i recommend the cup of hot tea on a cold or rainy day. I didn't eat here. chance to take the weight off your feet after a busy day. Also clean toilets.

Rubbish experience. They do not even have enough of the saver menu ready to go when ordered. When I order something off the saver menu I expect to get it straight away.... hence the cheap price and poor quality. People who were ordering after me were getting their food before me. All I wanted was a cheeseburger and a mayo chicken. Five minutes had passed and they are skill frying my chicken. When I asked for two cheeseburgers instead as it was quicker, I was told to wait for my mayo chicken (Maybe some sort of par level should be implemented). I just told them to keep it and left as I needed to get the next tube. Left empty handed, hungry and £1.98 out of pocket (I know). Point is it was taking too long for poor products and no urgency.

Not enough eat in spaces, and the toilets are downstairs not ideal if you have a pram or very small children (Why I gave 4 stars not 5.) It is very clean, and the service is quick.

Even though I asked for no ketchup on my burger, it had ketchup when it arrived. Fortunately I only have a dislike, not a life threatening allergy. Was in a hurry so didn't complain at the time.

Usual fast food, however I normally give McDonald's 4 or 5. But today I had a homeless guy with me who was shooed out of the door, totally disgusting behaviour by the management. Won't be eating in another McDonald's restaurant again.

I ordered a customised Big Mac, but it arrived freezing cold which is strange because it should have been cooked fresh because of my preference. The burger, fries, and the apple pie I ordered were all stale - as if they'd been made the day before or something. Very unsatisfied.

Well, went on boxing day so busy day for them having say that they weren't prepare at all and the toilet were closed too ( against the law). One staff ask to eat quicker as they needed the seat for the customer waiting. This place is a joke.

Ordered a total of 6 burgers, Two milkshakes, a wrap, 2 mozzarella sides and 2 fries at The self service machine.
Got our bag and went to The Hotel, and Found out that Somehow they forgot two burgers, and served wrong milkshake flavours...
Food came quick though..

It took them 15 minutes to prepare one breakfast Wrap. I gave up at the end.
Went to work changed came back and asked for refund.
Apparently I had to Wait those 20 minutes and be late for work.
Previously, ordered My food on the New machine. When I got My food. It didn't contain all What Ordered. They weren't bothered to complete it.
This happened 2-3 times. Not going back.
