The second time I've used Click Mechanic, and to be honest I can't see a reason not to keep on using them. Low prices. Great service. Quality work. Great stuff!

A really good reliable service - definitely recommend

I have used ClickMechanic twice recently. Both times my issues has been dealt with professionally and effectively. They will endeavour to get a mechanic allocated to your job as quickly as possible and are friendly and approachable over the phone.

Buying a used car of any age can be a mine field, so many having having hidden histories, so it helps to use a company that provides a high level service. Click mechanic is a must have when you are purchasing a used car, if anything to give you peace of mind. The mechanics are very accommodating and very good value too.

I had a mechanic come to my house 2 times now and was lucky enough to get the same chap both times . He is the most polite mechanic I have ever had do any work on my cars . And would recommend any time and there prices are good aswell .

Really Really bad. The idea of this service is great but I had an appalling experience. I've since contacted click mechanic twice and no response from them at all. They instructed i needed a paid for diagnosis. So i booked this in - I had a booked time on a set date. The mechanic apparently called me but didn't leave me a message - i didn't have a call record / missed call from them. They didn't show up in the booked time. didn't contact me, until I started chasing them through the website. after much chasing they arrived hours after the booked slot. They barely checked over the vehicle, just took the error readings...then they told me they couldn't diagnose it, even though that is what i had already paid for. They told me I would have to have the entire engine removed and checked in order to diagnose it - which was another £250 - which they wanted paying outside of the click mechanic system, and then after that they would then quote me on whats wrong and further charge me for parts and labour to fix it. they also tried to tell me that my fuse box had water in it and the car would likely need rewiring. Due to them requesting to be paid outside of the click mechanic system and being late and their lack of communication i was suspicious it was a con. so i turned down the work and had another mechanic look at it. and they got the issue fixed in an hour. two little sensors had failed that worked with the timing chain. replaced those car runs perfectly. there was no water in the fuse box. and the engine didnt need stripping out. trying to report this back to click mechanic has been useless, not a single response form them. Honestly - id really avoid. its a good idea but the reality is its rubbish zero customer service. -------------------------------- IN REGUARDS TO THEIR RESPONSE BELOW: How interesting that despite using the click mechanic message system, and using their resolution process and contacting customer services directly, I had not a single response. But posting a review, I finally get an answer - to which they say use their customer service line, which I already have. Its a good example of how bad the customer service is. Maybe i should post screen shots of all the emails and messages ive sent to them using their own system. You pay to use their chosen mechanics and system, the mechanic is supposed to quote for the future work through their system with a breakdown of costs. I got thrown a figure on the side of the road and was suggested by the mechanic not to book work through click mechanic. I paid for a service i didn't fully receive, and what i did receive was a mechanic who was HOURS late. Who - if he had contacted me before the appointment time he left no message - (he apparently tried to phone me once earlier in the day but couldn't get through). i had a booked and confirmed appointment and the mechanic didn't show up. I had to chase them through the messaging system to get a response. JUST AVOID.

Great company! The Mechanics that came got the job done efficiently and gave me lots of helpful advice for keeping my car running well. If it wasn't for them I would have taken the advice of the garage I usually go to and scrapped my car! Instead they have managed to fix the things wrong with it within my budget. Would highly recommend.

Never used anything like ClickMechanic before but it was brilliant. Mechanic arrived within the determined time slot, carried out the work quickly and professionally and was very friendly. And all much cheaper. Was good to receive a fixed price for the job too before committing. Will not hesitate to use again!

Very happy with George and the work he carried out. Polite friendly chap. Didn’t require anything even sorted himself out drinks and food. Stayed on into the evening to get the job done. Very please with his work. Professional and would highly recommend. Used click mechanic twice now and both times I have been very impressed. They are now my first go too if I have issues with my vehicles.

Clickmachanic has done a fantastic job finding a garage to fix my range rover, would definitely reccomend and will return thanks again barry (preston)

Brilliant service, had my car repaired for £100. Where as my local garage mechanic was charging for same service £800. I will only ever use click mechanic from now on.

Hassan was great, providing me with a comprehensive report on the car I had my eye on which enabled me to make an informed decision and ensure that the necessary repairs were carried out before I made a purchase. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Great service, can't fault, apart from confirmation emails going to spam, which hopefully I can fix going forward.

Very satisfied with the service received despite the mechanic arriving some time after my booked time, through no fault of his own due to unforeseen difficulties at an earlier booking. To Jonathan's credit he was into his 12th hour by the time he arrived but still sorted my repair...the price was very competitive and was cheaper than quotes I received from two local garages..will definitely be using ClickMechanic again...

Fantastic experience. Easy to book, in house mechanics very knowledgeable and very trustworthy mechanics. Problem fixed and they showed me the problem/resolution to keep me in the loop. Would definitely recommend!

Using ClickMechanic was a pleasure, communication was great, James was fantastic and very helpful. Job well done and will definitely recommend using them.
