It was my 2nd time at the southbank restaurant.. I was finding some of menu difficult because I dont eat certain ingredients
However, Patrick (staff) was helpful and professional. He make my experience really great...Keep up the good work

Fresh food, friendly staff that provide quick service, great atmosphere. Shared seating, long tables to share, which was different but works. Definitely head there again

Standard Wagamama fare, but particularly nice location - especially on a sunny day if you can get a seat outside. Does get very busy this one, given the prominent location on Southbank - but service has nonetheless been fine every time I’ve gone.

The female manager here with blonde hair was terrible. I have an allergy that is not an allergen she said Wagamama does not consider non-allergens. This is ridiculous policy just to save 10mins, which is not more precious than someone's life! This is the first time I am hearing something so ridiculous.

The location is great. Recommend to sit outside during summer months as the view and crowds are amazing.

Yaki Soba was tasty and the service, as ever, was efficient. The Yasai Katsu however was the blandest katsu I have ever had anywhere. I would go back, if in a hurry, but would not order the katsu again.

Excellent food and quick service, restaurant was quite hot and uncomfortable given it was a hot evening. Outdoor seating is available but there were no free tables for my visit. Would definitely recommend sitting outside on a hot day.

A nice clean and tidy place to eat the food was served quickly and looked very good, plus it was hot and tasted just as good too. The service wasn't perfect they were a little slow in getting our orders but otherwise a nice time.

Stood in a queue, some people just came later than us, and they let them in, although the administrator didn't know about their arrangement but still let them in in front of the queue. So many people like in all other restaurants of the chain, but they messed up the order, so we had to wait for our noodles for 40 minutes. Other than that you get what you expect and for the money you pay

I’ve been visiting Wagamama with my friends,never been here before! Our waiter,Radoslav is an asset for this company! He went through the menu with us introducing the dishes (I couldn’t choose one because all sounds delicious),his knowledge along with his charm made our visit memorable! If you are in the Royal Festival Hall area, Wagamama it's a good choice to have lunch. Food is ok and price is adequate. We were a rather big group but the service however was excellent.

I do not know why this restaurant is labeled as a Japanese restaurant? It’s has no Japanese flavor, a better label would be Indian.
Both my date and I were greatly disappointed by the quality “ramen” The noodles are too soft and the broth somehow taste like curry. If you have ever had instant noodles buy those instead, that’s how awful and confused the cooks are. I hope they find new direction and understand what Japanese cuisine is.
I feel bad for people that actually think this is good Asian or even Japanese food. The worst crime here is how they have racially appropriated the food here.

Great location for the restaurant. Recently done up (summer 2018 I think) and there are now two areas with a smaller more intimate area to the right.
Great food selection as with all Wagamama's and the service was very speedy except for one dish. Always hate the fact the main course arrive at their own times not as one table serving. One main course arrived so late that the other two were were already finished.
Fortunately that course was taken off the bill for compensation.
Oh and the amount of toilets 3+3 are low for 400 seats for a restaurant.

Appauling service. Asked for green tea 5 times and yet they still failed to deliver. Waiter had an extremely bad attidue and didn't even apologise. On top of this they added an extra item on the bill and took half an hour to rectify. Upsetting especially since this was the first Wagamama I visited and will most likely be the last.

Good choices, delightful flavours and service was very prompt. Sadly the wine was quite expensive which I felt was unnecessary. Many people like to enjoy a glass of wine with their meal but at almost £10 for a large sauivignin blanc I am not sure I will return.

Very busy but a fun experience. Service was pretty mediocre and had to send my main as it arrived warm. Apart from that the chili squid starter was great and the prawn raisukaree was to die for! Just a really great, fun time and the atmosphere was buzzing :)
