I can not imagine having better service anywhere. Main dealer facilities and excellent value for money. I heartily recommend them. I'm not taking my Audi anywhere else.

Good garage, knowledgeable and seem to have done a good job. I would say slightly over priced for a service especially charging £15 for screen wash as part of a service when the screen wash had been topped up a week earlier. Its a small thing but £15 for nothing just tells me they are pulling a fast one.

The older main guy who does the phones is extremely disingenuous. One problem after another, giving me a long list of parts and labour charges. I was recommended here as they are VW specialists but Pfeiffers completely ripped me off. Businesses like this just take advantage and should not be allowed to operate like this

Pfeiffers is the best garage around. Professional, friendly and fairly priced. They have looked after my VW for over 10 years and always go out of their way to help me and keep me on the road, which as an NHS frontline worker is essential. Thanks lads!! ????????????????????????????????????????

Repaired front break hoses, quoted a price including VAT on the phone and then charged the Vat on top of the quote instead. Specifically asked on the phone to avoid this exact situation. Disappointing as otherwise would have recommended as a good service. They were Not interested in resolving the matter.

Used a few garages in Brighton with various experiences.
Decided to go with Pfeiffers on a friends recommendation and have been delighted with the professionalism and expertise.
I have a year old Golf GTI (my pride and joy) and had a few minor issues since owning. Official VW Brighton were unable to fix it and didn't reply to my follow up emails.
Pfeiffers fixed the first one within 24 hours of calling (they ordered the part and fitted whilst I waited)
The the second issue I booked in for they fixed without charge as as they found a easy solution for it.
Great speaking to experts on the phone and in person, once my service plan is up with VW I will definitely be using these guys for all future servicing and repair work.
Couldn't rate these guys any higher.

This is the best garage I have been too. I had long standing issue with my car that other garages could not resolve, 1 hour with these guys and all was sorted. Some friends have had similar experiences there, and Pfeiffer's seem to be able to sort out difficult problems well, and simple problems at a good price. All good...

Absolutely fantastic. I can't recommend this garage highly enough. Squeezed me in super quick, vw diagnostics kit identified the issue immediately. Went the extra mile to suggest contacting VW about work being covered under warranty. Highly skilled team and 1st class service. 5 stars.

Alec and the team have a wonderful reputation, I've personally used them for decades. But I just had to write a review after my last visit. They completely rejuvenated a recent new purchase of mine after it had suffered under the previous owner's high street garage habit. I can't thank them enough, they really keep the lost art of "Service" alive.

I would not recommend this garage for fault diagnostic work. After leaving my vehicle with Preiffer for one day they simply said 'we cannot find any problems so you can either live with the fault or we can start replacing parts on an attrition basis and see what happens'. I then took my vehicle to a garage that employed people who were technically competent and they found the problem within two hours and the fault was rectified.

pretty unimpressed. they charge £38 just to plug in a fault reader. they then told me it would cost £150 just to get to the throttle body of my Golf, let alone fixing the problem. I feel pretty ripped off. would not recommend.

I have been using Pfeiffer's to service my VW for many years and their reliability is brilliant. Nothing has ever gone wrong with any car serviced by them apart from one trifling thing that could happen to any car at any time, and it's a great feeling to be able to drive away in the knowledge that a thorough job's been done. Kevin – who seems to run the place – always goes out of his way to be really helpful. With so many dodgy outfits around it's great to find a firm that always does a professional job. I wouldn't buy a car that couldn't be serviced by Pfeiffer's; it's not worth the risk. Top marks!
