comfortable because of the friendly staff. Recently I had an issue with one of my purchases. The team personally helped me and I was really happy with their solution. Until next time!

Their customer service is very poor. I purchased a cotton hoodie yesterday, and it was covered all over with dust. They said they dont have anything else in stock, so had to purchase it since I was in hurry.
Its fairly spacey and well-organized store. But I would not come here to purchase anything in future.

Absolutely shocking service. I don’t even think the person serving me understood that I wanted a plain black pair or trainers. Instead brought me out different colours on 3 occasions. I had enough and walked out. Where do you find these people to hire lol

Spend hundreds of pounds on trainers that were faulty and was unable to get problem fixed. The customer service is shockingly bad. I would never buy from this designer again - you have been warned !!

Horrible customer service. Gave a pair of speed trainers to fix and it took them 4 months to check for any work. They are just incapable of anything in there. Honestly, don't waste your time or money. There are FAR BETTER brands with outstanding customer service

Extremely poor customer service, on arrival from LA after visiting Beverly Hills myself and family visited the balenciaga store on rodeo drive, my wife purchased a pair of shoes ($854.00 more than UK price) as a birthday gift but on arrival back in the UK realised that the size of the shoes after trying them on (possible mix up in the store) were two sizes too small so after a conversation with balenciaga customer service arrangeed to exchange these at said store, after making £150 journey by train from the west midlands was told in store that shoes could not be exchanged due to evidence these have been wore due to miniscule marks on the soles,(marks were removed with a baby wipe) we're not denying the fact they've been worn literally to walk less than 50 yards this is how we discovered they were to small, after several minutes trying to explain that we only wanted the correct size NOT A REFUND was point Blank refused so to summarise will not be purchasing any further balenciaga products due to s***, poor and discussing customer service, shame on you balenciaga,

I brought my speed runners to the store to get fixed. I received a perfect customer service. I had to wait a while to receive the shoes back, but the wait was worth it. Andrea the store manager returned to me the repaired shoes.

Didn't go into the shop but was enquiring about the speed n=sneaker. Te;phoned on Saturday and spoke to a rude member of staff who refused to let me know if they had any in store. I was told because they are popular they are unable to let me know if they have them Have you ever heard such bad customer service before. It not as those these sneakers are cheap, almost £500,00 I then rent onto to complain and find out if they had them in the store by calling customer service and was told they are unable to tell me because they are popular. BALENCIAGA poor, poor customer service. Treat customers with respect and inform them - we are spending our hard earned money.

The customer service here is diabolical!
I felt like I was taken on a wild goose chase. I was told by one member of staff prior to coming into store that two of the item I wanted was in stock. As this item is very popular I asked to reserve it. To my amazement I was informed that I was unable to reserve this item, having worked in retail myself I know that this is highly unlikely. As a result I went into the store to find that both had been sold and was informed in store that they can reserve items and will give me a call if they have this item in stock. Having received no communication from them the following day I called on two occasions to be spoken to rudely and given another piece of information, which quite frankly can't trust. I will not be shopping here again.

I have bought shoes from balenciaga In May.
When I came back to them for replacement of a hills in July, I've been told it will be free of charge, just because we are costumers in this store. I was really pleased to hear this.
Week later I've received phone call from boutique. So, I've collect the shoes, and what they actually done, it's glued old ripped leather instead of replacement of a hills with new.
Shoes are dirty and looks old/used.
Really disappointed.
Crap costumer service.
Would not recommend to anybody.
If you need to repair something from balenciaga, better find someone else.

When I entered the store and told the member of staff I was here for a collection they sent me downstairs to their "underground bit" assuming I was a courier when in fact I was a customer that had come to pick up and online order, however I did manage to get what I came for and what I wanted hence why I gave a 3 star instead of 1 star!
