My 6 year old daughter and I came for the "Mummy and Me" package today and had the most wonderful day! Thank you so much, you made is feel so welcome and all the staff were wonderful and attentive. It was busy but well managed and my daughter was made to feel so special! Amazing hot tub too and yummy pancakes and waffles at the cafe. A really special day and we will be back, thank you! Xx

Had an absolutely lovely time despite the rain, was lovely to get the hot tub to ourselves and grateful that our treatments were able to be adjusted to be at the same time. Only things I would say is that it would be nice if there was a space with stuff to do /magazines whilst you’re waiting between services especially if you were having to wait alone and didn’t have company to talk to. (Obviously I’m aware that Covid may be an issue with this at the moment). Additionally the restaurant seems a bit chaotic and wasn’t enough seats/chairs/ covered areas for everyone that was booked in.
Thank you for a great day, all the ladies were lovely and made us very welcome.

I booked mummy & me package for me and my 2 girls. This was their first spa experience and oh my gosh what can I say... It was amazing!
Everyone was so friendly, wonderful waffles, very relaxing massage and the hot tub was so much fun. The decor was beautiful and such a special space.
We've had the best day today and my girls are already asking when they can go back!

Fantastic morning at The Retreat celebrating friend's birthday. Luxury day spa with outdoor spa area. Beautifully decorated throughout and finished to a high standard. The Rainbow package was lovely and the massage was AMAZING - we did not want to leave! A real advantage for the local area, attracting footfall to other businesses on the high street.

Nancy (6) absolutely loved getting her nails done. She felt so grown up and was treated brilliantly by the staff.
The cake and orange juice in a pink champagne glass really topped the experience.

What a fantastic place. The retreat is truly luxurious and beautifully decorated and furnished. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our spa day; back massages were to die for and the hit tub and afternoon tea were a real treat. We were so lucky to enjoy the sunshine in the courtyard! Highly recommended!

My Mum and I had a fantastic spa experience at the retreat today. We were welcomed in a lovely reception area by a wonderful pleasant and knowledgeable lady who showed us around. The hot tub was a great experience and well kepted and looked after. The staff were very attentive and went out of their way. The pick a mix treatments and therapists were very good at their jobs and we really enjoyed it and would highly recommend. My mum says she is 2 inches taller now. We finished with the afternoon tea which was presented very well and tasted delicious. The buildings and furnishings are fabulous and luxury including the treatment room's. Treat yourselfs to a lovely relaxing luxury spa experience see you again soon thank you

Amazing massage from the team at the Beauty Temple Retreat! Highly recommend - perfect indulgent pamper for someone special. We went as a couple and had the massage side by side. Really nice atmosphere and the staff were super friendly. We finished off the day with a pizza and prosecco at the on-site cafe/restaurant which was also really well organized despite Covid restrictions still in place.

I had my nails done and they are the best gels I’ve ever had! Anybody wanting gel nails or a pedicure or manicure make sure you request Paige she is so so fantastic at nails! She’s the best. Thank you Paige if you see this your brilliant ????????

The retreat was immaculately clean and throughout my visit i saw staff ensuring covid guidelines were followed. My therapist Paige was brilliant, the massage and body wrap were so relaxing and i loved the other treatments just as much. My only niggle was the slight change in pre booked treatments without a full explanation other than not available, it transpired that my hot shells were switched to hot stones as therapist wasn’t trained in this area, it would have been nice to know as the person i came with got lava shells.. but realistically this didnt stop me enjoying my day and i would definitely book in and ask for Paige again for my treatments!

I really enjoyed our experience at The Retreat, treatments were fantastic, afternoon tea was delicious, staff were lovely. Loved the decor and furnishings! And the flower seat! The super big hot tub was great too and we were exceptionally lucky with the weather. The only negative was the view as you walked out to the outside and saw the parked cars, unsightly bins and houses. Would be better if you could fence this in.

Client was swearing (f word & tw @t word !!) right behind us as we had our nails done, would have liked the staff to remind her that children were present.
There was swearing (the f word) in one of the songs while we had our nails done. If you are going to have children's treatments then you must make sure that the salon is suitable for children

First time at The Retreat in Castle Donington, very nice.
Great massage, just the right amount of pressure, good facial too.
Only downside was treatment time was for 55 minutes but I only got 40 minutes ????

Amazing!! I had the head to toe package and loved every minute. The ladies were all so welcoming. I absolutely Love the decor and would be happy to stay all day! Chloe did my back massage, facial and scalp massage, I felt so relaxed I might have fallen asleep! The food was also lovely. Will definitely be coming back!

I had the launch offer which was back massage, facial, scalp massage and arm massage which was so lovely and relaxing! The products used smelt amazing too!

I took my duaghter for the mummy and me package that was purchased for Christmas. Luckily we got booked in just in time beofe the tier 4 restrictions were mentioned.
My daughter was made to feel really special and loved her mini facial and shoulder massage. Having them together also made her feel very grown up. We enjoyed our waffle and pancake after too!
We will be back again once restrictions are lifted for more little pamper treats. Thank you.

Really enjoyed my pamper session. Cloe was relaxing and made it very comfortable given the Covid restrictions. She came across as confident and experienced with her massage techniques and product advice. So much so I’ve booked in for my mum to come after Christmas!
