Staff were very friendly but could come across as too eager. Whilst I was being served by one member of staff, I was approached by 3 more for help in a short period of time. However, I was served quickly and with the help of the product code found what I went in for.

Crowded huge shop. It seems they have everything you need there except they did not have what I was looking for. I found it in Dxb instead. The staff are polite and spend time with you. By the way, Expect a lot of people taking pics, and I mean A LOT!

Spent a fair bit of money here the other day, the guy who served us was rude and wasn’t interested in really helping until he knew we had money to spend. Even then he was caught between being on his phone and talking about work related staffing issues out aloud with another staff member. He also put our change in one of the shopping bags rather then hand it to us which I found quite rude. Overall bad vibe especially from him (who I think was the manager by the way he was strutting around the store). Thanks for a bad customer experience Mr cool cat.

Slightly disappointed with the experience here. Due to the Christmas season it isn’t uncommon to see queues outside luxury brands on this street and decided to purchase a product in store rather than Online. There was a long queue that took around 10 minutes, the doorman was really friendly and empathised how cold it was and tried to reduce the queue by asking people in the queue whether they were for clothing or something else. When we came in a lovely lady asked what we were looking for and directed us to the relevant department and advised someone would be over to help, apologised for the wait and noted that it was busy. I already knew what I wanted so waited patiently with my partner, within a couple of minutes the lady came back and asked if we had been served and I said no and she said she would find someone for me. Other people cottoned on and stood close by but the lady directed an advisor to us saying we were there first. However that’s when the experience started to dwindle, I showed him the product on my phone I was after and he asked to take my phone so he could look for it... fine. But he was obviously new and kept asking other busy advisors where product was, he asked if I wanted a “new one” and disappeared when I said yes. My partner started getting agitated as he took so long, he returned with nothing to hand and checked a drawer and said they didn’t have it but I could look at the display one which they wouldn’t normally do and sell it to me. I wasn’t that desperate to make the purchase so declined and I left, what really shocked me was the lack of apology for the wait or the offer of checking availability in another boutique or department store which is probably the most basic retainer for customer service. As I left the same lady from the beginning noticed I hadn’t anything in my hand and asked hadn’t I found what I wanted to which I said they didn’t have it in stock, she apologised and I said I’d just go online to which she said it would take two days. I almost wished she was my advisor! The extra star is for her. I’ve always been an advocate for e-commerce but have always wanted to try some “luxury” shopping experience, sadly you’re better off doing this from the comfort of your home!

Staff there were helpful and moreover friendly!! The day I visited the boutique in the evening, it was crowded there and I never expected that there would be any staff to take care of me but two staff came to me and then they served me a great service. I was so impressed!!

Try to go at an off peak time for a better experience. I would recommend visiting this store as they often have different colours in store that are not availble online plus you're able to try the clothes on first. The service here is really good 8 times out of 10, but occasionally you can come across rude staff as we have experienced in the past. But it worth visiting the store to find new colours and try on the clothes. It's also helpful to be look through the website before going to the store to get a better idea of what you're looking for.

Worst customer service of any luxury brand store, unfortunately this is not the only Gucci store that behaves like this. We had to queue outside, as expected, after 15mins fo lining up in the rain we were let in. The store floor practically empty, so didn't understand why customers willing to part with a lot of money need to be soaked. Waited inside for 25mins still no help as assistants claimed to be busy - my advice hire more people and get organised like LV which has a lot more foot traffic. Left the store empty handed and bought items on Harrods online for slightly cheaper. The overall experience at this store on several occassions has been terrible.

Have been purchasing for over 30 years have an order still awaiting for delivery no problem. Visited Bond Street store last Saturday cued for 25 minutes with people jumping the cue and being allowed in past your 2 members of staff , seems if your not a face or celeb then you cue. My self and my daughter in the end walked away. It is custom like our loyal to your brand that keep business trading not the freebie so called faces and celebs . Your manager was happy for us to walk away from your store with no apologies when I challenged why these other customers were allowed just to walk straight in making us 20 odd customers waiting in line in a cue look fools . I think your company policy if this is the case will loose loyal unvalued customers I for one will never return to one of your stores again I can do without being embarrassed and made to look a fool.

Not a lot to say. Everyone was very friendly. They don't have a kids section which is what we were looking for. Sent us to Harrods but that has very limited range.

Avoid avoid. Better to shop on Sloane street, staff are unorganised and not well trained. Too busy. Shop on Sloane street or department stores.

I am a fashion student and wanted to visit the store as i have chosen to base my next project on Gucci. I was honest from the start and asked the staff if it was okay for me to take some pictures. (Something that is normally a no in other high end stores). The staff were so friendly and helpful. Giving me information, asking lots of questions to help. They then offered me a catalog that was more like a book if you ask me for free. As a student i visit a lot of stores for brand research and i must say i was so grateful for the help and support i received. They new i wasn't there to buy and they helped me anyway. Not something you see everyday! Highly recommend this store and the staff! Amazing experience!

Store is quite small and can get busy. The sloane st store is far greater so if you can make the extra trip then go there instead. You will find a better collection and service.

My son and I visited this store on Monday afternoon and although appreciated the fact it was bank holiday and fairly busy the customer service we received was very poor. Working in this environment as a business manager for a global brand it does get busy but at all times my team and I are very aware of our valued customers and at the very least acknowledge and apologise for the wait. My son had saved up to buy a particular belt and was very excited to come to the store rather than buy from a concession in one of the department stores. Although he purchased from the boutique our experience was extremely disappointing. It felt like we were served as cash and wrap with zero interest in him as a new customer. We were happy to wait but a minimal expectation of a few words to encourage us to take a seat until a consultant was available was never there. Hopefully some improvement can be made here and treat all customers alike no matter what they are purchasing. I look forward to a considered response.

After purchasing in westfields a the day before and being helped by amazing attentive staff we visited Bond Street today to make another purchase only to be stood waiting for ages, completely ignored by all staff and told that we would be seen after other customers who had come into the store after ourselves. We will not be back to this store.

I went to their store to exchange my belt and to get 2 extra holes on it. One of their sale advisor took the belt to get it punched and when she braught it bach it was already in a bag. I didn’t check it till i got home and then i noticed they didn’t punch it at all . My trip to london was such a waste of time and money . I traveled from kent so you could imagine how long it took me to get to tgeir store. I’m really disappointed at level of their service . ????????????

I went in for a purchase, having a good perceived perception of this store in mind. By the time I left, I was disgusted with the way they had treated me and my husband. The service was extremely abysmal and utterly disgraceful. As my husband works for Gucci, we asked for a staff purchase. Although one of the staff were nice enough to pass us on to the cashier and manager, those two were far from friendly nor respectful in the slightest. As we were missing some identification and cards, the store understandably did not go through on the discount. However, what was utterly disgusting was their treatment of us afterwards. My husband’s legitimacy working for the company was questioned. The store cashier rudely asked whether he “actually” works for the company and how long he has been working for the company in such an awful tone and condescending manner. Her manager was not much better either, also disgracefully looking down on us, perhaps due to our younger age and clothing choice for the day. Every PROFESSIONAL member staff of such a high end brand should treat all their guests with the equal amount of courtesy and respect, regardless of age or appearance etcetera. I have already sent complaints to Gucci regarding such awful and frankly unforgivable treatment.

Had to queue outside for 20 mins on Tuesday afternoon. Then you get the feeling the staff are completely disinterested in serving. Feels a bit gloomy. And non of the tops we were looking for were stocked at this branch, a bit bizarre. And the v unfriendly shop assistant told us off for giving our preschool kid juice on the sofa. She wanted to take it away to the till. No smiles or any sense of dignity. Kind of robotic and gloomy. Never going back! Order online and send back if problem, better service!

I have to say they suprice me ! The doorman who greeted us was great. Really helpful and polite. As we entered, we were approched by a woman who appeared to work there...i say "appeared" because she very half heartedly said "hi" in a almost forced manner. I asked about the gucci flappy flops and sizes, and she straight away very abruptly like a programmed robot said in broken english "we not have". When i asked if any they would be getting more in or if there other store had them, she replied "go check the other store yourself" and "no we not stock them until summer next year. She then proceeded to roll her eyes blatantly at us and said "anything else"? We didnt even respond and walked straight out! Shocking for a company of that ý calliber that they would employ someone like that!! I ended up purchasing from Prada instead.

Waiting in line doesn't bother me but the staff here are so arrogant and pompous. If you aren't dressed head to toe in designer, they pay no attention to you. The shirt in the photo is their window display! I'd expect way more attention to standards for a £610 shirt! I'm sorry but my clothes are in a better state after a night out. Customer service is very much dependent on how you're dressed, which is a shame as many customers would spend more if waiting time and service was better. I've put two stars because the woman that helped me with my exchange was lovely and very apologetic for the waiting time.
