Visited my local Garage today, Gotham Car Sales for Oil & Filter Change plus Antifreeze Flush. As per usual great service and price and very friendly team and well taken care of my vehicle and myself. All safety precautions set up and executed to keep Customers and staff safe for COVID.

They have a real knack here for making the customers feel valued. They were very patient with explaining what the car had and even serviced my car when they saw there was no record of a recent service. They provide a 3 month warranty though which is not as long as some other dealers but I have had the car fir six months now with no issues. Plus to top it all off they offered a very good price for the car I had as well better than all the webuyanycar websites. A very satisfied customer!

I purchased a Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo the other month and I’m very happy with my purchase and the customer service was fantastic. They even drove all the way out to near grantham to pick me up. As I had know way of getting there. If that’s not great service I don’t know what is. Would most defiantly go back again, and recommend to others.

I brought a car from these guys back im 2015 june time... frim the day i had the car secknd gear seemed to be a problem said theyll take a look kept it for a week said it was sent to a specialest to be done echaust fell off from rotting did replace after an argument but an aftermarket one rather then an genuine bmw one to then argue and get a geniune one started to be put of from the garage so i tool it to another dealer in beeston to sort exhaust out as they never connected the thing properly.. but before that i had supposed to of had clutch changed which states change the fly wheel as this was causing problems with gearbox and an oil leak from back on the engine and vanos valves so gotham took the car away for a few weeks this time saying they couldnt find the leak i then inspected the car on the ramp to notice the leak right away ... a little time past as i took to garage they informed me the car hasnt been touched nor cluch replaced so took it back to have a big arguement again the fat guy left a sarky comment saying the car is not a 70 thousand pound car .... anyway 2 years later still the same problem i dont know my legal rights with this and ive just made the car work for me over this period fed up of the hassle but i will not buy a car from these again! Fact .. for anyone else i hope you have a better experinece then i have...
