Called, they answered and gave a clear answer they could change the wheels on the van and gave a fair price. They said pop it in the next day and will take an hour. I turned up, they remembered the call and did what they'd agreed. Utterly professional throughout, very pleased and would highly recommend the team at Wadham tyres. Thank you

These guys are fantastic. Have been using them for a few years now on our Nissan Qashqai for general servicing, MOTs and they have come to our rescue recently when we really needed it. They use supplier parts meaning cars maintain warranties after servicing and repair events. They are also really responsive, very reasonably priced and give excellent advice consistently, several times selecting a cheaper more efficient route for us when they could have just replaced parts and charged the Earth. Will definitely continue to use their services.

Just moved to the area and was recommended Wadham's by a friend and I popped in to see the Guys about an issue with my wheel arch, they fixed it on the spot and were chatty & friendly. Very happy and will definitely be going back (hopefully not too often!)

First time of using this garage to replace previous regular garage which had closed but had referred us to Wadham’s.
Carried out Full Service and MOT on my Daughters Nissan Note. Very efficient and prompt service coupled with very friendly and polite staff, in particular Jason whose demeanour towards customers was excellent.
Will be back in the New Year for the same again on my Skoda Octavia.

Wadham garage is a real find. Its one of those places that once you have used once becomes your permanent go to for all your car servicing needs. Always helpful, always honest, fair price. Jason knows his stuff and is dedicated to always finding the quickest and best solution. Ron has experience beyond his years and nothing seems to phase him. Horrible service, rude and argumentative staff
I decided to try these guys after being with London MOT for the last 10 years. I was horribly dissapointed.
I needed an MOT. They failed the car before notifying me what needed to be done, then were unable to find another time to do the re-test in under two weeks, which would have meant the re-test would be free as per their policies.
After calling them to request a re-test which I was due according to the customer terms, they said that they are too busy after covid. This is something that everyone has had to deal and in fact plan for, over the months. This is simply no excuse. We've all been affected by coviD. This s such a jobsworth excuse because a good operator would find a way to deliver on customer volumes and demand. Not argue and hang the phone up. (Jason hung the phone up on me when i asked for him to make a plan) Obviously, dialogue with customers is not a strength.
Atrocious service. I have paid for the test, they failed it without calling to say it needed work done - and allowing me the opportunity to have the work done that day. They are obstructive and awful operators who do not deserve to be in business.
The work has not been completed because they have failed to plan adequately for demand. I have an unclosed MOT case which they opened and have not completed.
I have been impacted financially and have not solved my problem. They have not offered to refund the money. They are playing games and should be closed down.

After several trips and diagnoses I eventually booked my car in with a dealer. They found no evidence of the issues they diagnosed and the quote from Wadham of £1000 for a new part turned out to be a £70 job at the dealer.
The people were very friendly and polite, but I no longer trust them.

First class customer service. I dropped my wife's Toyota Aygo in to have a slow puncture repaired. I was informed that because she had driven on it too far whilst flat...????????♂️ the wall was damaged and the tyre needed to be replaced. Very fast changeover and good value. Will be using again for my future tyres and more than likely servicing/MOT needs. 5*.

I had my two front tyres replaced on my mini having had the two back tyres replaced 3 weeks previously.
I turned up without an appointment and was greeted immediately by a very courteous man who said it would take half an hour. Went for a lovely walk by the river and 30 mins later collected my car. The price is also excellent. Great service .

I reckon I know more than most about tyres, as I once drove a Land Rover all the way around Africa and learned by hard experience. I've had some awful service and seen some real rip-off merchants in the past so it was great to find that these guys charge very reasonable prices for their tyres, and also have an excellent workshop team who helped with some locking nuts I didn't have a key with. They know exactly what they are doing, and they charge fair prices, which is all I can ask for.
