A lovely chain! This location had some good window views and dealt with the queue to get in very well. Service was quick despite how busy they were and food was incredible. Always a staple and a solid choice!

As expected from Wagamama, a wonderful dining experience. They keep refreshing their menu while keeping the crowd favourites. You are greeted with some free tasters even as you do a very short wait for your table. And the food is so good, staff courteous and kid friendly.

Came here with my girlfriend after a photoshoot that lasted from 7AM to 9:30PM and it was just what we needed after such a long day! Always a warm and welcoming atmosphere with lovely food and helpful staff!

Really good Wagamama restaurant. It's really big and we went when it was really busy, but they seated us quickly, gave us free tea while we waited and once we were sat down the table service was really fast.
Id rarely rate a chain restaurant such as this over 4 stars simply because of how generic and common to find Wagamama is, but this is a particularly well run branch and id recommend it to anyone in the area.

I took my parents there when they visited London for the first time and we had a fantastic time. Got table immediately and it was a pretty hard choice to choose from the menu as everything sounds so delicious! The food arrived quickly and tasted great. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Definitely recommend for a nice light dinner in the central London.

The manager went above and beyond, being incredibly helpful in attending to one of our party who had both a gluten and nut intolerance. Excellent service from this branch of Wagamama. Recommended!

Very busy on a Friday night but the food was fantastic as always and we didn't have to wait very long. The staff were friendly and informative. They even had colouring-in for adults! Great vibe and I will come back very soon.

The quintessential Wagamama - open, clean, fast, friendly. There is often a queue here but the turnover is rapid and they manage the queue well with accurate time estimates and time to look at the menu in the queue. I like this venue because they are so relaxed about dealing with smaller groups (either large families or 8 friends). They seem to be able to 'magic' table space from nowhere. Service is fast, friendly and the food is consistent and exactly as you'd expect from a good Wagamama.

Staff has a terrible attitude. Waited almost an hour for 2 pad thai to go. The so called Gluten-free pad thai is disgusting, it is just noodles with chicken and 2 pieces of spring onion. No sauce. Horrible restaurant.

They now have a n interesting selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes, which are absolutely delicious. Bang Bang Cauliflower was so good, even our non-vegitarian friends were very impressed! Also their vegan Pale Ale with ginger & lime is really good! Top spot for a decent meal at reasonable price. Staff were welcoming, helpful & efficient. Plenty of seating inside & outside.

Generally we hold Wagamama restaurants in high regard and have positive previous experiences. However today unfortunately was a disappointment.
Initially we were told they didn't have the main my wife chose - no problem. We then chose an alternative - seared nuoc cham tuna. It arrived well done and did not taste good. By this point, I had already finished min (appreciate not uncommon at Wagas). They they proceeded to prepare the tuna again. It arrived 15 minutes later and was still well done (see photo). by this point we didn't have patience to complain again. The waiter did not ask how our food was or offer to reduce our bill for the inconvenience ????♂️

Food was ok. Service not so. It’s busy. But they don’t have enough staff to cater for the customers & so things get forgotten/missed. Had to ask for water several times, cutlery- which didn’t come - and we asked for the bill twice. And then when we wanted to pay, had to ask again. Not the place to go if you want to enjoy food & then leave happy! Food was Fast, but everything else wasn’t. The staff were friendly enough though. It’s just that they need more staff for the location

Rude staffs, dirty cups.. ramen was soggy as it served a long while after it’s made.. When I complained they walked off after saying ‘they just don’t want to pay’. I only wanted an apology and bit of explanation. I was with my mother and husband, and the attitude of the staff ruined our day trip.
