The food is good, but the service is outstanding! They really make am effort to accommodate families and the children's menu is great. Also wheelchair accessible.

Last week someone stole my card and in covid in restaurants is card only, because I have a cyst in my brain, I get headaches and needed to eat something before I took the pill, this was the only restaurant that was willing to serve me. THANK YOU for your humanity jaoP

3 names Mihel, Mayor and Becky. These 3 people made our experience fantastic. Best waiters ever. Outside on South bank near the river Thames on a sunny May evening was superb. The service was swift, the food excellent and they could cope with my weird diet very well. Loved the passion fruit and guava sorbet. Took my 14 year old son and the staff said how well behaved he was. It was a fabulous experience and when my son left his poster behind, they found it and gave it to my brother-in-law on the same night.

Ordered the pad thai and it is disappointing. Prawn overcooked, and I don’t know why they add mint leaves into the fried pad thai. The noodles aren’t evenly fried. It is DISAPPOINTING. I can get better food with cheaper price from other restaurants. Will never come here anymore.

Great variety of food with good quality and fast delivered. Very friendly and attentive service. I would recommend to take one of the noodle dishes as they are famous for these and it really makes you happy.

Chicken Firecracker is most delicious and spicy food here. I customize it with noodles and it tastes yummy. Service is great. I always recommend my friends to this place. Not a big fan of Padthai though.

Went to Wagamama on south bank and service was good. They were effecient with the line and getting people sat quickly and safely. Only downside is we sat in the sun, wish the umbrellas were up but was a very windy day. Ordered the Katsu Curry and duck Goyoza, my favorites, and they didn't disappoint. Was also nice as they participate in the £10 scheme mon-wed.

Service is great here, the gyoza dumplings are sublime but the chili ramen soup leaves much to be desired. Chewy beef in a tasteless broth. Served with a mountain of instant noodles and hardly any veg. The staff offered to replace the dish, but I had to get back to work.

V good food - the same standard but service did stink a bit. There was one guy who wouldn't make eye or verbal contact. I asked him for menus for my 3 children, he brought one and just dumped it on the table without a word!!
It's a big store rapid turn over and in a great location.

Love this place! Always happy to come back and every single time we receive an excellent service from friendly team. Visited again yesterday with my other half for a ramen soup and it was delicious as always!
P.S. check chefs recommendation in menu;) yumm!
My choice was classic Wagamama ramen which is my fav, with mussels, squid, prawns, egg and so on. Full option as I like it!

First i had to queue out in the cold, then i finally got a table with spectacularly uncomfortable seats. I ordered my food and asked for a dessert menu so I could decide what I wanted while I waited for my main but the waiter said I couldn't have a dessert menu until I'd eaten my main! Needless to say that when I was finally offered the famous dessert menu I no longer wanted it.. the main was very good but the toilets were disgusting. Overall a very poor experience .

I love that Wagamama has a whole vegan menu. I ordered the kare udon, which had mushrooms that were impeccably seasoned. The soup had a good kick to it. Servers were attentive despite it being very busy, and the establishment was clean. I wouldn’t call this “authentic” Japanese food but it was still tasty!

Told to wait outside in the cold until a table came free. Door shut in our faces to keep the warmth in! Clearly we did not stay and went a very warm welcome at Cote Brasserie nearby.

Good Wagamamatastic food - it was four of us and a baby, and they looked after us well - thank you! The only bad points were the baby changing room was out of order, and the background music was super loud, couldn't hear each other slurp noodles (and chat). Other than that it 素晴らしかった! :)

Nice location and super busy on a Friday night. Staff relocated us somewhere quieter which was much appreciated. Prompt service and a selection of dishes. Clearly the place to be in the area! ????
