Busy branch but fast service nonetheless. Screen ordering worked fine. Not the most exciting branch of McDonald's but does what you'd expect and it's very convenient for a quick bite before going out, or after ;)

So Many Times whenever l do ordering ussualy l got cold food it is not Good for stomac!! Also one Day...l had realy weard situation with 1 of Young girl staf/worker from this MC. I return to this girl my cold cheesburer to give me fresh New hot but what she done? She went to some same place with this my cold cheesburer and she give me back The same one!!! Ok.that was so bad not Professional and anhelthy!!! And she give me back still cold!!! OMG this is disgasting!!!!

Whey I opened my take away bag to consume my meal I felt like I was robbed. The burger was so small it took three bites to eat it. Fruits were totally tasteless and potato chips are apparently not an option anymore. You call it a meal?

The self- service machine didn't print out a receipt or provide an order number. A member of staff helped get the order for us, but the order wasn't fully correct and it was too busy for us to sort this out

Colossal disconnect between the hominid customers and their dismembered fellow mammals, which the thick clientele of this typically shi7e McSh1t are gullible enough to believe they need to be fit and fully functional Homo Sapiens.
Too many out-of-towners and people who aren’t real Londoners congesting this dump, who spill onto the pavement outside with their stench of death. Absolutely no need to go inside, even to use the loo since there are alternative restrooms, food establishments and shops all around this area of central London.
The only good things in this part of town are the two bookstores: Bookmarks and Foyles. Plus Hyde Park’s only 10-15 minutes away.

The quality of food at this particular McDonalds is very low. The chips weren’t cooked enough, the chicken McNuggets tasted like warmed up cardboard. It is very busy yes, but McDonalds invented fast food - so the quality should be higher.

Worst mac Donald’s I’ve ever been to. The only positive was the bouncer. Did the best he could. No toilet, can’t even sit down inside. I waited for a Mac Donald’s for the brand. Hands down. The worst I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to Romania. Ukraine. Italy. Spain. France. Portugal Germany. Poland. Estonia. Check. Slovakia China. Thailand. Vietnam. Japan. Oz. Nz. Indo. Russia. Pretty much the worst I’ve ever been to. You go to Mac Donald’s for the guarantee of toilets, WiFi and a space to be in when you need it and to create a plan bit is none of those things

Busy burger chain restaurant in one of central London's most famous shopping streets. Knackered looking homeless people hanging around and sleeping in the doorway (poor souls). Downstairs toilets very dirty at breakfast time on a Saturday morning, but I suspect they'd been open for 24hrs.
Order at the machine and wait for your number to be called.

Needs no Introduction. Has a touch screen self-service order machines. Perfectly situated by Soho and opposite Tottenham Court Road station. The perfect place to grab a bite after stumbling out of a bar having had one too many.

Can get busy so use the quick pay queue on the right as you enter. The queuing system is a joke basically there is no queue everyone pushes in and the staff are slow

Cold fries, cold burgers and another surprise - the wrap had inside only 2 pieces of chicken and a slice of bacon - no sauces at all or any salad. The service in this McDonald's is not acceptable lately.
