Queues are an absolute joke during office hours and staff are not eally bothered in reducing them. Forget trying to pay for items at the tills next to the pharmacy they are soooo slow I have seen a sloth move faster! Such a contrast to the Boots in Cheapside where staff are so responsive in getting queues down.

Just left the store, I had to ask for a bag three times at the self sevice and the lady watched over my shoulder until I paid for the bag. Very rudely told me to wait without even looking at me. Need to train staff about hospitality.

Boots Liverpool Street, is large and houses plenty of products and upon entry there is a deli selection of food and drinks to choose from. At peak periods there are plenty of staff available however it can get spare in the later evening. I am pleased this store remains open at later hours, and you can easily grab a bargain or two!

A large shop and well stocked.
Could not really find any staff as they were all busy.
Really needed some Boots 'lens wipes" which are really good for cleaning glasses/lenses and other optics.

Pharmacy has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have to go back for my prescription every 6 months and dread it every time. The staff keep you waiting and don't even acknowledge you. Last time I was kept waiting for 20mins, just to be told to come back in an hour. Avoid if you can.
