This place has the best lobsters I ever tried in my entire life. I roamed the world and I always go for seafood and I never found a better place for lobsters. You must try the lobster roll when you visit this place because it is unique. The bread is so fluffy and loaded with lobster meat.
Burgers are good but I don't waste the chance of getting my tummy full of lobsters when I'm here.

Went with my husband to celebrate our wedding Anniversary. Service was fantastic, food was delicious, cocktails top class! Lovely atmosphere, shall definitely be returning!

The lobster was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very tasteful decorated place with roomy seatings.
The vegetarian dish small and not really special making it very overpriced.
Drinks are nice, but I got the impression we were actually paying for the over generously served crushed ice.
All in all, quality wise not bad, but way over priced.

Nice lobster, was a tiny bit tough but overall nice, fries were for some reason amazing and lastly the service was 10/10, gets a 4/5 simply because the lobster itself wasn't as good as my expectation for the price overall not worthit.

We went because many people from hong kong go there during their visits. Honestly I didn't want to go because everyone said 'don't have high expectations'. But my relatives wanted so we went. The food looked great but taste was average. The chili lobster had way too much sauce on it. We all thought there was something wrong with the chips but couldn't tell exactly what. The waitress was unfriendly.

Okay first things first I have to get the customer service out the way. I went to the Soho branch and from the outside it looks very aesthetically pleasing and beautiful. The inside follows the same pattern, the staff there are horrible and do not understand simple English, I had to explain numerous times that me and my friend were not too hungry so were looking to sample the menu for smaller bit different items, the responses from one staff member always consisted of trying to sell me the most expensive product not taking into consideration what I the CUSTOMER was looking for. Absolutely horrendous, anyways we got the 320g King crab leg which was very badly explained to us, one 1.5 pound lobster, fries and tender stem broccoli as sides. The sides were the best part because honestly? The lobster and crab did not taste good AT all. The lobster was half and half so half steamed and half grilled, the grilled part was rubbery and overcooked and the steamed part was mushy, the same went for the crab leg, it was mushy, a lot of natural juices but badly cooked sweet meat. The broccoli was firm and the fries well seasoned. The melted herb butter that came with the lobster and crab was bland and simple, not a good combination. All together the total came to £78 with the crab leg being £38 alone, the lobster £28, the fries £2.50 with a discount and the broccoli at £4. I refused to pay almost £40 for a crab leg as 1. I explained we didnt want too much food yet it was pressured onto us, 2. It was horribly explained and misleading. (We initially wanted 100g Norwegian K crab but it was sold out so we said Lobster croquets as an alternative as we weren't too hungry yet they were ADAMANT on selling us over priced crab) so one plus point is that the manager was very understanding and kind, we came to an agreement and he gave us a discount on the fries and the total bill. All that aside I would definitely not recommend B&L and I am a lobster fanatic. Disappointed.

Marta provided exceptional and professional service. The Burger was delicious and a generous portion and drinks were refreshing. Interiors are beautiful and the restaurant is generally clean. Please notes that sides are not included in the main meal and must be ordered separately.

Lovely service and a very clean and stylish venue. I visited another one of their restaurants around 3 years ago and can honestly say that the food wasn't as good today as it was then. I found they'd expanded and forgot their original vision. The drinks were lovely, as were the staff, however, I just felt something was lacking.

I've been here twice, both times the food was tasty, and the staff were lovely and helpful. Last (already covid-era) time, the members of the staff were wearing masks or shields, and there were sanitiser stations everywhere.

2nd visit in 3 weeks although at a different branch. Had lobster roll today. Large chunky pieces of lobster meat in my bread. Loved it !! Yummy!!! Cholesterol and weight checks can wait. ????

Very nice experience, we went there in 6 and they asked us to way because was busy, in the main time we got some drinks to wait.In 20 minute we was sit and ready to order. The food arrived very fast and everything was delicious.

Perfect food! I prefer the steam lobster which let me enjoy the natural taste of the lobster. There are severals cocktails for your choices. The one i ordered was “Green Lantern”.

Very cool place. Good food attentive service and really nice atmosphere. Burgers were beautifully cooked and the grilled lobster as well. Butter sauce was a real winner. Drinks were delicious and very orogonal. The 4 star review is because although we had lobster in our combo we weren't given a lobster pick, which made the whole thing just a tad harder than it should have been. Pleasant experience, and good food, not much more to ask.

My first time trying both the lobster and burger here - the burger was very tasty if a bit small, but the lobster was huge and had plenty of meat - the bibs were an amusing touch and necessary as it gets very messy! Good, attentive service.

First time dinner at this franchise restaurant. Staff overall are both friendly and helpful. Food serving varies pending on your order. Did a B&L combo and it was delicious. Oysters as a started seems to be a great choice as well thu the size could be bigger and more standardise. Dessert and coffee was a great way to finish off the day.

Having visited this restaurant for my birthday, taken by partner, didn't mind that it was a bit pricey. Saying that, the lobster was delish! ???????????? we had nice crispy fries and garden salad with ours....yummy. Desserts are small but tasty.

Great location next to M&M world. Great service and of course the Lobster roll was amazing. I also enjoyed the salad. Restaurant can be busy so timing is everything or make reservations in advance. Have good selection of drinks too! I have never had the burger but looking at other people's plates they look good.

Great lobster rolls with butter sauce. The roll was perfectly toasted and buttered. I have to admit, it was a little smaller than I imagined but that's not a reason to dock it one star. I will be coming back for more!

The place was very nice, the food was lovely but what made my experience wonderful was Maria, the lady who served me at the table, she helped me with my Lobster as she saw me struggling with it because of the splint on my broken finger. I love burger & lobster but I prefer the service at the other London locations. The food, cocktails and mocktails are great though and it is still well worth the visit. This is the busiest of their branches so if you prefer to sit and chat after you're done this might not be a great place.
