I was so well helped by the boss himself, a part had been sent in error and I was able to go straight to the boss, I explained what had happen, and he exchanged the part problem free, the nice thing for me was there was none of this. No "leave your car and we will talk to you when we have time, they simply acknowledged the error, and immediately corrected it. The end result of this part replacement is I now have a lovely new working part in my car thanks to their mechanics carrying out the fitting. As a customer there is nothing more rewarding than using a garage who seem able to deal with anything related to cars. I am truly delighted with the way CCK run business and I am extremely grateful for their expertise in both sales and servicing.

I brought my BMW in to CCK for a full service as it had endless problems from A to Z, in fact nothing on it was working correctly, thanks to CCK this has been completely turned around, they went over every single part of the car, and now the car drives like a new car. The've truly done fantastic full service, and have successfully carried out multiple repairs. I'm overjoyed with the quality of their work, and the performance of my car.
It's not the first time I am using these CCK, and by no means the last. The reason I've used them in the past, and I'd most certainly use them again is simply because in my opinion they are one of the best garages not just in London, but in the whole of the UK.
Something most unique is the body repairs their level of expertise is so high in this division that when they do a full car respray it's hard to tell the difference between their work and that of a new car.

This company advise very expensive repairs which are often not needed. Without getting permission, they put stickers in cars, to build brand familiarity and trust in their scam. No thanks for the sticker, I removed mine, it took ages!

I went to get my vehicle service today and wasn't given a quote prior to dropping my car off. Bearing in mind, I know my way around a car very well and I had a rough idea what needed to be checked but just wanted a professional to have a look as a service was due according to the onboard system. When I got a call back from the mechanic, he quoted I needed a few things changing including brand new spark plugs, oil change etc. I was aware all four brake pads were due a change and was just waiting on the pads to arrive, they quoted 800 for all four to be changed, which was a joke itself (BMW oem parts). But what made me laugh was when he informed me I needed brand new spark plugs when I literally changed it 2 weeks ago, with brand new coils (I bought really top quality ones) and informed the "usual" oil change, filters needs changing etc when I changed that last year via another garage, he quoted me just under £500 (not to mentionmy cars mileage is very low and in fantastic condition). When I told him this, he had the nerves to say "why did u bring it in for servicing then?". I was very disappointed because I saw all the positive reviews on google thinking maybe this can be my go to garage now but it's clearly another cowboy garage that look to scam people that know nothing about cars. Sounds like they are living off a "positive reputation" currently and think they can scam their new customers. Best to look elsewhere if you don't want to get ripped off.

Strategic deployment utilized by a team of highly trained professionals. My Audi Q7 has never run better and had it not been for Car Care’s expert mechanics this would not have been possible. I wanted a full service and as a joke I said to the mechanic when you’ve finished with my car I want it to work like a dream. When I went to collect my car and I heard it that’s exactly what it sounded like, when I drove the car it was mind blowing. I really feel any car owner who wants to have any type of work done on his car he should come here. Thank you so much for being detailed and very caring with your work.

Porsche Guru’s, it's the only way to describe this company. Driving my Porsche 911 is a huge passion of mine, you could say I’m in love with my car:) I wanted a full service and the whole car fully checked.
When I brought the car in I was asked what’s wrong with the car, I said nothing I just need the car maintained to a high standard. Car Care reviewed everything and the car came out of their garage running even smoother.
There is one way to describe this company, they have been like a good doctor to me for my car. Thanks to car care 1 one my Porsche is always very reliable and despite being 6 years old it has never let me down once.

I'm a owner of several cars and I use several garages for different reasons and I have to say I'm totally impressed with the way these guys do business. I found them to have unique skills, they utilized this when working on my Bentley. My braking system was not functioning correctly and only working at 25% of it normal efficiency. I explained my problem, I found the mechanic to be very helpful as well as intuitive. The end result is now my brakes are working like when I bought the car 10 years ago. Cars are my passion and I buy and sell them as a hobby, having a list of good garages is essential to me. I would safely recommend car care 1 to any car owner.

Absolute first class rip off merchants who obviously think people are too stupid to know what car parts cost. Extremely rude on the phone when you deal with them and full of excuses and waffle about why their prices are reasonable. Avoid like the plague and use somewhere trustworthy like a Halfords Autocentre. Not worth it for the “convenience” of having your car picked up and returned.

Welcome to rip off Britain, fake review era. This company, like most mechanics, make all kinds of claims about expensive work needed, when it most likely isn't needed, and maybe never even gets done. You've seen their friendly stickers everywhere because they put a sticker on every car they touch - without the owners permission, and they are a pain to remove.

Absolutely friendly staff who were all very warming. The team at Car Care managed to resolve an engine issue which I had that other mechanics at different garages couldn't even solve. Also many thanks to Service Advisor Jim who kept me updated throughout the process in regards to the time and day my car was going to be ready for collection.

Great and reliable garage. Efficient and very polite service, got my MoT sorted in no time. The guys have found a nail in my tyre but confirmed after thorough inspection that it hadn’t punched — too many mechanics would have claimed the exact opposite to replace the tyre.
They take care of a lot of German and Italian sports cars. Genuinely safe pair of hands.

Avoid like the plague. I took my luxurious convertible car over there to just wash the roof top. After the cleaning was finished and i got back home i noticed that they have removed the Official sticker where i have bought my car and replaced it with their company's logo!! And all this without asking or telling me anything! Seriously i mean really???! Of course when i call and complained they claimed that they didnt know anything and they ll call me back to replace it and they never got back. Stay away.

Not the cheapest of garages....but who wants to save a few quid at the risk of your car not getting the respect it deserves?
These guys can take care of anything in-house which is rare....they walked me round the whole premises on my first visit and i was amazed. I've been with them for a few years now and can safely say that my previous VW servicing and works were very poor in comparison.
These guys love cars and take care of them and their owners.

Firstly, the place does not look like a garage but a Ferrari dealership showroom -- the garages are all spotless, the reception area is very warm and welcoming and it is clear that these guys love cars and bikes as a hobby. I have been using this garage for over 10 years now, and I have never had a problem. The work is always done to a top standard, the service advisors are always very clear about what is happening, and there is nothing that they can't do. All in all, I would definitely recommend this garage, they know what they're doing.

My Golf had multiple problems wrong with both the engine and the emissions, every garage i went to couldn't find the problem. Even VW themselves couldn't fix it, i was about to give up when a friend of mine referred me to Car care. Within a week the car was good as new, all i can say about the service is, flawless through and through. From the warm reception and staff to the regular updates nothing was hidden from me. I will come here from now on when i need repairs.

Car Care of Kensington are so good I continue to bring our cars to them for everything - MOT, servicing and repairs - even though we've moved away from Notting Hill. They are friendly, helpful and efficient, with better service and prices than any other garages I tried. They were great in a crisis,when we had to have a car towed in at night by the AA - next morning they cheerfully took the car in and fixed it, no drama.

If you're on a budget, avoid this place. They found things to fix on my old car which I was later told by my mechanic friend who knew the car, was not needed. I asked the receptionist and he said it was "pretty important".
So my verdict is "pretty dishonest".

I don’t often leave good reviews however the service I have received at Car care of kensington has been exceptional.
I had a bad experience last year taking my car to Audi for servicing so I thought this year I’ll do a bit of research and find a trusted garage that will actually look after my car and improve it, not make it worse!
After my service with Car care of kensington, my Audi has never been smoother. Driving away from the garage was literally as if the car was brand new. It turns out there were a lot of things that needing doing to my car which worryingly Audi had never picked up on last year. This made me question; did the Audi garage even properly check anything as part of their £200+ service? Anyway, I opted to go for everything they recommended as I could tell they knew what they were talking about and had my best interests at heart, plus they were not pushy at all and even suggested that I come down to the garage and see the worn parts for myself.
When I went to pick up my car and waited for it to be washed, Ray (the owner) gave my wife and I a tour around his garage and showed us some of the amazing cars he was working on, some which included classic cars that he had restored from scratch. His attention to detail to even the tiniest screws and bolts filled me with confidence that he was the right man for the job. You can tell these guys do it for the love and passion of cars and not the money. They are keen on building long-lasting relationships.
Car care of kensington have reinforced the importance of choosing a reliable, family-run garage over a mainstream dealer. They are my main go-to garage now for anything car related. They even buy and sell cars! I would 100% recommend Car care of kensington for any sort of work your car needs, whether it be a service, body repair, modifications, etc. Your car could be not be in better hands!
