I needed a repair on my momo alloy wheel which had been damaged by one of the many pothole's on our fabulous roads . Auto Wheel repairs were the only company who claimed they could repair it so I booked it in . Auto Wheel repairs arranged collection from my house on a day and time that suited me , whilst they had my wheel i was kept updated on the progress of the work carried out and then they arranged delivery back to me . I would recommend auto wheel repairs to anyone that needs wheel repair or refurbishment. First class job done .

I needed an alloy fixed that had been bent out of place on a pothole. Friendly, helpful and good quality service. A chap called Jamie came to put my wheel back on, helped me to put my spare tyre back on the bottom of the car, which was a tricky operation. Only slight moan is that I had to keep chasing up the pick up and drop off times as they did not keep to the originally suggested time frame. The wheel was fixed and returned to me within a few days though- and they seem to have done a great job. Overall, given how friendly and helpful everyone was I would recommend and use again :)

Great Service. Arranged for a wheel to be fixed after I damaged one alloy on the eurotunnel. Jamie removed and picked up the wheel in the afternoon and then delivered and re-fitted the wheel in the evening in tip top condition and now looks brand new. I would recommend to anyone who has problems with their wheels!

I went to Kwik Fit to get new tyres as mine were leaking they told me my wheels were corroded and needed refurbishment. They have e the number for Auto Wheel Repairs who collected my wheels and returned them 3 days later looking new. The technician explained the process and showed pictures of the process which is nice. I would highly recommend AWR great service and price.

I hit a pothole and split my wheel in two places the guys at auto wheel repairs sourced me 2 new replacement steel wheels and tyres and came out to my work address fitting them on site by the road side. Taking away the headache and worry of having time off work to take my vehicle into the garage. The guy Dan who came to fit them was very polite and professional. I would recommend to friends and family.

In response to your response , I have pictures of my car in your garage. Not to mention you saying you don’t pick up vehicles. There are many reviews on here with people saying that their vehicle got picked up by you . I will not be removing this review as it is the truth about your company . I urge everyone to have a read of all the negative reviews . Don’t go based on the reviews that these guys most likely put on there themselves to shadow their cons
Avoid these guys ! I enquiried about my alloy
wheels repaired and re sprayed and was quickly welcomed with the fee of £200 . Seemingly a reasonable and affordable price I went ahead and my car got picked up from home . I was told that it’s a 1-2 day turnaround . After 3 days and some excuses I came to pick up my car and everything looked great ! New sparkling wheels fully repaired and resprayed. But to my surprise . After 3 weeks . And one jet spray . The old colour which was on the rims started to come through and in one month I was left with a flaky badly sprayed set of rims I could have done myself . The rims were never sanded down as I was promised . Four cans of black spray and a diy finish .Very poor

I had my wheels refurbished using this company it took 4 days to get my wheels back but was told this was due to excessive corrosion to be honest they were a mess but came back looking new very happy with the service and Jamie showed me the process my wheels went through which helped me understand the process as i though you just paint them. Would recommend to friends and family.

Terrible customer service. Multiple delays and never kept me informed - just never delivered the car as promised so I had to keep phoning up and find out what was happening. Always had to chase them. Wheels eventually came back looking good. Otherwise would have been 1 star.

Worse company I have ever had dealings with.!! Please do not use this company!! Over 2 weeks to return the wheels despite being told 2-3 days, nothing but lies and false promises, wheels returned the wrong colour with faulty valves and in a dangerous state, unbalanced and new tyres paid for in advance not fitted. Worse customer service I have ever experienced and now refusing to respond to messages/calls/emails 're refund. Incurred additional costs rectifying the issues, had to report wheels stolen to police , now reporting. to trading standards and pursuing recovery through the courts. BEWARE!!!!!!

Had to get 2 kerbed wheels sorted asap for a company car that needs to go back Tuesday. Called a few companies and was told either they couldn't do it in time or it would be £100 per wheel. AWR said they could do it tonight and for £50 per wheel. Had Jamie turn up and do an absolutely amazing job, made the wheels look better than new. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking to get their wheels sorted.

Unfortunately NOT a good experience - have been trying since mid May to have the BMW wheel refinished again that was not done correctly the first time (the finish is nothing like the existing wheel) and despite numerous messages and promises of it being collected and re finished correctly (which they state they can do) nothing has to date been done. I would urge you go elsewhere .......

I used Auto Smart repairs to repair my car as it was damaged by someone in Asda car park they came to my house and did the repair on my drive way the repairer Tom was very kind he even offered to remove the scratches on my Bonnet without any further cost. Very pleased with the job thank you.

These guys are massive con men who will take your money. That's what they did to me for repairs for which I was stupid enough to pay upfront when they also traded as AutoSmartRepairs.
Avoid them and save yourself the hassle.
A little over a month ago these reviews were linked to autosmartrepairsuk. Just read all the negative reviews on here.

Yes, i had nothing to do with auto wheel repairs.
But i did with Express Alloys. It is very co-incidental, that the same deal was offered then as it is offered now by AWR. Based at the same adress.
Also, Why are you saying you are tucked in somewhere by Lewes rd., when in fact you are miles from Brighton.
If i am wrong, i'll eat my now refurbished, by someone else, alloys.

i hit a pot hole on the way home from work resulting in a puncture. i got the tyre checked out only to find the issue was with the wheel not the tyre. i found Auto Wheel Repairs on line i spoke to Dan around 09:00am and befote i got home that evening the wheel had been repaired and fitted. My mother says the guys that said the guys were polite and effcient. I CANT FAULT THE SERVICE at a fraction of the cost of replacing all 4 Alloys

Worst experience ever total con. I have pictures to prove.
My wheels got picked up on the Tuesday and was told they will be back by the Friday. They didn't get back to me until the following Monday. Once my wheels were repaired the diamond cuts have marks all over them. The owner offered me half my money back but yet still nothing has been put into my bank. They say they are franchises of wicked wheels but actually they just pay to advertise on there website . Waste of money and time never use this garage if the owner comes back with my money . I will remove this comment if not I will upload pic to prove my comment

I really can't rate these guys highly enough!! I had 2 cracks and various bends in one of my Alpina wheels and the tyre could'nt hold pressure as a result! A new wheel from BMW is £742 so having a repair done was a massive relief I can tell you! Door to door service was also a lovely touch. For anything wheel/tyre based in the future Auto wheel repairs will be on speed dial. Best customer service I've ever had bar none! 5☆

I had two part worn tyres fitted by a bloke called Jamie on my Audi A3 who was very knowledgeable and seemed experienced. He was fast and efficient at changing them and I was back on the road with road legal tyres :)

Shocking service, lie after lie after lie, meant to of got my wheels back last Friday, then sat then Monday then tues, always told they were on the van, waited in for delivery, no phone call nothing, finally got the back on Thursday, to find out they had only been done the day before, only one wheel has been rebalanced, so back to another shop to sort, quality of the finish isn't great, save your money and pay a little more and to a decent company

Spoke to someone here on the phone about a couple of wheels leaking a bit of air. The person I spoke to sounded like he had a good idea of the problem and suggested something to do with the bead, which sounded good. I took the car there and a young lad came out to speak to me. He didn't know or suggest anything about the bead issue but said he'd take the wheels off and dip them in a solution to see if any leaks appeared.
He suggested maybe the valves were leaking and offered to swap them out. I agreed. After swapping the valve on one wheel he said he'd also fixed the tyre being on the wrong way round. I found the "rotation" arrow on the outside of the tyre to prove it wasn't on the wrong way round. "My bad" he said and switched the tyre back round again.
The lad I dealt with was friendly and obviously quite new to the business. The two star review is for a tyre shop allowing tyres to be put on backwards. The majority of customers wouldn't have questioned this change and ended up with compromised grip on their car, which is a serious risk.
Other aspects of the environment didn't seem particularly professional:
- Tools were all in a plastic tub
- There was very loud music playing
- At one point a load of second hand furniture got delivered through the front of the premises
I normally favour the private garages to franchised outlets but I would not recommend this place.

Paid up front and phoned up for booking them in but had to send pictures in first which I didn’t mind but guy was rude and never even responded to my repeated messages and my pictures where confirmed sent and delivered,
Seem from reviews communication is terrible .
Never had wheels done in the end , wouldn’t recommend.
