This McDonald’s is hiding important information from its customers. The chickens in its supply chain are of the sickly, extremely fast growing breeds that not only suffer through the process greatly but are definitely not healthy to eat... There’s a clear lack of transparency around this issue and it is unacceptable. Until McDonald’s commits to stronger welfare standards for chickens in its supply chain, consumers should avoid this restaurant.

Used to work in this branch many many years ago. Decor is up to date and queues managed better with the use of screen ordering technology these days. Swift service with expectation management as your order is prepared and then ready for collection.

It is McDonald's. But they have vegan options that were not too bad. Don't care for the self order kiosks because there is no option to print your ticket and pay cash; only card. My U.S. bank card didn't work so I had to go to the register anyway.

It's a very busy McDonald's, cheap fast food place. I had the Big Mac and chips and milkshake but unfortunately they gave me a diet coke. I had to take it back to get the milkshake. It's a busy place so orders were being mixed up. This is the reason for the four stars. But they apologized and gave me the diet coke on the house.

Order meal for 8 people and nuggets share box. I have to remind them that I order the nuggets share box the happy meal I order was wrong even I ask for extra cucumber no ketchup with the happy meal rack I have to ask them to remake it again but still wrong again this time it was wrong chicken at this point my daughter was angry but I was too tired to get up and go again because my food is cold waited so long. I end up wasted my money she just eat her chips. Not happy at all

ok so it's Oxford street in London. It's going to be busy. But wow, some off the staff and customers in here are awfully rude! there is just no need to give me attitude with my burger! ordered on one of those new electronic board things. food took a while to come. there was no warning of this. went downstairs to investigate and the counter must have been 10 people deep. staff member just said it's busy what do you expect. not helpful when you have 2 hungry kids and have gone into a fast food restaurant!

I was sitting with my sister and first a lady wanted to make us leave to sit in our table, we said no cause we were still having out meal and then an employee asked us the same, i honestly couldn't believe it, i know McDonald's isnt a posh place or anything ut i wasnt expecting that experience, i left very upset, won't return to this one again.

No reciept would come out with my order so i guess i just accepted it. When i asked staff about my order they just ignored us again and again to the point that we had to wait half an hour and get our order after asking 10 times. No comments about that behavious, absolutely careless

Food was O.K. (as always at McD's).
But, here's the decider for me!
After eating, I had 10 minutes to get to the theatre and thought I would grab a quick loo break beforehand.
As I went to walk into the loo, I was met by an ignorant Spanish cleaner. Shockingly, she held her hand up to my face and muttered in pigeon English "I cleaning - ten minutes!" Fair enough, she was doing her job.
But, I did smile as I sped off to the theatre, thinking it's a good job, I wasn't someone who suffered from an ailment that affected the bladder, was about to throw up, or worse still suffering from a bout of the London Blitz!
McDonalds, if you can't employ staff with an iota of decency or common sense, at least employ someone who can speak English!
