Love Wagamamas! Even though there was a huge queue outside this one (as the lockdown was just lifted) the amazing staff were still available to let us order a takeout meal. Note they also do deliveries. I was able to find a gluten free and vegan meal, which was great. And we only had to wait about 15mins max for our food to be ready. Definitely recommend a visit!

Good location on the Southbank, with some tables to eat al fresco. Service needs to improve as it can be very busy and they may need more people. The starters arrived after we finished the mains but they already warn you that the plates come in no order... it can be annoying though. Also we have to ask for the drinks 3 times. Finally they told us they would bring the bill to split however they only brought one bill. I think they need more people working there so they are not in a rush.

Went here early September 2020, so at this point they had prepared incredibly well in the new world that we live in.
Staff were a delight to deal with upon arrival, right through to the moment that we left.
We felt very safe and looked after there.
Highly recommend!

Perfect Japanese meal.
You get vegetarian options here, there is a separate for vegan and vegetarians. You get Japanese and Thai beer. My tips for this beer, finish it before you finish your food or way before you start eating, I've experienced it tastes very strange after food.
Food is nice and the taste is consistent across all their outlets.????

Very tasty food good vegan options also. Gluten free was more limited (rice noodles or a few rice dishes) I believe this was because most dishes had gluten filled soy sauce. Aside from that the range of drinks was good and the service was excellent. Lovely view of the river and outside seating is available. Many other restaurants are nearby so it is a safe option to go for a dinner here and take a walk by the river. COVID19 measures have been put into place but there is still table service - you can just pay online now.
Been back since my first visit and the Duck Egg Rice dish was the highlight for me.

Went on a busy day in the middle of the lunchtime rush. Despite the long queue, we were greeted within seconds and seated in less than ten minutes. We were given ample time to order and food arrived fresh and delicious. This place is run so efficiently and staff are friendly despite the pressures they must face with a hungry and demanding crowd. They found us a nice space for our buggy next to where we were seated - we had a sleeping baby in it so couldn't fold it away :) Highly recommend for service and delicious food.

I think the quality of the product has changed a lot but for the worse.
I have been several times and always been very good everything. But the truth is, I was disappointed, it looked like I was all frozen product. I've been eating with my partner and he's thought the same thing too. I hope they'll improve the quality of the product. I haven't felt satisfied after paying 65 pounds. I hope they improve the quality of the food again. I also have to say that customer service is still as good as ever.

Great restaurant, amazing food. Very hygienic and following all social distancing rules. Ordered ramen, curry.. and they all were filling and very tasty. Great service by staff. Great way to make payment by going online from mobile. Overall amazing experience.

Very nice.
Friendly staff, prime location, great food and a nice opportunity to try some new kinds of delicacy.
Prices are average and it is always busy.
After a nice meal you can go on a nice walk down the Thames as it is located 5 steps away from the Millennium Bridge.

Very nice mix of Asian cuisines with Japanese and Korean touch. Don't expect Japanese or Korean dishes though but expect good noodle and rice dishes. Service staff are friendly and cooperative.

Went to the Wagamama at the Royal Festival Hall.
Fantastic service by everyone who saw to us, but Dominika was lovely! Very helpful and welcoming and chatty, made the service even better than before!
Definitely coming back here again!
Oh and the food was really yummy as well! Very relaxed atmosphere too.

Food and drinks are fantastic and are served quickly. I had the best sake ever! Staff is quick and super friendly (and funny).
Lastly, location is great and next to a great walk along the Thames.

The environment at Wagamama is great. This branch is no exception when it comes to great food quality and polite and helpful staff.
Yesterday however, I did feel uncomfortable with a couple of things I noticed. Firstly, chefs not wearing masks whilst preparing food. And secondly, being given unwashed glasses with lip prints from other customers still on the glass.

A vegan menu offered at the door! Wagamama has come a long way since it just had one option (yasai cha han that you had to order minus the eggy wegg).
A great vegan selected, lots of delicious starters and chunky main meals and they label the alcohol vegan too!
Wonderful service and food came quickly and you can even split the bill using the app.
Winner winner tofu dinner.

Went there in a fairly quiet time (less than half of tables were occupied), got seated quickly. Nobody came over 10-15 min while while other tables were served or orders were taken from freshly seated people. Asked a staff member for help, he said sorry and be there in a sec, then he went on to take the order for two newly seated tables and served a couple more.
Genuinely felt ignored, worst eat in experience so far.
Food was ok.

The food was lovely as always and a great children's menu. The only thing I would suggest is for all the tables to be used to make it easier to social distancing (when we were there there was a section of the restaurant empty).

Rich Ramen, delicious Yuzu ice cream, and warming green tea. Wagamama is perfect for when you want flavoursome, complex flavours, without the arrogance or price tag. My only advice would be to leave some time- it gets busy, so expect a 20-30 minute wait.

With CV19 being a vibe, it was quite seemless to be seated. Short wait outside and was able to sit inside.
Ambiance is nice and not too overwhelming. Waiter was friendly and efficient.
Food was delicious, edimame beans and ramen were our choice and I felt you couldn't go wrong.
Overall a great experience under a bridge in the centre of London.

Walked in and the restaurant was busy. Really helpful service by the staff and nicely cooked. For such a busy place the toilets were still clean( always annoys me otherwise).
My group of 6 all left satisfied and the 2 newbies will happily return.

Totally delicious. As a person who doesn't usually like curry, this was amazing There is such a wide range of food to choose from, like prawns, edamame, korma, katsu and so much nore. It is a great place to go with family as there is a kids menu. One of my favourite things about this place was the fact that they had toilets for men, women, disabled, none binary and anyone else not comfortable with labeled bathrooms.

Known brand Wagamama so you know what to expect. Well run, clean tables and toilets. Service was a little slower than normal but it was Covid-19 and they did a good job keeping the restaurant safe. So very happy with visit. Interesting location nearly under the rail bridge by the London Wheel
