First of all the mechanic never turned up, no contact either. Secondly when i looked into the mechanic, they had terrible reviews, despite this Click mechanic kept them on the list.
Then I finally got a mechanic who was a really nice guy but unfortunately he fixed a part that was not faulty and eventually i had to take it to main dealer and pay £650 for the actual repair.
So i contacted Clickmechanic for a refund of over £300 and guess what..... silence.... to today.
There is no sense of professionalism, they should refund the money i spent as I DID NOT pay for TRIAL & ERROR.
Be careful!

Great experience. Only lowered the score on punctuation as he was a bit late. He made up well for that by providing a fast service on my car! Plus he bought me a coffee as a make up, which was something he didn't have to do but did anyway. Would definitely come again!

I'm really glad that clickmechanic exists because at the price I got 2 things changed right outside my house ....I went to garages that quoted me crazy money for such a normal easy job that I could've done myself but I'm busy with work so can't do much ..I had a mechanic sent to my house and he was really quick at repairing and changing the parts requested......I will definitely use them again ...thanks much appreciated

I would definitely recommend, we were really interested in a car at the other end of the Country. We booked the Premium and the service was fantastic and the report was easy to understand. It's one of those services which has sorted one of my life's dreads, broken down car... When you work 9-5 it's really hard to arrange delivery and pickup from a garage that's a distance from work. Not to mention how many times I was told sorry mate will be ready tomorrow... Leaving me stranded. Amazing!

I could not be happier; professional pickup and drop-off of car bang on times agreed, items changed left in a box in the boot for reassurance, price quoted was price charged. So easy to use and very competitively priced. The first day my car was available, the work was done so no waiting for weeks. Customer Service were also very good and responded very quickly. The website was easy to use and the communication was very good. All in all I had a great experience. When they match you with a mechanic you'll get all the details. Absolutely bull. Dealer charges a max of £70 INC Vat.

Cannot be easier, book online they come to you, in my case once to diagnose second time to fix. It is easier faster and if not similarly priced cheaper than having the hassle of going to the garage. This is the future of car repairs, will be using them for my MOT too.
