These guys are so good. Did a really great repair on my vehicle bodywork, where someone had keyed the rear door and back panel, right down to the metal.

This amazing team were very friendly, listened to my issue (which several other garages couldn't fix) and helped me work out the next steps to take. They managed to resurrect my car, were very adaptive to my work schedule, and talked me through the work that needed to be done before doing it. It's great to find a garage that takes the time to explain what they've done, the pricing was very reasonable, and so speedy. Thanks all, I will definitely be coming back for future mots and work.

Couldn't ask for more. Good labour price very helpfully and friendly staff. I had an ongoing issue with my car from months been to various mechanic and no one could find the issue. With a bit of time care and attention to detail. They seem to have fully solved my issue. I will definitely be using again I have now got myself a new mechanic who I feel I can trust and who takes the time to explain and show you what's wrong. They also will not start any work until they had my consent. Could not rate them high enough

They did the B1 service and MOT on my C Class and the Digital Service Report was updated. kris and staff were friendly and the car and alloys were cleaned which was a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend.

Very honest and very reasonably priced. I took my car there once the BMW dealers couldn't repair my e46 for a stalling issue, and after speaking with Aston from AJ Robertson he suggested I bring it in for a diagnostic and after a little tweaking he sorted the issue. Hasn't stalled since and the car has never felt better. Thanks guys, I will certainly be bringing it back to you for all future servicing.

I took my Mercedes in after it developed a fault. A J Robertson were able to diagnose it and then give me a clear price for the work. They managed to fit me in much quicker than the main dealer and also completed the work quicker than originally said. In addition they were able to find a fix another minor fault on the car. I am very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I can't speak for the quality of work that these people do on cars, but the quality of customer service is most unimpressive to say the least. As this is the only specialized BMW shop in my proximity, I tried to call them several times over a period of two weeks to get a simple quote to install a glove box in my Mini Cooper. My voice messages were never returned, and when I actually managed to speak to a real person, they assured me that someone would be calling back to discuss my questions. Once again, no one followed up with me. My last attempt to get in touch with these guys, I was asked to call back on Monday (today), because their master mechanic would be on holiday until then, and that he is the only person there who could provide me with an accurate estimate. I should also mention that the person on the phone was not aware that a Mini Cooper was in fact a BMW (if that's any indication). So when I called back today, I finally manged to speak to this guru mechanic. To no surprise, he had never done a glove box replacement job, and requested that I bring the vehicle to the shop, so he can do a proper assessment. At this point, I had enough and decided to call another independent shop (Nick Ryan Motor Works), who knew exactly what needed to be done in minutes, and gave me a quote of £25.00 over the phone. So the bottom line... never again! This shop just lost a potential customer.

A j Robertson, sorted in one evening with there master tech guy for 3 hours labour. The car has been running so well for over 4 weeks now, problem sorted. very trustworthy

BMW main dealer wanted to charge me 3356 to change all injectors on my BMW. I was told about A J Robertson and asked about the job, they quoted me under half what main dealer wanted. They picked car up and did the job in one day.I will be back for service in march, amazing stuff guys

I no longer have my E65, but if you own a Mercedes or BMW I seriously recommend you take it to Alan before anywhere else. His knowledge is second to none, and his work superb. I seriously would not take my car to a main dealer, they usually cock something up. I have never known Alan to be anything other than superb.

I cant recommend these guys enough. Got fed up with main dealer ripping me off. hourly rate is much cheaper and they don't start the job of with invoicing you for going round the car looking for problems which you haven't asked for them to do. very professional and helpful

Been using Alan at A J Robertson now for more than 10 years. Never failed to be straight and honest. Example being Main dealer charged me £140 to "investigate" my boot not releasing/opening. Then said £816 + vat for new loom ! Took it to A J Robertson, £80 all fixed !!. They have all the computers reading equipment so even modern BMW catered for. recommended.
