These guys arn't as pc as I thought they would be. I'm all for political correctness facilities in the UK but these guys didn't seem to care at all about helping me learn what I can and can't say. They just kept trying to sell me personal computers. I'm not surprised by the lack of helpfulness, after all the person assisting was an American so I didn't expect much. He also had his religious beliefs on this tag which as an atheist I didn't like. I get that you are Christian but you don't have to force these beliefs on me am I right?

Very very bad service, would rate zero stars if possible, payed for next day delivery on something, took 1 WEEK to get to my house. I get there is a pandemic and everything and I totally understand....except i live like 15 minutes down the road only got it delivered because I had to self isolate but wasn't expecting this never going to shop here again, gonna use the one in Watford because at least they get to my house when they say they are going to.

Awful customer service!!
I booked online a coffee machine the day before, drove for 20miles to pick it up and it was disappeared! Customer service unable to swopped it with another colour & I proposed to take the item displayed: No problem solving skills at all! Inflexible, useless and inefficient personnel! Unreliable online (poor)service!

Ordered a washing machine and cooker for my daughter's new flat. Waited in for it and it never arrived! Apparently they "couldn't park"! And drove off didn't notify us that they were there! Nightmare getting a refund too. Will never use this joke of a retailer again

Purchanced printer on line .No communication at all .Currys supposed to notify us by email.After going to store to investigate was told the printer had been delivered to store but had been displayed. Further investigation on line but still no joy .Went back to store nearly a week later only to be told it was in warehouse but we didnt get notified about this .Very angry about service .I .Green

I've blocked my phone by accident I went down O2 At H.H and they was there about 10/15 minutes trying to do it. They were no GOOD I went down to Currys PC World to Carphone Warehouse. I told him what was happening. it took him about 30 seconds. To sort it out and he's done it there and then. Carphone Warehouse

I had a great experience. Went in to buy a dryer. The lady called Adriana saw I was looking and came over to help me. Found the one I wanted online and processed it all quickly. She even asked the manager to give me a discount on the product support which I requested to add on. I wasn't pressured into anything and got exactly what I went in for. I'd definitely shop there again.

This place offers generally great customer service. We did turn up fairly late (7:30pm) but we were making a £600 purchase. the person that was serving us felt the need to keep checking his watch which I found to be a little bit rude.
Disable access here is good. They have a Disabled lift for wheelchair access BUT once you get upstairs there's nowhere to sit once you get upstairs, which is no good for the elderly or people who are easily short of breath or easily fatigued like myself at the moment.
Currys also offers a price match from recognised retailers which is also a plus!
Overall, I like it here.
I would recommend it if you're able enough to handle standing for enough time to concrete your decision about your purchase upstairs. Jokes aside, this is a good place to come to. They have a good selection of appliances from TVs to toasters.

Went to carphone warehouse to organise getting a phone repaired. The staff were all really lovely, real shame they had no idea what they were talking about. Turned into a wasted trip for me. Not easy to find a carphone warehouse as it is.

After telling the greeter I was looking for a laptop and bring shown the department I waited for 25min before I got someone to "help' me he spent a further 20mins telling me the very same information that was written Infront of me for various laptops when ask what emmc was I got shrugged shoulders and promptly googled it !!! I thought I came here for help and advice on buying the righ product ???? Even still I chose one and was told none in stock I chose three more all out of stock so I ask the question.... Do you have ANY laptops in stock ....No sir not today ....then why not say at the door sorry we have no stock but your welcome to have a look so we can order you one ...I was told nobody has laptops at the moment...so I went on Argos website and ordered on in front of him my advice look online buy online picked it up within the hour THANK YOU ARGOS

Very unhappy with service when trying to lease a laptop. Technical issues finalising the lease and it was taking so long we left the store. Since then I have called customer services twice for someone to contact me including complaining to Regional Manager and Store manager and still no one has responded to me!

I wasn't impressed really, I was looking for a cable, there were three employees standing chatting, I walked passed them about 4 times trying to find what I was after. Not once did one of them ask me or offer help. I then went to the tills, where I asked a lady for help. She was really helpful, so thanks to her!!

I bought a washing machine here and decided to install it myself. The problem was that the waste pipe was to short and the only way to sort it was to pay for install where they top me up to pay another 35 pounds. Not very helpful l would have gone to argos instead

Good staff here very clued up on products. Only thing I found disappointing was nothing I wanted was in stock and was asked to order it on line. I don't know why stores do this and say that our internet stock we dont have that I store. Why not as people like things that are convenient and easy to access.

When I visited Currys in Hemel it took a while to find someone to help me look for a product. When I did find someone, they weren't that knowledgeable about the differences in the products and looked on their phone for the answers. The few people that still go to stores to buy things, probably expect better service from the staff. The staff that did help were still friendly.

Slow service but they appeared to be helping customers at the counters. Annoying if you're in the queue but thorough if you're the one at the counter. Maybe could have more staff behind the tills, especially if they know it's going to be busy due to sales/promos.
