Very crowded and loud but to be expected due to its prime location in covent garden. Food service was extremely fast, perfect if a tourist like me, you were on a strict time schedule. The food was delicious as always, I ordered the Wagamama ramen and my only complaint would be that one of the mussels in the dish was on the rather small side, but you must know it was a good dish if that is the only complaint I have for it. Could easily spend the better part of two hours here or just as easily 30 minutes if you're in a rush.

Worst Pad Thai ever!!! It looked very poorly made and I could not taste the sauce at all. I always get paid Thai in restaurants and was never that disappointed. My fiancé also didn’t like his food. The service was bad too, I asked for water bur I received it along with the bill at the end of my meal.

Food was great as always. Very helpful staff and despite the long queue to get in, it was relatively quick to get sat down. I only put it as 4 stars and not 5 because of how expensive wagamamas is compared to other Asian restaurants. Other than that, I can't complain about the quality of the food or the staff.

Very clean place, warm and welcoming as soon as you set foot into the resto.
Staff seem to enjoy their job as they have smiles on their faces, which makes it very pleasant to dine in. Staff Ericka was particularly very helpful and accommodating with all customers of all ages. Good tasted fresh too.
