It was time for my yearly service for my car and I booked it with the Jeep service in Battersea. I left my car with Anthoney/ I hope I spell the name correctly/ and everything was so quick and acurate. Anthoney is always very careful and every time before and after the service he explain to me everything that they going to do and when its done. All the documents are always filled in correct. This is my second car from Jeep and I have seen Anthoney several times with different customets while I was waiting for my car and he is always very polite. THANK YOU so much Anthoney and the Jeep team.

I’m really pleased with the customer service received in my past visits. The checks are always really quick. Sometimes, it is a bit hard to get through the phone but it is understandable with the covid cut of stuff. But they always get back to you via email or call you back. Anthony Evans has to deal with me the same day I lost my job due to Covid. I was really emotional and stressed out due to the car broken down. He was really professional. Same for Tim Barker who helped me so much to organise repairs and quotes in no time, in vary occasions he patiently took the time to discuss and explain to me details and costs. He also caught me in stressful timing for me and he was really understanding.

I bought my car when their branch was Croydon. Since then my car has had a oil leak, I was advised by a mechanic to take it back because I have a 3 year warranty so they have to fix my car for free. I have been calling and leaving messages for 2 weeks now and I just keep on being redirected to different departments and giving me empty promised

I didn't even get to use this branch. I am actually driving 1 hour to use another Jeep dealer as they were so much more helpful and actually come back to their client when promised. Jeep Battersea also wanted to charge me exactly double the price for a first service compared to any other Jeep dealer in the UK. No real explanation gin apart from they do a visual inspection?!?!?!?

Terrible service: never respond to the phone, never call back, unhelpful when you finally speak to them. No point in washing your car and being nice and polite when you go there to leave or get the car back. It’s the whole service that is terrible. Then I receive quality calls asking how they did, leave a message with a number to call and when calling it, fall into the same trap of needing to leave a message in turn that they will probably never return. I have bought 5 cars over the past 10 years from them. This will be my last.

Used the service here once many years ago, but I was appalled by the quality of work, the quality of service at extortionate price. So I turned to their Croydon branch and I was absolutely happy with them ever since. Sadly Croydon branch is now permanently closed and I was sent back here involuntarily for an issue under their warranty. I was hoping to see some Croydon staff transferred here, but sadly no. And I was hopping they might've improved since my last visit, sadly No, it got much worse! They took my car in for days and never gave me any updates on progress. I had to call several times a day only got the voicemail greeting, because nobody was there to answer the calls. Once I got through they just told me no updates but promised to call back, which they did only once only to indicate the cost, and then they disappeared again. And I had to chase repeatedly. After this visit, I'm done with Motor Village. And perhaps will sell my car and get any other brands that aren't covered my them. Truly wish the Croydon branch wasn't closed down.

Called with a question that I maybe should've known the answer to, but didn't, so needed ask someone. The person I spoke to was rude and sarcastic when I called with genuine sincere questions. Spoke to me like I'm an imbecile. I was polite and thanked him for his answer. I didn't want call him out on poor manners, however I will not be using their services again. Wholly unprofessional in my opinion.
