A great place to eat and a great, varied menu. Freshly cooked food and attentive servers. Specially created ales are a treat and compliment many dishes. Good portion size.

Always enjoy eating at Wagamama. They had vegan options for my wife and kids, and I was happy with my entree as well. Service was also great. Very attentive and helpful when we were ordering.

My daughter loves Wagamama. I've also been to the one in Brighton with her. On a rainy Saturday lunchtime we didn't have to queue too long and were served quickly despite it being busy. I think the food is better vfm than the drinks. It's not an intimate chain experience as you often land up sharing a table.

Came to Covent Garden Wagamama , it was busy but the service was great and the food was fantastic. Our waitress misha was very helpful with the choices of dishes and the selection of drinks. 5 star for Misha service and 5 star for the food .

I loved all the food my family picked out. The steamed buns were great, the bulgogi and kimchi were amazing and the desserts were top notch. I'm very happy with this place, the wait time wasn't bad at all and service was great!!

The service was okay. The food could be better. There is onion in practically everything except the katsu . For vegan onion free options there is the katsu curry only and for vegetarian onion free options there is only vegetarian katsu available so my options were very limited .

Tried the avant Garde vegan bowl with vegan egg. The taste was fine but not impressive. The most impressive thing is the portion size. It's a joke. Only three spoonfuls of brown rice for £10.25! Very disappointing!!!

I ate dinner here with my partner earlier today, within approximately 30 seconds of sitting down someone had already come to take our order, we then felt rushed to order as we had not looked at the menu yet, we were told that food comes at it is cooked and will be staggered. we ordered a starter to share, main each, and drinks, my partners main came within 2 minutes, this was either someone elses food or food that has sat already prepared for a period of time.
Our drinks then arrived a couple of minutes later then our starter 5 minutes after that, it wasn't for another 10 minutes that my main arrived, noone came to check to see how everything was and i was ignored when i tried to flag down a waiter to find out how ling my food would be, die to being ignored by the waiter i had to go to the bar to order a water.
Once we had finished our waiter walked past us several times, looked at our empty plates passing and never stopped at our table, in the end i has to shout half way accross the restaurant to get his attention for our bill and when taking payment there was an air of attitude when i said no to tipping.
Overly terrible service, everything came completely out of order, main course, drinks, starter then my main course once my partner had finished, this is a much different service than everyone else around us seemed to be recieving from the same gentleman, there were tables of 4 getting all of their food at the same time and a few tables with attractive young women on them that the waiter was returning to several times to ask how everything was and if they needed anything else, the food was good but the service was terrible and completely chaotic, how any kitchen does not have the competence to send out orders together is beyond me

Food was good but the plate of my girlfriend arrived much earlier than mine so the offered us both a free dessert. Same thing, my dessert arrived again too late. So we got the whole meal for free. Great service!!!

Very good food and nice new premises! Helpful staff who gave us a booth even though all were "reserved" for later. Some seating near side door is colder in winter as it's used often so there's a breeze. Overall recommended!

Usual wagamama fare. This branch however was very busy with a queue outside the door (Saturday evening). Unfortunately the service was not up to standard on my visit. Had to enquire 3 times about my order only to be told they couldn't serve it.

The environment here is spacious and relaxed. You won't feel crowded or rushed even at busy times. The staff are attentive and helpful and the food is of course up to the usual high standard you'd expect of a Wagamama.

Excellent meal and great service. I can recommend the chicken Katsu curry ! Only problem with this resteraunt ( Wagamama) is all the meals are not guaranteed to come out together. One of my party got their meal when everyone else was almost finished !
