This was an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful and attentive. We didn't wait to long for our food and tasted amazing.

My family and I sat at the basement floor. The place was dark and not very inviting- decoratively speaking. In addition, the smell was awful and the table was dirty. We also waited quite a lot for the dishes and when we got them, we were disappointed from the food which was the worst asian food we have ever eaten during our visits to London. Moreover, there were several sauces on the table, the waitress didn’t even bother to give us a brief explanation about them and my 7 years old son tasted a spicy chilli sauce because it looked like a familiar sweet asian sauce he knew from other asian restaurants.

The food was amazing as in any other Wagamama. This particular branch has exposed brick walls, deemed lights, and some tables feel more intimate than others. Top location for some satisfying food at great cost, or simply a delicious deserted to share with friends.

I can’t check the prices online, and the online menus are impossible to read, such terrible website! Common, get your website sorted. Put prices online, make menus easily accessible, readable! Everyone checks menus and prices online and shares links to menus. Get on with 21st century.

Food was cold. Waiter /waitress Staff was very robotic no form of personality, except for the young lady in the bar who had a beautiful smile on welcoming me in. There were too many saff present for such shabby service and poor customer service.

First time here. So impressived. The food was delicious. I have a peanut allergy and the staff were really helpful. The food comes out when it's really, not necessarily all at the same time. Highly recommend trying this chain restaurant.

A very nice place. At around 7:40 pm on Friday there is a line there, so you have to wait for a little bit. However, the food is quite good. Not the best ramen ever I tried, but it is actually quite good for sometime variety. They were so nice to me i was do full and wanted a very small desert, they gave me a desert for free. I really like these guys. Especially my server Karol and Augusto. Very nice guys.

Very busy spot but quick and efficient service. After queuing for 5 minutes we were promptly shown to a booth where our order was taken as we'd already been given menus outside and knew what we wanted; food was then with us within 10 minutes and it was all hot a tasty.

I like Wagamama as European-friendly, fresh and delicious noodles. It can be a really nice introduction to Asian cuisine for someone who never tried it. We took pad Thai and ginger chicken udon and was not disappointed. Food was served quickly, had relaxing small talk with waiter, vibe is really cool - generally enjoyable experience. Thanks!

Went for a Lates event with origami. The food was ok, but it looked that tables with 4 people were served quicker and with more variety of dishes. Cocktails were large but tasted like quite cheap syrup. The atmosphere was nice.

Good location off the exit way from busy Covent Garden. No queue on the door but busy on the tables on entry. We got seated and placed our order. The drinks took a while and the food even longer. I must say the chilli squid was by far the best cooked out of all the wags we visited before.
The staff was friendly but busy.

Definitely one of the better Wagamamas in London. Nice open design, good decor. Excellent service. I like the atmosphere and vibe. The beef tataki is a great side and an excellent addition to the menu

Reasonable service and tasty food. It is quite a big wagamama's and was very busy when I went. I used one of the booths and i reccomend trying to get one if there are two of you. Ordering is quick and the food came within 10 minutes. No faults with the food. However, I paid in cash and it took about as long to get my change as it did to eat even after repeatedly asking but it was near closing so didn't really care.
A good place just a minor hiccup when I went.

Usually a queue in the evening, but it goes down pretty sharpish. This branch has the fastest service of any I’ve been to - we sat down, ordered and were eating within 10 minutes. And the quality wasn’t affected either!
Staff are eager to help and very receptive - when we dined they ran out of carrot juice and hence we got regular rather than large tropical juices that were then complimentary on the bill.

Food: 4/5 - Had a shrimp ramen, the ramen didn’t deserve a 5/5 but was ok
Drink: 5/5 - suggested by the waitress, was perfect and matched perfectly my meal
Atmosphère: 4/5 - a bit too loudy
Overall: it deserve a good 4/5 as too me, the most important is the food

Awful fusion asian food. Some staffs are nice, some are terrible. You can roll the dice with this restaurant. Expensive price comparing with their food/ingredient quality. The taste is terrible, terrible, terrible. Trust me, Dont come. Food serve you the day! But I have a BAD DAY!

All on all it was fine. The Ramen was just ok. Yaki soba was fine as well. The bang bang cauliflower was horrible compared to the same dish in other wagamamas’ london. The service could be much better. Reasonably priced. Very crowded which speaks volume about the chain‘s popularity.

Really busy on a Saturday - the wait was about 25 minutes 5:45 to 6:10. They were good about it and provided us with menus to read while waiting. Inside it's really busy, noisy but everyone is in a good mood. The service is good, the food is delicious, a bit pricey but overall worth the wait.

You know what you're getting with Wagamama. Service is efficient, staff are personable and seem to have the menu memorised. 2 starters between 3 was sufficient with a main each. Firecracker Prawn could have done with more heat but if you chewed on the dried chilies it helped.

New millennium vibe. Communal dining experience, which isn't my style. Cocktails and fusion eats. If you like the scene, you'll enjoy. If you want a bit of quiet conversation without elbows to another, keep moving.

Despite being very busy on Saturday night our party of 8 was seated expeditiously. Food was excellent.
Would’ve been 5 stars but for some minor issues - no doubt due to being slammed.
Overall we enjoyed a great evening. Recommended.

I generally try not to review chains, but Wagamama is worth it! Fantastic service, and such a great staff. Whenever I'm staying in Covent Garden, I'll eat here multiple times. It took next to no time to be seated, and the menu is great. Love the spot - and always look forward to heading to the UK for it.

Just like every other wagamamas you've been to, staff were super friendly here though. Did feel slightly rushed as we got asked to order our food as soon as we'd sat down, this was before we'd even ordered drinks. Food as you'd expect was good and well priced for London. They could definitely do with some extra ventilation in their toilets though.

The place was very cozy, suitable for lunch and dinner with friends where you want to talk and chill. I ordered sirodashi ramen. The pork was delicate and tasty. The portion was huge and I could not finished it :(. The waitress were friendly and fast in responding our requests. Overall, great place

Great place! We ate lunch here when we were in London, and they had a vegan menu with absolutely delicious food. Worth trying out, regardless of whether you are vegan/vegetarian or not, because you truly do not miss the meat. The dishes are made to order and comes when they're ready, which ensures that everything is freshly made. Staff was very friendly, and the place was very relaxed and nice.
