Twice or even 3 times a week I go to this location to order.my lunch. The costumer service its so bad that I really miss other Macdonald's stores. I always order a burger menu + 2 small saver menu+ extra fries. If I ask for a sauce at the counter it's like I asked for 1000 pounds cash, they throw one inside the bag and if I dare to ask for a second one it's like I murdered someone. The sad thing is that it's not always the same girl/guy! This makes me thing that their customer service training it's really really bad from their supervizors or whoever is in charge of that. And today was the last day I went in there.

Really love this place and its kind of become a good hanging spot in the city for me. Staff is warm and welcoming. After a good Mac meal you can go and shop to your heart content. The best way to start is right next door Primark. Lovely place.

Incredibly dirty!! Considering their location being in a busy area you would expect they would take responsibility to properly manage the cleanliness of the restaurant in these times. Simple toilet checks and clean down of tables would suffice. The men’s toilets were outrageously filthy. All the tables were dirty, left over food and rubbish everywhere. 100% non Covid secure. Avoid.

This place is atrocious! When I ordered my food, and went to eat It was very dirty and unhygienic. I also asked a staff member if I can get ketchup and barbecue sauce and they straight up ignored me like I was a ghost. The quality of the food is poor. My burger was cold, and it kept slipping off. The fries looked as if it was half eaten. Overall, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Should have been a table service, this did not happen, had to collect our food which had been sitting to be collected but was cold, spoke to a manager and had fresh food cook. Restaurant felt dirty and dated, no proper distance being checked by staff, male toilets were dirty and look and felt very grime!. Would definately NOT visit this restaurant again.

Disgraceful. I went to order a mini mcflurry take away and after 10 minutes waiting surrounded by people without masks, not keeping any distance -and given the food still showed as preparing- i left. They were letting in far too many people without getting any food out to tables or take away so naturally it was too crowded. Horrible experience.

Fast efficient service, easy ordering system, I could easily find a place to sit and eat even though it was busy. I tried the new hot Mexican burger which was OK. Credit cards accepted including Amex.

Guess I'll go to Burger King round the corner in future...
I bought a cheeseburger here to quickly eat, before needing to jump on the Tube, and was told I'm not allowed to consume it there by the security guard.
It wasn't late, it wasn't super busy, and I wasn't drunk. I just wanted to eat my purchased cheeseburger; it would have taken maybe 60 seconds.
Textbook example of how not to treat your customers, or apply common sense.

Spent a week near Tottenham Court road. Office didn't open till 9 and I would be there by 8:00. McDonald's was always open, clean and of course incredibly good value. I haven't been to one for at least 10 years but bacon bagels and somewhere to sit and do some work made it an easy choice.

Nice and clean. Was not overly busy,which was great. There was one young man present,possibly a Manager,not sure. He wore white shirt, nice black or dark blue tattoo on left hand and in his about 20's.
I came with kids and buggy and he straightaway offered me a table at which were sitting some young girls. The table had written above it: Priority for disabled people and people with buggies (me). So he asked the girls if they could give up the Priority seating area for us.
There are only 2 small tables available when you walk in. There is more seating upstairs but having a buggy I thought I'd rather wait.
Luckily thanks to this young man I didn't need to.
He has also let us to Disabled toilet and I must say it was nice and clean,unlike some McDonald's I have seen.
So thank you young man. I appreciate the help :-)
Oh yeah. And food was without a fault .

I’m really happy with the service and quality of food I received today, I hope it’s like this consistently. They got the food ready in just a few minutes (bearing in mind this was during rush hour), I got the spicy nuggets with Quarter Pounder and chips - they came fresh not like it’s been sitting there for a long time that it becomes chewy and nasty. Well done guys ????????

A very busy McDonald's. As you can imagine as it gets the busier the quality gets a little worse... Not to say it's bad food just won't be as good as a quieter McDonalds. The staff are very hard working though and doesn't take long to get your food at all!

Been there on and off for about 1 and a half a week. Get my breakfast served very quickly. At lunch time I get served quickly as well, only having to wait less than 5 minutes. Place it self is clean and tidy. Toilets are clean and tidy. Seating area are available up and downstairs. Nearby shops are available. Nearby public transport are available. Price is reasonable. Thank you McDonald's @Oxford street for your services :).

Cold food (worst Big Tasty ever) would have complained but had two young children upstairs and was very busy. Asked for milk - got a high chair? Staff member bought manager over as there was a communication issue, finally got milk. Perhaps a one off but on a day trip to London with kids 3 and 7 just wanted to sit down for 10 minutes :)

McDonald's on Oxford Street has been around for years and now has its own history in the area. Virgin Megastore was once next door. This is a very busy restaurant no matter what the time may be. No matter how busy they get the staff always make you feel welcome and give you a friendly smile. As it is a busy place I do recommend that you check your order before leaving the establishment. I have had the occasional experience of items missing or not what was ordered. They are only human so mistakes can occur. The new system in place can mean you wait longer than usual but it is new and hopefully it'll improve.

Fast food. Fast paced. Long queues let the restaurant down a bit hence the 4 instead of five stars. Overall not too bad except the state of the toilets. Was so disgusting in the men's that's I had to drop another star which brings the total down to 3 out of five.

I was there just now. Two homeless men were trying to steal the orders from everybody and the staff wouldn't do anything!!!
Of course I got mad when they tried to get mine, but I didn't complain.
After a while, they just came to my table, sat down and were trying to steal again. Then yes, I lost my mind, which made the manager come to see what was going on and his reaction was "well, you gotta live with it, I can't do anything".
Then I just made myself out and never making it in again. They should REALLY try and change it, getting a new manager and probably security men, as well. I hope they do it fast, considering the chaos London is nowadays.

Got a layer of some kind of wrapping paper inside my double cheeseburger. I guess it's hard to keep up the quality control when they have such high demand in the middle of the night. Relatively fast service though.

Overall the service and food (at takeaway standards) was pretty good, given the number of people. The new self-service machines are fantastic and reduce the time having to line up and wait, however you must have a card to utilise these as they do not except cash. There is seating available both upstairs and down, when it is busy however it is extremely hard to find any.

Visited late on a night out.
The food tasted like McDonald's (fast food, not the best quality, but sufficient).
No seating or even eating inside standing when I went (late Saturday/very early Sunday morning). There were also no toilets at this time.
I ordered a meal and 3 chicken selects and paid for them all, however they failed to put in the chicken. I went back and they looked in the bag and gave me them. I asked as a gesture of goodwill if they'd give me a mcflurry, which they did, but put in the smallest container (non-mcflurry container) possible.

Wait 15min for a kids meal and 3 corns.
I could see 3 corns were prepared already at the beginning but nobody care it’s going to melt.
I couldn’t stand anymore then I asked I’m waiting for more than 10 min.
He gave me 3 melt corns!
I said I don’t want melt.
He repeated after me she doesn’t want melt! Louder. And he gone.
He came back and He said he called me many times.
But I’m sure no one call my number.
I was waiting just in front and listened very carefully and watched my number on the monitor because I was worried melted corns.
I explain like this but he said again the same that he was calling me many times. He doesn’t believe me what I was saying. Yes someone was calling 1 corn many times but not my number, so not mine. But he said the same again and again and again.
I realize he makes fun of me because I am not English speaker.
Then I got 3 new corns finally but he complained that not anymore only today.
I said what about kids meal I haven’t got yet. He said is that yours? Pointed one on the table but not ready yet. I said yes. He gave me this not ready one. Missing juice and chips. Even missing one nugget as well. He doesn’t say sorry for late and troubles a lot. Definitely I don’t go again.
