The place is nice but the waitress we had wasn't particularly happy to be there. We overheard her sarcastically comment with a colleague to be happy to be at work, never smiled, forgot to bring our drinks and had no issue with looking at the keypad while we punched our card pin to pay. Needless to say we left no tip. Perhaps wagamama ought to tighten their staff training programme.

Large, open area, casual, chain restaurant. Food was very tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful, moving us to a quieter table for 2 (unprompted, but appreciated). Newly opened, so some issues to iron out, however right attitudes all around. Could possibly be noisy and very busy, at times. Great for the younger at heart!

Quite slow service at taking your order, giving you the bill etc. Food came quickly though.
I felt that by sitting near the door we were often overlooked.

It's different from most of their other restaurants. They have a variety of cocktails and a bar where you can sit. The staff was really friendly but the food wasn't the best I had in wagamama. I will definitely go back.

The food was excellent but the service we got during our dinner was terrible. Firstly, my main dish came out wrong (vegan instead of vegetarian). Thus, my partners dinner went cold during the extra waiting. Although, we received a extra warm sauce, so we had no complains about this. Then came dessert - we orderd, my partners first option was unavailable, so she decided for another, fair enough. But then, only mine came out, not a thought on their side to ask if we would like to skip the whole thing. It felt unprofessional and strange. Only positive thing was that our last waiter deleted the dessert from our bill.
Also, they switched us around a lot with the waiters, so we felt quite avoided. It felt like they didn't want us there, really. My partner wishes to only give the restaurant one star, but since the food tasted so good I defended it to two. But the aftertaste of the visit was awful.

Good food for a fair price. five stars for the excellent service for people with an allergy. A special card with al ingredients is available, only trained personnel are allowed to take orders when an allergy is involved. The checklist is checked carefully bij the personnel. Well done!

This branch has become a go-to after work and is great! The food comes on time with no mistakes, always very hot. The veg gyoza sometimes are cooked with a nice crunch and other times appear soft and squidgy. Makes me question whether they forgot to steam them properly. The only other downside is the waiting time to receive your bill. Sometimes the service is good, but at times I've had to wait for almost 20 minutes to receive my bill after asking for it. But otherwise its a great place to eat!

staff rushed us out, under cooked and chewy ramen, took our order for chilli squid then after all our food was at the table they said they had sold out, Wagamama is my favourite restaurant however this specific one was disappointing

This has become my fav Waga in London. The staff at this location are so friendly and the service is good. I don’t like that most everything is a chain in this city, but the thing is, they make some pretty tasty food here, like the miso cod ramen. The ambience is nice at this one too. I do wish prices were a bit better: get an appetizer, a main, and a drink, and you’re probably spending over £30. I guess for London that’s a standard or even low price, but this is still assembly-line food.

Great food as always - busy and noisy but we were still able to talk to each other without having to shout. Costumer service was a bit rushed and the waitress did not let go of one smile but overall not a bad experience. Highly recommended for an informal dinner with family/friends.

I used to go to others Wagamama's brunches.
But after I was badly treated at Wagamama's Bedford Street when asked to use the toilet while passing in front of It with my family, last week at night, and they frankly asked if I was spending money with them that night, and I honestly and feeling outraged answered "today NO", the attendant quickly and without any remorse said: "then NO! Only for spending money customers".
Ok, I know I will not changing the humans nor the humanity, but for sure me, my whole family, my friends and whoever ask me about Wagamama's, for sure, we won't step our foot there anymore in our lives, or where else place which doesn't have good principles.
To deny a human basic needs and salvagely idolize profits, in our opinion, is a place that doesn't deserves to be among us.
From now we will give our opinion every time we are outraged by any company or anyone.
