Purchased a 2013 Nissan Juke Nismo November in 2019 and by June 2020 and only 6000 miles later needed a new engine due to lack of oil. several issues from the get go, frayed seat belt, warped discs, brake pads touching metal, spare key not working. The whole experience was terrible, 25+ emails back and forth with zero help from the dealership. Simply was not interested, be careful as the director hides behind a "Salesman" alias. This Juke has just cost me £4000 to replace the engine. This vehicle was sold with "Full History" yet had not been serviced for 3 year or 33,281 miles, the "In house" service they carried out was a oil and oil filter at a laughable cost of £50!! Guys be careful when purchasing your vehicle from here, do your checks and do not get caught out like I did!!

I contacted Parklands and spoke to a really nice guy called Jason, he was not pushy at all, infact I asked him to sell me the car lol. 5* Sevice all the way through, I even noticed it failed its MOT and I contacted Jason again and he assured me all advisories and issues will be sorted before delivery and they was. I have no issues with the car at all. They delivered to my door and took my PX away for no extra cost, I live in Skegness and they are based in Leicester. I am a very happy customer and will highly recommend.

Bought our ford EcoSport 2016 plate from these guys. They are super friendly and great to deal with. The transaction was very fast and simple. Unfortunately our car had unforseen problems, they did send me money to hopefully fix it but was worse than we thought and had to return the car which wasn't there fault.

After purchasing the car in August I would’ve left an outstanding review and highly recommended this garage to anyone. My partner was actually thinking of going back to the garage to look for a car himself as we really liked it there. However 3 months later my experience feels completely different. The car has hardly been used at all whilst being in lockdown, and the steering wheel is now not working meaning I have no air bag and no horn and so the car is dangerous to drive. As my warranty was 3 days out of date I have been told I will need to pay for any repairs myself. Even though when Feds sold me the car it was ‘your warranty is for 3 months but if you have any issues after that we will still look after you’. Now they don’t want to know. Not good customer after care!

Avoid at all costs. Lied to myself about how many owners had owned the car, then also LIED and tried to hide damage to the vehicle. The car went back to themselves for repair work to the paint and rear lights getting water into the rear lights. today while driving down the motorway I have nearly lost a rear light and caused a horrific accident! Called this company to explain the situation and the reply I get is that a light does not just snap 2 months after they touched it to be then fobbed off and try and tell me that someone has gone into the back of my car which hasn’t happened and they have damaged it! Then to top it off the car is still LEAKING OIL which they don’t want to know. Happy to sell me a £20,000 car to then not even care nor try and resolve it as well as been rude. Will never ever recommend nor advise people to use this company. Trading standards are fully aware of this also. Disgusting.

Rude staff, parts were broken/damaged on the car I was going to buy and they tried to cover it up. Didn't include vital parts of the car and refused to send them down when I challenged them. Would not recommend.

Absolutely shocking! We brought a car which was faulty and dangerous! Do not purchase anything from here!!!
within 22 hours of having the keys a panel came loose and flew off the vehicle when we weren’t even travelling at 50mph and then we broke down in a very dangerous situation with my children all in the car!!
When assessed by the AA The car didn’t bring up just 1 fault but 14 FAULTS!! That amount definitely doesn’t just appear overnight. It was instantly towed back to there garage and we demanded the money back for the faulty vehicle!
Upon entering the garage all of the sales team were rude and one salesman turned to one of the others seeing it towed in going “that’s the discovery we finally got rid of yesterday” with the look on there faces that they had been caught out!!
Due to this being on a Saturday we couldn’t get an instant refund there and then but told me the money would be in my account by lunchtime on the Monday. I rang on the Monday 12.30pm due to no money and was assured it would be in my account within two hours. At 2.30pm they rang my partner saying they had the vehicle up and running again and would we like the car back! To which he kindly told them no as we don’t trust a word of what they were preaching. They assured him within 2 hours the money would be in my account. They then rang my partner again at around 4.30pm just double checking we were sure we didn’t want the vehicle back with compensation, to which they received that same answer of NO!! and to give us our money back. They then stated they would be keeping £200 until I received the log book and took it down to them again!!
Before they had even transferred any money back to us they had re-listed the vehicle back onto the website trying to sell it again straight away, even when trying to convince us to take the car back!!
Do not buy from these people the service was absolutely disgusting!! I will be reporting this far and wide!!

They were very polite and accommodating, and when I had some teething issues, these guys couldn't do enough for me. Very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

Bought a car from this dealership and initially no problems. However when we got home and were having a proper look around the car (as you do) noticed the steering wheel alignment was out. Within a week of having the car the brakes absolutely started screeching (loud enough to hear over the radio) we rang the dealership and were told to bring the car in. So we drove an hour to the dealership to be told the brakes make no noise and that the tracking is out for the steering wheel. We were told to find a garage and get this repaired ourself as apparently this is wear and tear. Now I would understand this if we were months down the line but baring In mind we have had the car 3 WEEKS I find a poor excuse of wear and tear to be awful customer service. They clearly just don’t want to spend money to make customers happy. (Read further reviews on this page that make me realise how awful they are too) .The car is only used to get to and from work and is parked up for 8 hours of the day since my partner uses a works van. I find it pretty impossible to have wracked up wear and tear in such a short space of time. Funnily enough he also has a block box installed so can’t exactly wrag it around either. Once the car is sold and out of their way they’re just not interested. Disgusting. DO NOT RECCOMEND. Would never buy from here again!

Got a car from this garage in October - they said they would put a new service and MOT on my car. On the day of purchase the bonnet would not open so I had to take the car back to them which they fixed free of charge (which was great) but now I have a car that does no longer work and on the drive due to numerous faults. I have an engine fault which should have been recognised when they apparently did the service.
Makes you think if they done a service/MOT they would’ve noticed the bonnet wouldn’t open so it’s concerning if they ever checked the engine??
The service provided by the lads at parkland is great however I’m extremely frustrated that I’m having to pay more out for the car that I’ve used for half a year.

UPDATE: I've owned the car for 2 months now and haven't seemed to have many huge issues until now, I've had the car in for an inspection and the geometry of 3/4 of the wheels are completely out of tolerance. I've been told this cannot be down to wear and tear and the tracking of the vehicle.
Extremely disappointed with this as I have been told its suspension related. Wether Parkland were aware of this I'm unsure but it should have been picked up on before leaving their premises. It makes me wonder what else they've hid from me. Leaves a bad taste and I can imagine it will go unresolved so unfortunately will not return for any future car purchases.
Excellent buying experience. Made a 6 hour round trip to purchase my new car. No "pushy" sales tactic, let me look around the car without any pressure. Noah (Salesman) was great, any questions I had he was able to answer. Would highly recommend a visit here if looking to get yourself a quality used car. Great stock with tonnes of cars at different price points.

Apparently my differential has gone on a 19 plate Ford Fiesta ST-3?! It's a shame as this place turned out alright at the start but clearly in the end the bad came out trying to get more money of myself for a car we agreed on for a price for a part exchange to then be told their is something up with my car that is under warranty anyway!
