Portion is small. Not much service but there’s service charge to be bill.
The lobster was so delicious and salad was nice. There were too much fries. Waitress was sneaky, ask would we like some bacon and cheddar. Of course but we didn’t realize that there’s additional cost.
Since I’m here, need to try.

Great tasting food with excellent staff. As far as I remember there were at least 4 different staffs who checked if everything was ok while we were dining. I loved their service. Great ambience as well. Definitely visiting again

This place has the best lobsters . You must try the lobster roll when you visit this place because it is unique. The bread is so fluffy and loaded with lobster meat.

Beautiful place! We hadn't booked so had to wait 20 minutes or so far a table, but the cocktail bar staff were great fun and can mix a hell of a drink.
The food there is excellent, oysters and lobster were amazing!

This franchise has been talked about a lot among people foreign to London, with dropping by being mandatory when in the city for the first time.
My experience left a lot to be desired, especially in terms of food. I would describe it as mediocre at best. Not terrible, but there are better options close-by, and at better prices as well.
Come here once, go to Covent Garden for better options.

Suggest having one steam & one grill lobster if you come with 2. Just share with your loved one and try both taste：）staffs are super nice. One of them just took the initiative to teach us the secret to get the lobster meat and recommended us to have a yummy cheese cake. I really enjoy my meal here. Good job！

We had Lobster and burger many times, but this the worst. The lobster is burned and the meat is soggy not fresh also the claw is raw.
Drink is all ice.

Generally, my experience at burger and Lobsters joint is much better, but this last visit was a big slip down a bad slide..
The Lobster roll was nice, the B&L burger was ok (no point of having a lobster topping to a burger, 1st and last time to order), burger alone would have been much better and economical ????..
Now, the Lobster order...was bad! Yes, bad!
I love burger and Lobster, but that last visit was the worst lobster I had in a long time!
I ordered a 1lb lobster, It was not fresh at all as the shell was brittle, flesh was too shrunk and not juicy! Lobster size was also awkwardly smaller than normal.
But worst of all was the two halves of the lobster were not identical in anyway, much smaller and deformed claw and a little bit smaller body.
I tried to point out my concerns about the lobster to my serving waitress, but she made up this story about the lobster are like humans! Their right side isn't identical to the left side.. I was like having a hellboy lobster replica!
I am not sure I will try to go soon again, because a friend of mine also highlighted the freshness concern in his last visit too..

I visited restaurant around 4pm, on a rainy Sunday, and got table straight away. I was really surprised how quickly meal was served. I got my Combo within 5-10 minutes of placing the order. Lobster was really good, truffle chips are definitely worth upgrading! Service was very polite and attending. You should expect to spend £50-70 per person.
