The lobster roll was deep fried and rather tasteless. The champagne glass was a measly portion half full. I haven't been to a Burger and Lobster since they first opened but it seems to me that this chain has gone downhill. The maitre'd was incomprehensible and abrupt to the point of rudeness. I won't be rushing back.

This was my first time going to burger & lobster. They are known for thier lobsters rolls, the roll is nice it comes in a brioche roll with lemon and garlic butter on the side with skinny fries and salad. It's is very tasty nothing to fault. I also got raspberry lemonade which was very tasty. Nice ambience good date place or to come with friends or even solo. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing food and even amazing service from the staff, made a reservation got there 30mins early and was seated instantly in their outdoor dining area, took 5-10mins for staff to take out order which gave us plenty of time to look over the menu and decide what we wanted, they informed us from the start that they would be taking payment instantly which wasn't a problem. After ordering, the food came out within 15-18mins and it was delicious. The one down side I had was I wish they gave you something to crack the lobster with as I spent over 20mins doing this by hand with artificial nail on (you can understand the struggle) but overall for my first time at Burgers and Lobster it was an amazing experience I will definitely be going back hopefully when I will be able to sit indoors or when it's even warmer to sit outside.

This is a London restaurant chain specializing in, as their name suggests. I believe the restaurant has a presence in other capital cities. This restaurant is located in Wardour Street in Leicester Square. You can get thereby getting off at Piccadilly Circus or Leicester Square stations.
The restaurant has an appealing decor and the food is great. I would recommend the Burger and Lobster Combo.

Amazing restaurant and very friendly staff. Even after we messed up our order the waiter was very patient and friendly. Not only that but also the food is spectacular. The burgers are juicy and beefy and flavorful, and the lobsters are fat and meaty and fresh. Definitely worth it if you've got the £££. My only criticism would be that the place could use a bit more lighting I think. I don't like dim places.

As you can see from the picture..... all gone! Sadly no draft beer which is a massive bug bare of mine but other than that, lovely staff and good service and great well cooked food. £137 was more than i wanted to spend on a lunch for three of us but we all ate well and left happy. Downside: No draft beer and overpriced bottles, very very limited menu and only serves one starter which was lobster bites. Id definitely go again though. A nice treat after spending the morning at GOSH

I ordered whole Lobster with half streamed and other half grilled. The lobster so fresh and have different textures of each one. Surprisingly, the butter sauce is so delicious. I have an amazing moment and experience there. Staff are very friendly and supportive. ????????????

Hadn’t been to one of these for a long time. Went with family of 10.
Good: Dishes were tasty enough. I had the citrus lobster salad which was fresh. We were warmly welcomed, seated on time, and assisted with getting a pram upstairs. Location is excellent.
Not so good: Service was painstakingly inefficient and generally not attentive enough. Seemed like staff were more interested in their breaks than actually serving - had to ask for water, cutlery missing in place settings, no refreshing wipes for hands at the end. The order brought out was incomplete and had a couple of items served to the wrong guest e.g. an order without fries ended up with fries. This was considering we didn’t place all the orders at once, which would be an excuse when handling big orders.
It was surprising that we had to ask for lobster crackers way after the lobsters were served. I could go on...
I didn’t eat the lobster roll but it didn’t look like a £20 dish or something I would be happy spending that much on.
The B&L burger looked small, and of course fries and sides do not come with any of the standard dishes. The cost per head racks up pretty quickly.
I think I’m over the Burger & Lobster hype. Genuinely think there’s way better value out there, even in that location. Certainly the least satisfying meal experience I have had in a long time.

Perfection. Had the lobster platter, came with lobster half grilled and half steamed was yummy. The lobster burger was pretty good but the lobster roll was out of this world. Had to order more garlic butter as its so good with everything. Great service amd friendly staff. Also want to thank you for allowing us to come in a bit earlier then booked. We had a great time and definitely will be coming back.

Service was good, but mains took time to come, unlike the starter that was very quick. Passion fruit Mojito was abit bitter from the lime but I liked it, cuz it didn't taste too sweet from the passion fruit. Shrimp started was good, Burger was nice but the bun wasn't soft, it felt dry. Lobster roll was nice with the side sauce and the squeeze of lemon, or else it would taste plain on its own. Overall, its nice to try it if u hadn't, but its not something I would go for it soon.

I recently had my first visit to a Burger and Lobster and loved it. There’s a reason their known for their famous lobster rolls. This comes in delicious brioche with garlic butter to pour over the generous lobster. Would highly recommend! The lobster croquettes were also delicious! Drinks were on the expensive side (but generous serving on gin!) The tables were spaced out and a one way system was in operation. I felt confident with their post lockdown procedures and would visit again

I got the combo meal which lives up to its name. The delicious burger and the lobster with the garlic butter sauce paired really well. It was a good portion as well which is what I expected from the price. The kids in my family got the kids meal which was a good size as well.
For dessert, I also got the cheesecake. This was a super satisfying end to the meal.
I went with a huge family with lots of orders which I'm sure wasn't easy for the staff there but they handled the complications beautifully.
Overall it was a wonderful experience to not only me but many members of my family as well.

I ordered the combo for two with a friend of mine that included fries, salad, a burger (split in 2), a lobster (you can choose if you want it grilled or steamed) and a lobster roll.
I have to say, the burger was really underwhelming. You have to pay extra if you want cheese or bacon, it was dry and it didn't have that much flavour to be honest. There are so many amazing burgers in London, I would never order it from here again. The lobster itself was good but the winner for me was the lobster roll by far! It was SO tasty, I would have been happy eating just that (although one portion of that might have been too small)!
The prices are definitely on the higher side with the combo costing £60, any individual dish costing £20 and the service charge being 12.5% (didn't seem optional to me).

I've been in different B&L restaurants and I've never been disappointed by the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff.
If you are looking for something different this is your place, expect a bill around 35-40 per person. Even with long queue you can still get a table in a reasonable time. Really worth it.
I'll suggest to go for the lobster sweet sandwich.

Great food, burger was delicious, grilled lobster meat was not dry, fries were crispy. Price is acceptable.
However cocktail was disappointing to be 60% ice, especially for £5. Also waited an hour only to be told that they forgot to add us to the waiting list, however service afterwards was quick.

However I am writing to thank an extremely kind staff there who, after I told him that I couldn’t find my phone and suspected that it might be accidentally taken together with the plates and trash after the meals, immediately helped me looked into the trash bags and search for my phone. The food is very good although the only comment was the lobster roll which needed a better sauce as it lacked flavour maybe adding Sriracha sauce would work?
Service was very good and friendly, if ordering sides do so to share as they are a good size and staff try a little too hard to up-sell side dishes. But this is only a minor detail and would still highly recommend burger and lobster to anyone.

I had a very lovely dinner. Both grilled and boiled lobsters taste fantastic, and the meat wire big and juicy. I wish I could have two!
Price wise it was good , especially considering the offer on at the moment. I would happily revisit and recommend to my friends.

Fly to all over the world, but the best experience for lobster is in London. For a lobster lover, the place is chic and nice. The location is in the soho and easy to find. For the size of lobster, the price is reasonable. The sandwich is highly recommended and also the whole one.

Delicious fresh lobster meals. The chilli lobster was really good. Chilli gravy taste was spot on, fragrant with hints of spiciness. The staff was thoughtful to put the gravy separately in a bowl instead of drizzled all over the lobster so that it's less messy to eat. The lobster was fresh and the meat was easily shucked out of the shells. The lobster roll was good too. Brioche bun was toasted fragrantly with butter and the texture was soft. Generous amount of fresh lobster meat in the bun. However, to fully experience the freshness of the lobster, order just the lobster instead of the roll so you'll have more lobster meat to eat :)

The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, our staff was helpful and nice, cocktails were great and food was exactly what was expected and tasted so wonderful. Would 100% recommend and would definitely come back!

Very good dining experience at Burger & Lobster, the service was friendly and punctual, the food was of a high quality and reasonably priced. Only downside for me was the food came out after perhaps 15 minutes after ordering which suggested to me that the food may not have been cooked to order.

There were 4 of us and we ordered 2 B&L combos plus 2 sides, 2 bottles of Argentinian white and red wine respectively (came recommended) plus G&Ts and we were good to go.
Initially we wanted to order 3 sets but thank god we made the right choice of ordering just 2! Being Asians, we are used to having smaller portions (servings) so when the food came, choruses of OMGs were whispered among ourselves. 2 big platters of lobsters plus burgers complete with salad and fries.
We did our level best and managed to eat almost all except for the french fries and some left over sides.
5 stars for food & service
3.5 stars for wine (it was recommended by the staff but we’ve tasted better)
Overall it was an enjoyable lunch. We tried the B&L outlet in Malaysia (@Genting Highlands) which was just as good!

Reasonably priced and good quality food. A couple of good combo options on the menu for you to try both burger and lobster. Discretionary service charge of 12.5% added to the bill by default which I never really like. I prefer to tip what I want, in cash, separately. Went for the burger and lobster 'burger' with a Thai salad for a side (which I wasn't a huge fan of as it was quite bland). Service was very good and staff were all pleasant.

Although it's expensive it is worth the money.
The food is fresh with really good flavour, there are options for how you want your lobster cooked (steamed, grilled). The oysters are a good size.
There is a bar area in case you have to wait for seating or arrive early for your booking.

Chain restaurant. The burger and lobster combo is a solid choice and you can’t go wrong with it: the value is there. For 34 GBP for an entire 1lb lobster, burger with fries and salad, you’ll walk away full. Overall experience, good. Food: decent though going with the grilled lobster version tends to make it on the dry/tougher side. Trendy environment and atmosphere, decent and fairly quick service.
