Went in for an oil change and major service. I had an initial concern over the oil to be used in my car (as it requires a bespoke oil for my Turbo engine). Giovanni listened keenly, was very friendly and helpful and ensured that the correct oil was ordered and used. Would definitely use this branch again.

Really excellent service. I used Mr Clutch to have a major service on my car. As someone who doesn't know a lot about cars I often worry about visiting garages for my lack of information. Giovanni at the desk was not only incredibly friendly but talked through the results of my service with me. I had to have a flat tyre replaced and it was super affordable as well. I'd definitely recommend visiting this branch - thanks Giovanni!

The worse customer service ever, the guy didn’t even bother to greet us just indicated with his head as in what do you want while having a conversation on his phone, we explained the issue and he just said sorry busy now no explanation no offer of appointments basically saying go away, don’t bother wasting your time just go to next door garage Apollo far much better customer service.

The customer service was just acceptable not bad or excellent just ok. The really poor part for me is the person that worked on my car was obviously wearing oily boots but obliterated my car mat bottom of the console and under driver seat anywhere his boots touched left black oil. I don't know how anybody hands a car back like that everywhere else puts down paper mat's not here. Beware if you have a vehicle that you care about. I went to fix something and left with a job i have to fix

I would like to have been able to recommend Mr Clutch Wandsworth as they were recommended to me.
Quoted £220 circa to supply and fit exhaust downpipe part 301894 £60 circa for part from Europarts. When I arrived to book the job at Mr Clutch they told me Europarts apparently had no part 301894 "until afterXmas" on a standalone basus but could supply with a second section only. Total now would be £380 supply and fit. I suggested we look for 301894 from another supplier but Mr Clutch then went onto say that replacing the downpipe only might be too risky and complicated as"you never know what you are going to find" I felt wrong footed that the proposal as original now was not something the garage recommended. When I took the car home I looked online for part 301894 and it was available on a standalone basis from Europarts the following monday from Balham and Acton and Croydon. All a bit strange.
i dont appreciate the response below either a) its a system driven generic response b) it refers to "no invoices" which of course there are not as anyone reading the feedback would understand that the whole point of the review is that MR Clutch Wandsworth are are not suitable to do business as they appear to move the goal post and change their story. AVOID.

Michael is the most honest mechanic out there. Could have taken the piss as I know nothing! Checked my car was safe to drive and found there was nothing wrong. Even test drove it and charged me nothing. Thank you so much. Have already recommended you to friends and will be back for my MOT.

The team at Mr Clutch Wandsworth are an absolute delight. I have used them several times and have always found them trust worthy, they also always take the time to explain to me what they were doing and why. I first went to this branch last December when another local branch tried to charge me stupid money to repair my car. I travelled 2 mins down the road and was treated with respect and quoted a reasonable repair.
I have recently again used them for a full service which has been great. Their tyre prices are also very competitive.

Unfortunately I've had to rate them poorly despite being my go to garage in past. I've taken my car back several times for a squeaking issue on my brakes and it's been continuous. I went to get it fixed, and not only I've been charged, it's still not fixed! The manager keeps telling me to come before 9am (i've been back probably 5 times now and given up on them) and I never get anything done - usually to brush me off and say come again if it happens again...I've noted this is a new team...bring back the old team.

These guys saved me on Xmas eve with a puncture tyre and was willing to stay later to help me fix the issue. More recently I was quoted half the price by Mr clutch compared to a ridiculously expensive large chain garage and these guys fixed the issues of high quality. Been here for past 2 years and can always rely on. Highly recommended.

I had a cambelt replaced at a Mr clutch in Bristol, however after having driven to London the engine of my car started making a terrible noise.
I contacted the Mr clutch who did the work and they advised to come to the closest Mr clutch at that point which was this branch.
Having brought the car in I was told, despite the knocking noise and loss of power 'you have a noisy diesel and you only need to worry when there's a banging noise'. I've subsequently had to have my car towed back to Bristol and advised not to drive it like it was as the new cambelt could have moved due to incorrect position of the new tensioner causing extensive damage.
I didn't need them to fix the problem, but their extreme dishonesty worrys me, and makes me wonder what would have happened if I had taken their advice.

I am always suspicious when I change garage. So I decided to stay while the guys were carrying out my big service on my 16 years old Micra.
I always have lots of questions and they answered all of them very patiently.
I learned a lot.
For me their knowledge showed that they know what they are doing, and I didn't feel that they were trying to ripping me off.
And also they are fun to be around with.
Highly recommend them.

Unsatisfied with the service from this particular garage. After a routine timing belt change my car showed new problems with the engine that were not present before. Though they agreed to recheck their work, I was without my car for 5 weeks. Management were unprofessional, and showed poor time management, they failed to live up to their completion dates week after week. Raised complaints via head office, was promised a call back but could never get through. Now having to send my car to an approved garage as I don't feel 100% secure in the state of my car. I have lost confidence in this company. Please don't let them treat you in the same way if things go wrong. I would not recommend to any car owner.

I phoned up Mister Clutch and asked if they would take a look at an issue I've been having with my automatic gearbox, which they said they would.
After driving down there they tell me that they don't deal with automatics.
What a bunch of time wasters. Avoid
