Polite, professional and helpful. Although they may be trying to run to a schedule, they are a busy Bosch approved garage, so be prepared to leave your vehicle. Some covid precautions are in place including a temperature monitor as you walk in to reception, the waiting area is not in use and there's screening between staff and customers. This may not bother a lot of people who read this, they may have all been tested, none of the staff were wearing masks on my visit.

I've been using PJE for a service and Mot for a couple of years now and I can't praise them enough. Great communication, great service and the overall price is fantastic for the job they do. They also advised me on future work that needs to be done and I'll make sure to book with them in the next few weeks. They don't pressure you into committing to a service nor take advantage of you if you have little knowledge in mechanics. A* would definitely recommend to anyone in the future. Thank you!

PJE are very efficient and run a tight ship, the service is courteous and professional whilst still being warm, personable and genuine, this holds true for the tests and work they do too, they won't squeeze as much work as they can out of an MOT like some garages might, just about to do my 5th MOT with them and so far they have always delivered on or ahead of the promised time. They are a bit out of town but worth going to for the service.

Poor, they double booked my appointment and blamed on their website for not even bother to call to let me know. Went all the way there before they are saying "sorry, we cant do anything"... waste of my time as I had took longer break to get my MOT done and drove 10 miles to hear this.

They were really quick to come and collect my car and told me what needed doing that day. They completed all of the work the next day. I was delighted by how quick they were and I was so grateful to get my car back so quickly. It makes me feel more confident knowing that if I have any other problems, they are there to help me.

Just picked up my Vauxhall Vivaro and am very happy with the service from PJE. One of the injectors needed replacing so I was dreading the cost but these guys diagnosed quickly, got the part the same day and carried out the work for a reasonable price. It now drives and sounds great.

Please do avoid this place. Absolutely awful.
A total waste of time and money. It has cost me a days wages and the cost of the Groupon.
I purchased an MOT with Groupon, used the suppliers online booking form and selected a time slot, (i even phoned them on the day before, i was advised to take my vehicle in at the agreed time and that the MOT would take 1hr approx. After 2hrs i phoned , only to be advised that it was only just going on the ramp (outrageous lie !!). After a further 3hrs and still zero communication, i went to collect my car (this is 5hrs after booked time). Not even on the ramp, i now needed my car as i had a dental appt.
I let them know of my dissatisfaction and was quoted , its because i booked with a cheap Groupon and its in the T&C's. To top it all , the mechanics parting comment was " its not due until October anyway".
The fact is , i booked it for today as i wanted it done today.
Beware and do your research before using this place.

I took my Jaguar into PJE initially to get a tyre valve replaced. I continued to have problems with the tyre pressure reading error on the dashboard & took it back 4 separate times over the space of the month. It either wasn't sorted out or they said they'd follow up the issue & come back to me, but I heard nothing & had to keep chasing. Got fed up in the end.
Ended up taking it to a Jaguar dealership who said the valve part was a cheap alternative & wasn't good enough for the car to read the tyre pressures. Got it replaced with the correct valve for the car and all working fine.
PJE are just a cheap backstreet Land Rover garage & in this case, have supplied poor parts & customer service. Avoid

Very good garage. Went here on two occasions and both times received outstanding customer service. They do not upsell or push you to buy things you don't need. They informed me about a brake pad sensor being faulty rather then lying to me saying the whole brake pad needs changing. Great company. Honest people.
However stay away if you want things done cheaply as they're service is amazing but the cost of parts used for repairs is very expensive and those parts outside are a lot cheaper.

I brought my car in for an interim service, which was done quickly and for a very good price compared to other places. The staff were pleasant to deal with, and they included as part of the service a lift home after dropping the car off. Would go back if I needed other work done.

i first started using these guys because of the deals on gropon that allow a service/service MOT for a great price. I dont think you would get this anywhere else. But over the last few years when things have gone wrong I've taken it there because they are so organised and quick that I no longer go anywhere else. They've even solved my car seat problem that was meaning my mum had to climb into the back of the car (she's 85) and no other garage was bothered to do it. Now I can slide the seat forward and in she pops.

I have been here a handful of times now and it’s always been drop ins like when my tyre burst whilst driving or to change a bulb and every single time I’ve been here they’ve been so amazing. Everyone who works there are great. They get things done so quickly and don’t overcharge for anything and there’s a nice waiting area as well. They’re one of the only garages I’ve been to who have never ripped me off. I preferentially would go back to this garage every time.

I had my MOT and service here as part of a Groupon deal. The car drove vert well afterwards. I went to Bristol and back the following week from Sussex without any problems, a very smooth ride. Service was courteous and everything was completed within the day. The only drawback is its far out of town. So you need a lift or bus
