Dan was really good when it came to our new car purchase. We came in with a car in mind and the whole process just seemed really smooth. He wasn't pushy about the additional extras when we said no to them but made sure we understood the benefits. He was very professional and efficient. Collection day for the car took minutes, we handed over our part ex car and got the keys to the new one within about 15 minutes.
Overall great customer service and certainly a much better experience than i have had in other places when looking to buy a car.

Dan helped make my switch from company car to owning a very easy process. I was able to test drive the second-hand car and then walked around it with Dan to mark out any paintwork blemishes that they rectified before collection. Dan kept me updated through the week before collection which was also simple, with the car prepped and waiting outside. Signing forms over the phone and via text was a great Covid-19 secure process. Would recommend Sandicliffe.

Just picked up my new car today and from start to finish Daniel Rana who I was dealing with delivered on every aspect. Honestly he couldn't of been more helpful. Not only did he go above and beyond to help me take my dream car away on the day of purchase he managed to get it ready very quickly indeed. Sandicliffe is a great place to start if you are looking for a used Ford.Plenty to choose from and Dan and his team will not pressure you into buying something you dont want.The cars are cleaned spotlessly before the Test drive and when you collect.If you are not happy about anything Dan will try and sort it so you are happy.Even with covid restrictions in place it all runs smooth and picking up a car is done in minutes once you have a time and date.5 stars to Dan and his team.Would highly recommend.
