One of my worst experiences ever. Took the car twice. Car it hasn't been tested in every way as they don't have the right equipment. (I've been told by them) Paid £120 literally for nothing. Complained to Skoda headoffice. Been advised to go to another Skoda garage. Just useless! Avoid them!

It's hard to put my finger on it but they're....just ok. I've taken my car in for various services and minor issues and there's always something not quite right. They say they'll call back at 2 but I end up having to call back at 4 and 4:15 to get an update. There's something a bit dodgy, price-wise, about the quote for new tyres. I had to take my car back three times for a light that kept coming on on the dashboard - hilariously the service guy just said all I needed to do was reset it and that would fix the problem! Sort of passive-aggressive customer service. Overall, like I say, just a C- grade. Typical motor trade attitudes. It's not *quite* bad enough that I'd drive the extra 30 mins to another Skoda service place so I keep going back. Presumably they survive because there's not much competition.

This is my first car in UK and I have had a brilliant customer service experience from everyone I have dealt with this week. My car (Skoda Fabia) was collected (I recently broke my arm but this was offered regardless) I was sent a message with a video link of the health check carried out and my car delivered back before 4pm. I have worked in the motor industry previously for 4 years and the customer experience has improved leaps and bounds! So pleased... Thank you to everyone at Wimbledon Park Honda!

Friendly and efficient experience taking our Skoda Yeti for its second annual service & MOT. Delighted to be offered a courtesy car (a Honda Jazz) for the day and even more pleased to get the call to collect the car earlier than expected and the whole thing cost less than last year. 1st annual service for my Skoda Rapid Spaceback and my first visit to Norton Way Skoda. The customer service was friendly and helpful, and also offered a complimentary car pick-up/drop-off from home for next time. The oil and filter were changed. The service was carried out promptly and the car was ready by 3pm as requested.

I just wanted to recognise the great service I had from Barry and his team dealing with an annoying warranty issue that arose on my 15 month old Skoda Superb estate yesterday. They undertook the investigation of an apparently small issue (headlamp washer stalk remained in out position) and had to take the wing off to correct it. All done with no fuss and vehicle returned (washed) in good time and with a fulsome explanation by Barry of the issue. This is the third time since I bought the car (brilliant model!) that I have had excellent service responses from the Skoda side of the team at Norton Way in Wandsworth. Many thanks. SS

Happy with their service in the past. This time: drove in to get key reprogrammed, one of two keys worked and their technician drove it into the garage itself without problems. They managed to make both keys not work so car stuck in garage 1 week. They declined courtesy car whilst they got new key from Germany and charged me 130+gbp when they had stopped car working and I lost car for a week and I still only have 1 key working. Blamed me for my keys being 'cloned' but not illegal and both had worked more than 2 years and car bought with one of the keys from another Skoda dealer so irrelevant. Their attempt to programme key triggered immobiliser. Should have been free of charge as no better than I left it and still only the one key. Complained several times but only response 50gbp skoda voucher from Skoda uk. Inadequate. Very disappointed. They have lost a repeat customer. Suggest avoid due to useless customer service. Subsequently got new fully programmed key supplied for 165 by an independent.

I don't normally leave reviews but since I bought my octavia vrs 3 years ago these guys have been superb. Customer service and courtesy calls, updates etc are great, they advise the cheapest option (even though I'm a petrol head and insist on the full works) and they never mind when I pop in to change a fuse or things like that. Very friendly garage and one of few I trust.
