Never ever disappoints. If you're big on meat go for the 'all in' and enjoy yourself, then get the cheesecake for dessert. So so good. On top of great food, their staff are amazing and always go above and beyond for you.

Shame about not having the chicken livers but the pigs head on toast was a delight ...apart from that everything was top notch. Porterhouse cooked to perfection...good salad...and chips should only be cooked in beef dripping. Lovely cocktails and nice friendly service. A really cool vibe about the place. Once the world gets back to normal I'll be back in a flash????????????

We were sent a Blacklock at home beef roast for my husband's birthday. We live in Bristol. The box arrived, fresh as a daisy with fleecy insulation. The instructions were worth a read and had us chortling and put us in a good mood. We lit the provided candle, put out the menus and got cracking.
My word! It has to be the best, tastiest beef ever, as were the roast spuds, and the sauce/gravy was to die for. The cauli cheese was so much better than mine!
Everything was amazing and plentiful to boot, so we haven't sampled the cheesecake yet. Looking forward to it. We will certainly do this again. Well done Blacklock, even down to the professional packaging.

Order the at home meal for 2 as a gift for my brother. Absolutely amazing customer service small issue with delivery blacklock called me immediately on the weekend to sort it out and gave me a partial refund as a sorry. My brother's very happy with the meal box. His exact words were "ooh fancy".

Probably the best Sunday roast in London. Platter for two is perfect as you can see from the pic. Lovely gravy. Great value and fine selection of wines round it off. Friendly service. Wonderful.

Amazing Blaclock at Home Sunday Roast! My husband and I absolutely LOVED the Blacklock Sunday Roast. Instructions were foolproof and we managed to "create" such a delicious dinner. We were so impressed that we have already ordered another one for mid January. The cheesecake was simply to die for. We recommend it highly! Worth every penny.

Got the all in chops. 2 people minimum. Atmosphere was alright, but in the basement and felt a little like a man cave. Service was good. Food was decent but a little salty and you’ve got to really like grilled meat. Apparently the roasts on Sundays are better

If you don't like meat, don't go. But if you do... You'll be drooling as the waiter explains the menu. The all in menu is ideal as you get a bit of everything and the starters are also an added yummy bonus. They also have a great selection of wine also available by the litre!

Surely one of the best lamb chops I have had in London!!
All staffs were extremely friendly and helpful! We had small chops as sort of like starters and then off the bone lamb for the main with some side dishes.
Absolutely amazing!
They also had a good selection of wines to choose from. I will definitely come back soon.

Excellent all in Sunday roast - tender meat and available to get extra spuds and yorkshires. Cauliflower cheese is a must but portion size of these are small. Must book weeks/months in advance for a table as chances of walk-ins are slim.

Amazing little place tucked away in basement. The steaks were perfectly done and the service was nothing short of excellent. Would definitely recommend the cheesecake which was easily one of the best I've had. The restaurant even gave us free servings of their appetisers which were absolutely delicious
Cannot recommend this place enough. Would definitely come back here next time I'm in town.

From start to finish, superb. The food was to die for and the best burger I’ve had in London. The service was attentive and fantastic. Reasonably priced and I’d highly recommend! Burger was full of flavour, tender and juicy. The beef dripping chips were to die for. Lovely setting tops it off!

Amazing Sunday roast!! Service is perfect, they keep cleaning the tables. The meat quality is sublime, vegetables perfectly grilled, saulces and gravy taste amazing. I had pigs head for starter which was super tender and spicy. Price is good for quality. One thing to add is for cocktails, use smaller produced spirits, I got a breakfast martini and would have liked a non high street brand for gin.

This place was spectacular, one of the best food experiences I have had in London. The people working at the restaurant are ultra super welcoming and make you feel like home. Going into food, Jesus Christ, it was perfect, there was no single wrong food nor anything at this restaurant. Small menu, quality menu and products. I want to come back one day. I tried the fish of getting several cuts and the taste was unique. Also their fries are the best type of chips I have ever tried in my life. There is no other words to describe this than perfect.

We visited the restaurant on 8/24/2020 in the evening. Firstly, while on the site it is clearly written that "for dinner we take bookings for any number up until 6pm" (not after 6pm ) and that they always keep tables for walk in, when we went there, they've told us that is fully booked and that we should join the cancellation list. We waited more than an hour and they texted us for a table. First thing that the hostess told us is that we've got limited time to eat. Our waiter, I think is called Pepe was amazing and very helpful, however there was a colleague being very rude. We asked him to order something extra and his answer was that we do not have time to order anything because in 8 minutes we would have to leave. We were not at the table for even 40 minutes and only to serve the meat it takes 25-30 minutes, so we had 10 minutes to eat. He's been very rude asking us to leave without finishing our dinner and the way that he talked to us was rude too. I didn't enjoy my dinner, I felt like I should harry up and finish my food quickly cause I have limited time, however I can't understand why they've texted us for table if they couldn't serve us properly.
If we wouldn't have this experience the restaurant would have 5 stars rating. Great quality of food and nice atmosphere. However horrible service, excluding our waiter Pepe!! He's been perfect and very professional!!

First visit and received a really friendly welcome and apologising for us having to wait when there was minimal waiting time. The cocktails were lovely and at priced fairly. We had the 'All in' which was all delicious. The charred vegetables were really flavouresome and balanced the meat ratio ????. As it was our anniversary we were given a glass of bubbly each which was a really nice touch. We managed to share a simple white chocolate cheesecake desert which was lovely too. I highly recommend this place for the excellent service, great atmosphere and the fresh simple food. ( simple food can be hard to execute well ) A big thank you.

Delicious! Great food, great staff great atmosphere! I went for a 600g chunk of sirloin on the bone. Absolutely gorgeous! I recommend you try the bone marrow sauce. Please PLEASE don't be scared to try this. It is absolutely AMAZING!

Have just had a Blacklock at Home Steak Night for Two purchased for us by our son in the Netherlands as a Christmas present.
The entire experience was a revelation, from the way in which the delivery was packaged, to the very full and clear cooking instructions, to the meal itself. The steak was perfection. It certainly brightened up a very cold, rainy, lockdown Saturday. Absolutely fabulous - although sadly I could not finish the beautiful dessert. But no worries, my husband helped me out! We hope the lockdown lasts long enough for us to have another one! Thanks to all.

My sister and I went here for a roast after craving it for the last 9 months and just not being able to go. My sister found this place and drove us there on Sunday. What a wonderful find! The meat was beautifully cooked, we asked to swap the pork for more beef and Lamb and just yummy. I came with my 2 year old and my 2 month old and was well accomodated. There are some narrow and steep stairs that lead to downstairs which i would watch out for in heels but apart from that nothing bad to say. We will be back

Awesome meaty meal in this small underground restaurant in Soho. The pork belly was yums. Try their decently priced cocktails and save some room for dessert! The manager was very friendly and accommodating to get us an earlier table, which added to the great experience!

The first day of our visit from Los Angels, I didn’t make reservations but I really wanted to try this place.
So we got there around 5:10pm and there are already 3 groups in there.
As soon as we sat seat, there are amazing caring waitress and waiters took care of us. Food was amazing but their customer service was fantastic! They made our day and we would definitely come back here.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We went for the sunday roast and OMG it was incredible. Absolutely HUGE portion and each item on the plate complimented each other. We also got the pigs head on toast. Sounds gross but SO DIVINE! Our server was Josh who was an absolute legend. Go to this restaurant; go NOW!

Just visited Blacklock Soho and it was amazing. The Sunday roast is absolutely delicious and there's so much food. Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes were my favourite and gravy was out of this world.????????????????????. Great staff, kid friendly and paid attention to details. Would definitely recommend and go back again and next time try the dessert because I could see that I missed out on it big time.

Crust on the steak was gorgeous didn't even need a sauce it was so flavoursome. Sweet potatoes melted in the mouth and veg had a nice crunch whilst still bursting with freshness. Green sauce was like a chimichurri which tasted amazing with the steak, haven't had a meal that good since my mum passed away, will definitely be back! Prices were reasonable especially for that end of London.

The restaurant environment is very good and have AC which is good for summer as well. The food I order was "All in" for 2 people. Everything cooked perfectly and taste also really good. Staffs are very professional and welcoming. I will definitely re-visit Blacklock again for sure.

Blacklock is a great meat restaurant and very popular so make sure to book.
But before we speak of the steaks and chops we should about the vegetarian option. Firstly there is one, it is really good and probably the most halloumi you'll get in a meal in a restaurant.
The All In is a really good sharing meat platters with pork and lamb chops and steak. You also get a side per person, we had the beef chips, sweat potatoes and kale salad all are as good as you could imagine.
We were full after our meal but we were able to share a very tasty cheesecake.

Be prepared to be wait for a table (plenty of pubs nearby) but once you get sat down it's worth every penny. Go for the all in, a selection of chops from the menu. The bread at the bottom of the plate will be the best bread you've tasted

First time visiting, rump steak, chop sauce, fries in beef dripping and courgette and broccoli veg all must haves! White chocolate cheesecake is also a great choice for dessert. All reasonable prices including the drinks. Very happy will be returning.

If you love your Porterhouse steaks or Barnsley chops! Blacklock is must! I've been here a few times and they always hit the spot! They start with some brilliant little starter bites (and depending on what and how much you order you may get them free)... With the meat ask for the garlic bread soaked under the meat ! And do not leave without trying their homemade Cheesecake! It's out of this world!!

As a Londoner and a steaklover. I would say London is a city which has lots of options for decent steakhouse and they all have their advantages, but Blacklock is always within my top 3 lists for perfect steak and BBQ, I basically visit here more than once per month.
If you are searching a meat feast with friends, family or even just with yourself. I suppose this place will certainly offer you what you want.
What are you waiting, if they even provide one of the best cheesecakes in London?
