Lovely experience buying my 2nd car, Michael Price was brilliant, very good at his job. He's been very attentive through the entire process, keeping me up to date with everything happening, walked me through all the optional extras and has been a pleasure to deal with. We completed an online search, founding the vehicle wanted in this garage, albeit a good 70miles from our home. The vehicle was everything and more that was advertised. The staff and the garage have proved to be excellent, sending us photos of the repair work to the paintwork to our email address, a full valet and also fuel to ensure we could reach home without filling up! How refreshing. We would definitely recommend this garage

The AA brought my car to Sandicliffe in Stapleford ( I requested Sandicliffe as that is where I take my car for its service and MOT ), problem with the air filter censor which is causing the car to loose power. Phoned them first to let them know I was on my way , the lady on the phone was very helpful. When I got there the service reception area had been moved around because of the COVID-19 situation, which is totally understandable in these times. The lady at the service desk who was wearing a face mask and had a protective screen in front of her, was extremely polite , patient, and helpful, whilst she booked my car in , as I am not the best at describing the problem I am having with my car !. Great Customer service ????

Buyer beware, don't think that as you're buying from an official Ford dealer and paying the premium that entails that you're more protected against buying a defective car. You should take no more confidence buying from Sandicliffe Stapleford than you would buying privately. You might think they thoroughly check the cars they sell but this is not the case. They sold me a 2 year old car that had had a clutch replacement, incorrectly and unprofessionally fitted over a broken flywheel. It wasn't until this defect caused the replacement clutch to burn out after only 15,000 miles that this was pointed out by another garage. Sandicliffe Stapleford's response was that they didn't want to know and said their checks don't go past "Does the clutch work?".

Poor. Partner is a nurse and drives a lease car for her job. The car needed a routine service as well as an investigation into a fault (of course, it being a new Ford). Less than 24 hours before the car was due in, partner was asked to bring the certificate of motor insurance as proof of cover to drive the courtesy car. Understandable, but this is held with the lease company and can only be attained during their working hours. Through no fault of my partner, this was unattainable until 09:00 when the offices opened so meant a wait of 50 minutes for them to open (after arriving early at 08:10). Understand Sandicliffe need to see this but only mentioning the need for a certificate the day before the appointment was a bit pants, as was the unhelpful and obviously inconvenienced attitude of the first chap she spoke to during the dilemma -- especially as the whole event meant she was late visiting patients; patients who are ill and need care.

Extremely poor customer service. Had several problems. The worst problem is that i have not received a log book and am now having to pay to get one directly from DVLA as the green 'new buyer' slip was not in the paperwork i was given. Yes, i have rang but i have never had a call back from them and i live a 5 hour round trip away so i've had to take it on the chin. The car also only had one key although the lady on the phone said it had two. They also overcharged me but thankfully refunded that. All in all i would only use again if i was local to them

Absolute Joke, had our work van for 2 weeks for a adblue issue. Rang about 20 times a day no one gets back to you. Worst customer aftercare we have received. Even Vauxhall are better which says something!!

Took my car in for an MOT and popped over to the sales forecourt to have a look around, Mike was very helpful, asked how much i was willing to spend and showed me cars within my budget. test drove one of my options and felt comfortable telling him it just wasn't the car for me, he wasn't pushy or unhappy to help further, he looked again and eventually we found the perfect car for me and i couldn't be happier. Really friendly guy and so helpful too!

I visited Sandicliffe Stapleford yesterday considering a new Ford Fiesta. I have previously purchased cars from Sandicliffe and have always been impressed with the care and consideration in their service to ensure they get the right car for you. My visit yesterday maintained this and I was particularly impressed by the service I received from Mike. He was friendly, honest but without a pushy sales pitch. After test driving a car I realised it did not have the specification I required. Kevin and Mike worked hard to find the car with the right specification for me and I am thrilled with my new car! I traded my old car in and was given a fair and honest price for this vehicle. The whole process was easy and this was aided by the staff at Sandicliffe, Mike and Kevin specifically. I would not hesitate to recommend Sandicliffe Stapleford to anyone. Thanks again!

Ford Sandicliffe (Stapleford) Nottingham had my brand new Ford Ranger truck back for 2 weeks for emergency repairs following a major fuel leak just 5 weeks after purchase. In that two weeks they never rang me once to update me on the repairs. It was finally handed back to me today filthy inside and out, yet it was collect immaculate as my pride and joy. Also my lovely new Ford Ranger car mats are trashed with oil! Also internal carpets muddy and in a bad way, i could cry. Shockingly unprofessional garage, would not recommend at all.

Well I cannot recommend the salesman highly enough, what a helpful young man, he made buying the car a really nice experience and went out of his way to make sure everything was right. A genuine 5 star review. The service was great throughout the whole car purchase process. From walking onto the forecourt and being greeted through to driving away in the car. There were hitches with acquiring the specific car that I wanted and in many cases this would have been a negative point. However the salesman, Mike, fought my corner throughout the process. I drove away with a car I am very happy with in every way suited perfectly to my needs.

Ford Transit Service Centre Stapleford Nottingham. I just wanted to express how extremely pleased I am with the service I have received for my ford Transits that have been serviced since my first purchase from Sandicliffe back in 2002. Michael the transit Service Manager has always gone out his way to make sure my vehicles are right and I am happy, that is why even though one of my vehicles is now 12 years old I wouldn't go any where else for servicing/diagnostics and MOT. After a service our car was missing the engine shield from underneath and part of the plate wasn't re-attached, next time we went on a dual carriageway sparks and an AA call out to fix, Filled in the post service review with these details and heard nothing. Not a great service.

From the first experience on the telephone with Julie (who was polite, professional and accommodating in arranging a visit and test drive same day), Mike was excellent. Met with a warm handshake and a genuine friendly smile, Mike was professional, informative and thorough, went through everything in detail, nothing rushed, no pushy sales, nothing too much trouble. As well as the features of the car, all of the options and upsells were discussed - part and parcel of the role - together with the dealerships obligations under the FCA. The process was as smooth as it could be and it felt like I was dealing with an old friend, which is a great credit to Michael. Delighted with the service, the vehicle and in particular the customer experience - which was just as polished as the car!
